Hi ambergris77,
Call the Network Magic Support and ask them. I agree is more for them. Scott Taylor, who made the reports, is no longer with Cisco.

Help with M6348 connecting to a Cisco network
Hello
Can someone help me with best practices by putting R710 via a M6348 stacked with a cisco network.
Our configuration is the following
M1000e
2 x 1 GB pass-through fabric a
2 x M6348 wired in a pile in the B fabric
6 x popular R710 with four NIC ports in the fabric B (3 are general purpose servers, 3 are Hyper-V servers in a cluster)
Cisco network
For most of the Cisco 3560 switches
20 VLAN (1 per building) configured, mainly for the isolation of traffic (VLAN 300-320)
What (I think) that we want to
The M6348 connect to the core network in a SHIFT (4 x 1 GB ports. Can it be divided 2 ports each of the stacked M6348?)
Have a mapping of right for 1-3 to VLAN 301 R710
Configure R710 4-6 for access to all VLANS for the Hyper-V hosts can be placed on the VLAN correct
Use the fabric for the connection to the San
Network management is carried out by a third party (we are unable to change this) and they claim that they are unable to connect Cisco/Dell!
We are server guys, guys network no, so something stupid (especially for Cisco to give to our management company) would be appreciated.
We tried to configure the switches in Simple mode, using a Dell deployment guide, but all we seem to get is the default VLAN to all ports on the switch 1 battery, but no other VLAN and no active port 2 in the stack.
I've probably missed lost info on and were not very clear, so if more info is needed, please get back to me.
Thanks in advance for the help
Rich
Thanks for the information updated, actually, this confirms that the problem is with the connection to the Cisco switch. Is that what we tried a general link, instead of trunk?
mode console # switchport general
Console # switchport General allowed vlan add 300-320 tag
Console # pvid General switchport 301
Console # end
Are we sure that the VLAN 301 IP address is 10.49.56.0? This doesn't seem fair.
When we try to pings on the trunk/General connection to the Cisco switch, make sure you that the servers have the default gateway defined on the VLAN IP address they are in access mode. Thus, when in the access mode VLAN 301 the gateway server would need to be 10.49.56.0. I would like to verify that the IP address, however.

Hello
Anyone know how really peripheral can be added in the community and manage through CNS version 6? I read on the website of cisco that Cisco Network Assistant can support up to 40 aircraft in the community, I don't know if it was for the previous ANC 5.0 version as shown in the link http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/cloud-systems-management/network-assistant/product_data_sheet0900aecd8068820a.html for switches 40 or less while watching in the version 6.1 of the ANC data sheet , he also mentions the community limiting to 40 devices while the following link http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/cloud-systems-management/network-assistant/datasheet-c78-730210.html shows that for switches 40 or less. Will be looking forward to seeing the answers.
Thank you
Waydee
Hi Waydee
Please refer to the for Cisco Network Assistant Release Notes 6.0 and later versions , where you can find all of the changes. In summary the community limits are same (max 40) compared to the old version (5) of the CNA.

Cannot connect Cisco Network Assistant to 2911 router
I'm trying to connect my Cisco 2911 router to my community at the NAC. I can see the routers in terms of topology, but when I try to add to the community I get an error message indicating that the router is inaccessible (cannot connect). I can ping client device of soul. I can view the properties of the device to the card (device type: CISCO2911/K9). Telenet attempt connection, but we have only use SSH for connectivity (the same as all my switches that are connected to the community). 2911 is listed as a taken router supported on the Cisco site.
Any quesses what I am doing wrong?
Thanks in advance.

Cisco Network Assistant 5.5
I downloaded Cisco Network Assistant 5.5, every time when I try to run I get the error message "can't creat Java virtual Machine"any idea how to solve this problem? ".
I downloaded Cisco Network Assistant 5.5, everytime when I try to run I get error message "Could not creat Java virtual Machine' any idea how to solve this?
To work around this problem, open the file C:\Program Cisco Systems\CiscoSMB\Cisco network Assistant\startup\startup.properties (the default installation path) and modify this entry:
JVM_MAXIMUM_HEAP = 1024 m
Replace 1 024 m with a bass that does not exceed the available RAM. There is no way to predict what value will work. Try 512m and drops even if necessary. You can use the dial peer tag range 2500 to 2999 out-of-band to set your own dial peers.
Go to the link for more information below
Hope to help!

In test report says wireless network wireless radio does not (8500 a909g)
I can't get my HP Officejet Pro 8500 Wireless put A909g in place on the network. I have the correct network name, security type, and the security key, but it does not detect the printer. I ran a test on the printer's wireless network and, at the top of the page, it says "the wireless radio does not work... '.
What can I do?
Try to reset the printer by pulling on the plug and waiting for 30-40 seconds. If that is fixed, contact HP for repair or replacement. Prepare to spend hours with them on the phone. Keep your handy wireless network test. Also run a printer status report. You need both.

WAP4410N existing other than Cisco network gateway
Hello
I was wondering if someone can quickly answer my question?
I am trying to use my WAP4410N to create a wireless bridge to an existing network that does not contain any Cisco kit. After reading the manual, I tried the bridge WDS wireless solution, which is my router wireless D-Link & MAC address, but there is no option to put in network WPA2 key, I guess I misunderstood how this feature works, & maybe it works with other products of Cisco wireless?
Thanks in advance to anyone who can shed light on my question,
Andy
Sent by Cisco Support technique iPhone App
HI Andy,.
Noramlly that configure you WDS Bridge would need to implement WPA 2 personal option under the wireless part, and then click Security.
Since the SSID and security must be the same, is that were you would enter information. As to make this set your work with a D-Link wireless router, you'll never miss that probably the question were that this wireless device must support WDS. Even then you might also encounter a question having no match wireless chipsets as well.
More than likely that this configuration will not work for you. I advise to use an other WAP4410n to establish the connection. Rely on what you are wanting to do a WET200 may also work for you since its just fill a wireless network and only use WDS, but I have never tested this connection with a D-link router so I can't 100% guaranteed if this implementation will work as well or not.
Hope this helps and let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you

map of Cisco network topology first Infrastructure
Hi just want to ask if it is possible to create a map of the network topology of edge of the main cisco which shows the cable devices and wireless infrastructure, or do we need another cisco product to accomplish.
Thank you
Hello
Topology service is not supported in 2.0 IP, however, it is in the road map.
for the support and the function of the comparison, you can check out the link below:

POV/Member selection in the reports gives 404 network off the server
Hello
We have set up two environments (UAT and DEV) with Hyperion Planning, report and Essbase with version 11.1.2.4
We have environment UAT with SSL & Loadbalancer and DEV without SSL and balancer load, but in both cases when we open an Essbase report, it gives a pop up to certain members or POV. By clicking on 'Select' the mistakes page not found / check with your administrator. When I'm on one of the servers and connect to the workspace directly on port 19000 it gives no error. It works very well.
Architecture:
Server 1: AIX 7.1: Foundation, Calc, planning, EAS
Server 2: AIX 7.1 Essbase
Server 3: Windows 2012: EPMA, officer of the RAF, RAF Java and EN and FDMEE.
Case 1: I have to connect to the Windows server then go to browser and connect to the port 19000 it works perfectly
2 cases: I try to connect on all the machines here on the network of the company the same thing http://OHSserver:19000 / workspace or https://F5/workspace or http://F5/workspace it does NOT work
I did HTTP followed by using wireshark, it indicates that the OHS server rejects the packets. Connection: refused
Any idea on this. Someone risked a similar question.
I click on select and get below error.
Thank you

John,
I'm pretty close to this point. Yesterday, I did the network team opens the way for management just to test and it worked. It was related to this division of the network.
Now they want that we ensure that all our services are listening only 'SERVICE IP' and not 'MANAGEMENT '. As it is not secure to do a medium.
I was able to connect while changing 'LISTENING ADDRESS' in Weblogic and OSH I uncommneted '
LOOK: 19000. But the only component I'm able to do it is the RAF officer. It still works on all available interfaces.
When I do a netstat - ano | grep 6800
I get as *. 6800.
Any idea where we can change it?
Thank you
AA

my machine continues to say my drivers is not up-to-date, but when I try to update in the Device Manager it claims they are confused? How can I ypdate my drivers for free I just paid so far my OS for win 7
sincerelly,

If you have a finder driver installed, uninstall it. Very often, they find the correct manufacturer drivers but only suitable for revisions to material beyond the stuff in your own computer.

Cisco ASA 5505 VPN Site to Site

It seems so simple in the number of videos watched on the internet. But when I did he surprise it did work for me... I've removed the tunnels, a number of times and tried to recreate. I use the VPN Wizard in the SMA to create the tunnel. Both the asa 5505 of are and have the same firmware even etc..
I'd appreciate any help that can be directed to this problem please. Slowly losing my mind

There are some clear problems I see on a quick glance. These are not related to the actual VPN configuration but rather the NAT configurations.
All your configuration of NAT CLI format above are configured as manual NAT / double NAT in Section 1. This means that the appliance NAT configurations have been added to the same section of the NAT configurations and scheduling of the NAT inside this Section rules is the cause of the problem for the L2L VPN connection for some.
Here are a few suggestions on what to change

no nat source (indoor, outdoor) public static NETWORK_OBJ_192.168.10.0_24 NETWORK_OBJ_192.168.10.0_24 NETWORK_OBJ_192.168.100.0_24 NETWORK_OBJ_192.168.100.0_24 non-proxy-arp-search of route static destination
That means foregoing is first of all create 'object' that contain the local LAN and remote LANs. Then, it creates a NAT0 rule and adds to the top rules NAT. (number 1). It is essentially of at least one of the problems preventing the VPN operation or traffic that cross.
Finally, we remove the old rule that generated the ASDM. It would do the same thing if it has been moved to the top, but I generally find the creation of the 'object' with descriptive names easier on the eyes in the long term.
Other suggestions
These changes are not necessary with regard to the VPN L2L. Here are some suggestions how to clean a part of NAT configurations.
PAT-SOURCE network object-group
source networks internal PAT Description
object-network 192.168.10.0 255.255.255.0
object-network 192.168.20.0 255.255.255.0
object-network 192.168.40.0 255.255.255.0
NAT interface (it is, outside) the after-service automatic PAT-SOURCE dynamic source
No source (indoor, outdoor) nat Dynamics one interface
no nat (wireless, outdoors) source Dynamics one interface
no nat (servers, outside) no matter what source dynamic interface
The above configuration creates a "object-group" that lists all internal networks that you have dynamic PAT configured so far. It then uses the ' object-group ' in a command unique 'nat' to manage the dynamic PAT for all internal networks (with the exception of printers who had nothing at first). Then we remove the old PAT dynamic configurations.
Contains the command "nat" "car after" because it moving this "nat" configuration to the bottom of the NAT rules. For this reason its less likely to cause problems in the future.
network of the SERVERS object
subnet 192.168.20.0 255.255.255.0
network of the VPN-POOL object
192.168.50.0 subnet 255.255.255.0
NAT (servers, external) 2 static static source of destination of SERVERS SERVERS VPN-VPN-POOL
no nat (servers, external) static source NETWORK_OBJ_192.168.20.0_24 NETWORK_OBJ_192.168.20.0_24 NETWORK_OBJ_192.168.50.0_24 NETWORK_OBJ_192.168.50.0_24 non-proxy-arp-search of route static destination
The above configuration is supposed to create a NAT0 configuration for traffic between the network and the pool of Client VPN server. To my knowledge the old configuration that remove us is not used because the traffic would have matched PAT rule dynamic server yet rather than this rule which is later in the NAT configurations and would not be addressed.
no nat source (indoor, outdoor) public static NETWORK_OBJ_192.168.10.0_24 NETWORK_OBJ_192.168.10.0_24 NETWORK_OBJ_192.168.1.0_24 NETWORK_OBJ_192.168.1.0_24 non-proxy-arp-search of route static destination
It seems to me that network 192.168.1.0/24 is not configured from anywhere in your network. Therefore, the above 'nat' configuration seems useless, can be deleted. If I missed something and its use in then of course do not remove it.
ASA2
Minimal changes
the object of the LAN network
255.255.255.0 subnet 192.168.100.0
being REMOTE-LAN network
192.168.10.0 subnet 255.255.255.0
NAT (inside, outside) 1 static source LAN LAN to static destination REMOTE - LAN LAN
no nat source (indoor, outdoor) public static NETWORK_OBJ_192.168.100.0_24 NETWORK_OBJ_192.168.100.0_24 NETWORK_OBJ_192.168.10.0_24 NETWORK_OBJ_192.168.10.0_24 non-proxy-arp-search of route static destination
Other suggestions
PAT-SOURCE network object-group
object-network 192.168.100.0 255.255.255.0
NAT interface (it is, outside) the after-service automatic PAT-SOURCE dynamic source
No source (indoor, outdoor) nat Dynamics one interface
The above configuration is supposed to do the same thing with the other ASA. Although given that this network contains only a single subnet it cleans the "nat" configurations exist that much. But the order of the "nat" configurations is changed to avoid further problems with the NAT order.
no nat source (indoor, outdoor) public static NETWORK_OBJ_192.168.100.0_24 NETWORK_OBJ_192.168.100.0_24 NETWORK_OBJ_192.168.1.0_24 NETWORK_OBJ_192.168.1.0_24 non-proxy-arp-search of route static destination
It seems to me that network 192.168.1.0/24 is not configured from anywhere in your network. Therefore, the above 'nat' configuration seems useless, can be deleted. If I missed something and its use in then of course do not remove it.
I suggest trying the changes related to VPN L2L first NAT0 configurations and test traffic. So who gets the work of connectivity, then you could consider changing other NAT configurations. There are other things that could be changed also in what concerns THAT static NAT servers but that probably better left for another time.
Hope this makes any sense and has helped

Hey guys! My school uses the Cisco NAC Agent for security on our network, but it gives me problems at the moment. My Windows is fully updated, a mandatory requirement. However, I have done some Windows updates automatically for a while now, and I spent the last few hours manually, download, installation, System Restore to a date in the past and then redownloading, etc..
I'm in my third year on that campus, and I always had minor problems, which none has caused me a problem until now. I'm not sure what the underlying problem is, and I don't know if this is a common problem for this stage, but I was hoping that I could receive aid better here that guys in the student technology services desk. I am working from my laptop on campus wireless, but this isn't helping me get my Office Online
I have attached the newspaper report of Cisco of the packer.
Hello
We can see the agent to tell you:
"Your computer is missing one or more critical updates. Run Windows Update and check that you have all critical patches installed. »
And it's true that Agent to do some checks which is a failure.
Now these controls check some registry keys related to Internet Explorer and a few other internal items.
Unfortunately, it is that your network administrator which should help you to solve this problem, because the application of the NAC Manager will have a detailed report of what exactly a failure in your machine and then the requirements are changed to allow you to access or your machine must comply with the requirements.
HTH,

If this helps you or answers to your question if it you please mark it as 'responded' or write it down, if other users can easily find it.

HP Photosmart C4780 connects not (wireless) on Mac or wireless network
Sorry for the long post, but please someone help me!
I bought my new printer a few days (actually 14th) and began to implement on my MacBook Pro with my Wi - Fi, which is routed through a Linksys router and mainly through my desktop computer (a PC with Windows XP). I used the CD that came with the printer to set it up on my Mac and it has set up the fine by USB, but when I try to set up the wireless, I get the following message:
"Device not connected: to configure the network settings for the selected device, please connect via USB temporarily." The device can be disconnected from the USB once the network settings are transferred. »
I reconnected and got the same message over and over again, so I decided to set up on my desktop computer instead. This does not work either and I got the same message on my desk I have on my laptop. Uninstalled on both computers, reinstalled and I STILL got the same message. At this point, I'm about to throw all the electronics in my bath tub and be done with them but on the contrary, I checked (and double checked - and triple checked) my router via my browser settings, fact that I know the SSID and the password and reconnected to the network through my laptop... Once again, the same message. I tried the network installation of push, the installation of the network PIN, I feel I have tried everything! Probably miss me something small, but eyes fresh is always an asset.
Can someone help me? I printed a Test report of the network so that a Page Network Configuration and settings I received both... if need be, I can post the information from my router, in order to verify to implement, but after two days of trying to implement something that should have taken ten minutes (sometimes) I'm at my wits end.
Network Test report:
"Your HP printer cannot find your wireless router. Check our wireless router has power. Make sure that your network (SSID) HP printer name exactly matches your router (SSID) wireless network name. If they do not exactly match, run the installation of the wireless network to set up your HP printer. »
How to change the network name of the printer to match?
Summary of diagnosis:
Wireless on: PASS
Wireless work: PASS
Find the network name (SSID): FAILURE
Security: PASS
The printer settings compatible with the wireless router settings: does not work
No filtering: does not work
Related: Does not work
Signal strength: does not work
Other networks detected matching your network name (SSID): does not work
Detected wireless networks: 1
Downlink Count: 0
Channel: Does not work
Although I was given my SSID (which does not match my home network - but how can I change this?) and my MAC address (I guess for the printer), so I didn't have the IP address of my printer has no way for me to get online to check all the settings! Is there another way to get this IP address?

Error when trying to print to a pdf and network printer
Hi all
When you try to print a report to my network printer or pdf format, I get committed two errors, one right after the other. The PDF or printed has almost everything, with the exception of three tables which is totally absent. When I'll be back in the report and open the page with the missing table, the table is no longer visible in the report and I get the second error once again. Tiara of exit and restart back tables.
I found several threads on pdf and other printing errors and tried solutions without success. specifically the one posted here.
I hope there is a solution to this! These reports are intended to sell management on tiara! Thank you!
News of the OS:
Windows 7 64-bit SP1
18 GB OF RAM
Tiara Info:
Version: 11.3.0f4563
USI: 1.9.1f4681
DataFinder: 3.0.0f4681
Script engine:
5,5,0,5207
Debugger: 6,0,0,8424
I was able to print to PDF format with no omissions by manually adjusting the format string for each table of the column in the report.
