  Try this:

  1. Login to Adobe.com, using your Adobe ID and password.
  2. Click on manage an account in your name on the left side of the window.
  3. Search for your subscription and click on manage.
  4. At the bottom of the window, click on Edit payment details.

  How did you create the account? Did you use the instructions on this page: create an iTunes Store account, App Store and iBooks Store without a credit card or other method of payment - Apple support ? If these instructions are not used then payment details must be entered before the account can be used.

  Have you tried to enter the card details? The card will not be charged (with the exception of a temporary store holding the load that your card issuer should remove in a few days or more), and you should be able to remove the card after entering it

  Same question as many others before, but require personal attention here because there has been no comprehensive solution for Adobe customers...

  I urgently need to work on a project (with date strict limit) and cannot do this because Adobe Creative Cloud has been deleted and itself (?) of my computer, and I can't access it. There was a problem when I got a new debit card and changed my card details, and I didn't have to date on behalf of Adobe. However, now I have rearranged the details for my new card, many times, it does not record with the system and the date for the next payment remains the same. There continues to be no Adobe Creative cloud on my computer.

  It's frustrating reaaally! Please please can someone help me as soon as possible or I meet my deadline.

  What browser do you - use Google Chrome/Internet Explorer?

  Try to open the Web page in another Web browser, enter the information and verify if you are able to save the changes you made.
