  Clicking noise when the fan starts or stops turning is not uncommon. On my satellite a similar sound will appear when the fans begin to turn or the HARD disk starts to spin.
  Then worry about don t, I think its OK.

  The start-up procedure can take several times when a lot of applications and software to load at the beginning. Equium A100 seems to be one of the newer laptops, and I assume that different applications Toshiba load at the beginning.

  I GT5622 desktop and for awhile I was getting a lot of blue screen of the error codes and the computer would shut down or freeze and I have to press the power button to go back...   See the documentation provided with your computer or the web site of manufacturer support.  The flashing light is almost surely you give an error message and if you can interpret what it is telling you by looking at the model/types of flashes on the support web site, you can then replace or repair what is defective.

I get a blue light for battery and a blue light (low) for the supply of direct current, but nothing for power or disc. However, when I plugged in an external drive yesterday it starts fine and when I unplugged the laptop continued to work the internal drive. But even once this morning he died and will not start.   Enter the Bios (press f2 at startup) and check if it recognizes the hard disk. You can see on the home page or the boot option in the Bios.

  Try it please change cooling method option in the advanced power settings.

  Open power options > n a click your power profile that you use > choose the advanced power options > Toshiba Power Saver Settings > cooling method > change two optimized battery options.

  I think that this will reduce fan activity.

  You should clarify directly with your local dealer or the Toshiba service. I have too many Satellite A200 and my laptop is quiet enough and described it is not normal for me.

  Sorry, but to say with certainty if there is something strange or not I should have the laptop in front of me. Second issue with the battery is as strange and it is certainly the second reason to contact ASP.
