  I'm on Photoshop CC 2014 and I have hundreds of jpgs that just cropped and straightened. They are already copies of the originals, then there should be nothing that prevents me from doing these adjustments and quickly overwhelming with Cmd-S right? But I get the Save as dialog box which slows down the process considerably.

• Can't see my backup jpg and txt files.

  I made a dvd backup of photos in JPG and jpeg a couple of years and when I try to open it tells me that windows does not recognize the format. I backed up with nero (don't remember what version) on a computer running Microsoft Vista. I have also 4 documents txt I try opening with Notepad and they open empty but the file sizes are correct, which leads me to believe that the files are still ok, but windows 7 can't read them for some reason any. What should I do?
