No pro first in creative cloud CS6

Hello

in my list of applications in the creative Cloud there is no CS6 Pro first (I have Windows XP Professional). How can I get?

Hi margot-jo.

First Pro CS5 is not part of the CC. Please find the link that shows the system requirements for the installation of most of the version of Premiere Pro: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/system-requirements--pro.html creation. I recommend you to upgrade your machine Win7 or Win 8 so that you can use the latest CC applications.

Kind regards

  • Is it mandatory to upgrade to the creative cloud CS6?

    Hello

This is my first post. I'm sorry if this question has already been asked. I searched but could not find a relevant answer.

I bought Creative Suite 6 Design Standard about two years ago. I don't want to switch / upgrade to the creative cloud.

Is it mandatory to upgrade to the creative cloud CS6? Can I continue using the software or the CS6 license will expire soon?

    Could someone please clarify?

    Thanks for your help!

CS6 is a perpetual product & will not expire, you can use it as long as you want, provided that the operating system is compatible & supporting.

There is also no new updates on CS6.

Does anyone have an idea or a solution for my problem_

    Thank you.

  • Only authorized creative cloud CS6?

I just do a creative cloud Stdent/teacher account and after download the CC of 2015, it cames as trial. After some research, I found that my plan just buy CS6 version! Every time when I bought, I saw it, or someone told me!

    Screen Shot 2015-07-03 at 10.25.08 PM.png

What I realized, is that when I choose to buy the product I came to the same page that I bought my plan before! So I think to give the plan and make a new one through the creative cloud app.

Okay, there's something else, you can try that might work. Let us know if it is not, and we'll try and see if there are other measures in order to give you to try to solve the problem you are having.

    1. First launch the desktop creative cloud application.
    2. In the gear in the top icon right click on Quit.
    3. Then, locate the OOBE folder on your computer:
      (Windows) C:\Users > [your user name] > AppData > Local > Adobe > OOBE
If the "AppData" folder is not visible, then you must enable the "Hidden objects" option of your Windows Explorer (click on the view tab), and then select the hidden items).

(Mac OS) Macintosh HD > users > [username] > library > Application Support > Adobe > OOBE folder
To access this library folder (also hidden by default) on Mac OS: in the Finder, press the Option key, and then select library in the menu go to.
    4. When you locate the OOBE folder, rename it. E.g. OOBE. OLD
    5. Restart your computer and launch the desktop creative cloud application. This should now ask you to re-enter the Adobe ID and the password that you used to purchase your annual creative cloud student-to-teacher membership.

I have my fingers crossed that after this, you will see a 'Open' button next to the software instead of a 'trial' or 'buy me '.

  • Try to return to first 2014, creative cloud not giving this option

I've just updated first in 2015.3 and now cannot open projects that were created in the 2015 first version.

I'm working to get back to the original version of 2015 or even better 2014 if possible.

I know that this can be done through creative cloud manager in my toolbar and simply go down to "Find additional Apps" and click on the "filters & tab Versions" and you should be able to see the previous Version tab where you can download older versions.  However, I am not given this option.  Here is a screenshot of the options it is for me, and how deadly is not an option.

My version of Adobe Creative Cloud is 3.7.5.291

First 2015.3 is not going to work for me I get the spinning wheel whenever I try to import a project 2015, so thanks in advance for any help you can offer to solve this.

    Neil,

Sorry to be a model but thanks for the carillon.

I'm back to CC2015.2 and open my project yet.  I still have a question of Central ramp in 2015 but I'm just happy to be again to change.  I can try to go until 2014 by an xml export but it's a whole different deal.

Thanks for the ringtone to Neil, sorry for jumping the gun on this!

    Quit creative cloud application.

    1)

    Navigate to Applications > utilities.

Look for a CC Adobe and Adobe Application Manager folder under utility window and trash both folders.

    2)

Click on the link below and download & run the cleaning of Adobe tool:

Select the option "Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6" and then click on "Clean up selected."

    3)

Click on the link below and download Adobe Application Manager and install the same.

    http://download.Adobe.com/pub/Adobe/creativesuite/CC/Mac/ApplicationManager9.0_all.dmg

Once the installation is complete, a niche will disappear.

Then open " Applications" folder and locate the launch of Adobe Application Manager icon and double-click it and update.

Then try to install applications CC and check.

  • Acrobat Pro XI via Creative Cloud installs twice on Win 8.1 Desktop

I am running Windows 8.1, 64-bit Pro on a HP Pavilion a6700y PC using Adobe create clouds. When I install Acrobat Pro XI, it installs twice. A version is Adobe Acrobat XI Version 11.0 with a size of 1.8 MB and the other is the Version 11.0.00 with the size of 2.0 MB.

Anyone know why this happens. Nothing seems to differentiate between the two, and if I uninstall one, two uninstall. I did uninstall, clean the registry and tried to reinstall the program, and same two versions of display. I do not get an indication that one is 64-bit and the other 32 bit, so I can not differentiated the.

    Any suggestions?

This is because Acrobat MSI one entry in the Add/Remove Programs Control Panel, then the MSI creative cloud made a separate but similar entry in the Add/Remove Control Panel.  It is documented in a few places, but this is the most convenient to prove it.  It is in the process of uninstalling:

    http://helpx.Adobe.com/creative-cloud/Packager/deploying-Acrobat.html

    (Excerpt from the documentation)

    Uninstalling Acrobat Windows

Once you have deployed Acrobat using the package in the case of Exceptions, you can uninstall it by using the usual procedure to uninstall msi packages. There are two MSI packages that are needed for uninstall a standalone package.  For the main MSI package than the packer of creative cloud creates what is for licenses and the second MSI package which is the MSI Pro Acrobat package that in the Exceptions folder.

Here is the syntax of a command line to uninstall Acrobat:

    Syntax example:

    MsiExec.exe /x /qn

Here is the command line syntax to uninstall the Creative cloud Packer license package:

    Syntax example:

    MsiExec.exe / uninstall / quiet

  • Impossible to reinstall acrobat pro XI with creative cloud

    Hello

It has been several times Acrobat Pro wants to update with creative, in order to update cloud, but everytime, at one time, he says that it is impossible to install the update, because the current version has been modified (?). So it seemed like a bug and I let go.

But as it's several weeks he says, I found it boring and today decided to uninstall Acrobat Pro with the uninstaller (in acrobat pro folder). He uninstalled it pretty well!

But now I want to INSTALL the latest version of Acrobat Pro XI, so I go to my creative Cloud applications, and it is said "to date".

OK, so I go to the website of 'download' application, but it opens up the creative cloud app that says that it is up to date! But it's not! ...

    So what can I do?

    Thank you

Yeeees! I found the problem! For all installations! X, XI and 11.0.04!

The problem: I moved the folder tmp of Mac OS in a hard drive named "Macintosh HD". The Acrobat installer do not like to all spaces in folder names. Perhaps Adobe could solve this problem, one day, regarding the whole mess around this installation of # $@ and Acrobat.

The solution: move your tmp folder on another place where there is NO ROOM. That way, after opening the Terminal application:

    sudo Ditto/private/tmp/Volumes/your_hdd_name_without_spaces/private/tmp

    sudo rm - rf/private/tmp

    sudo ln-s/Volumes/your_hdd_name_without_spaces/private/tmp/private/tmp

And everything is in order now. Or should be.
