No signal through Aver H339 Tuner, adapter connection video watch but its very small
Card TV Tuner AVerMedia H339 hybrid... System JUNK... I do not recommend this... NO SIGNAL...
I have a second DELL XPS 15 L502x with Avermedia H339 Hybrid TV Tuner card and I also tried all the procedures of setting up and watch live TV and does not work... No signal. This is the 2nd laptop with this problem. The last time I connect the CAT - V adapter that comes from the cable provider and I can see TV cable in a small screen (like 2 "). How can I get a full screen? It is the only way to watch live TV. ?. I think that this Tuner Avemedia card is a junky device... I paid 50 dollars when I order this laptop... JUNK... !!! See other forums with people with the same questions...
I need an IR receiver to have the full screen?
Thank you

Have you updated graphics driver? If this isn't the case, update the graphics driver on the website of the manufacturer of the graphics card.
When you live channels, use the zoom feature to adjust the image.

Ive connected the two, but don't know how to get the sound to play through the TV speakers.
Standard graphics cables don't carry audio, you need HDMI cables to the video with audio. If your PC or TV has no audio HDMI capability must come from the audio output jack on the PC and go to the audio in connector on the TV, which is probably phono, so you'll need stereo Jack 3.5 mm to phono plug lead (or 3.5 mm jack on some audio input of your TV is compatible).

RALink 802.11n Wireless Adapter - connects at startup but the dsiconnects after a few minutes
Hello
I have a HP Pavillion DV6-3125SA and just reinstalled Windows 7 Home Prem after installing a new hard drive. Initially everything (including the wireless adapter) had been working perfectly, and then after the last round of updates (as you know that get you about 1 million of updates on the re - install) my wireless adapter started to misbehave. He started sporadically disconnect and reconnect, but now it gets disconnected and remains disconnected. It still works fine at startup. I checked that the driver software is updated, more I also uninstalled and let it automatically re - install. An interesting point to note, is that when I linked to go in Device Manager to disable (and re-enable), Device Manager freezes and unresponsive.
Someone at - it had a similar problem or know a solution?
Thanks for your help.
Megan
Its a cell phone, right?
Run windows Update >... settings disable the updates recommended leaving ONLY the important updates for automatic installation.
Visit the HP support, specific to your model, and then reinstall the chipset and wireless driver
See if that helps

Skype on tv through ipad2 with hdmi adapter?
Is it possible Skype on tv through ipad2 with hdmi adapter? I am attentive 4 my 94-year-old father who has low vision & hoped us could buy the hdmi adapter to use Skype on his big screen tv. It has the Skype app on his tv, but for that we would have a limited use won't have to buy a TV camera. TNX for any suggestion,
I have connected my iPad 2 to my led TV via an adapter (HDMI) Apple, Skype running AV, it works well. Transfer the image and the sound of the iPad to tv. The microphone is built into the microphone of the iPad 2. I also used the bluetooth headset at the same time, it also works very well.

New wifi router installed. Because then I can usually connect sites OK but when getting around a site or to another, I lose connection even though Windows said signal is excellent. Toggle heals the problem temporarily. Two tablets under the same roof using wifi even have no problem. There is no consistency in when the problem arises in any session. It happens in Firefox and Thunderbird. Close and restart the program does not help.
I tried the reset and it was not good. Then I learned that my wife had a similar problem with his ipad I did what I should have done at the beginning, I restarted the router again. Hey presto, problem solved.
Now, I'm off to eat some humble pie. Thank you, guigs2

Hey,.
Visit this link:
http://msdn.Microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd815243 (vs.85) .aspx
If you had installed drivers of the network up to date maps, remove this update. It worked for me.
Check the steps to remove the software update:
· Go to the Control Panel and open Windows Update.
· On the left side, at the bottom of the window, click the installed updates link.
· In the next window, scroll down and select the update of the NIC has installed recently.
· At the top of the window, click the Uninstall button.

I can't connect on the section "browser widget. I have an Adobe ID account, I can connect to that, but when I try to go through dreamweaver, I can not connect. Any suggestions?
Widget Browser is long gone. Adobe stopped quite earlier. The widgets were outdated and 3rd developer were not very keen on keeping them.
Use the Adobe Exchange panels.
Or look at jQuery Plugins.

Hello, I use Windows 7 to my computer. Here wireless signal is encrypted with WPA - PSK TKIP, but my computer could not register as such (he believes that its WEP). I managed to force it to connect, by manually adjusting for WPA - PSK with TKIP (and the correct password) in the control panel.
However, the connection is extremely unstable. Often, he simply stops working, although the icon says that there is a link. (Note that this window of available connection has a large red cross next to the signal, because he claims that the settings do not match. He just logs occasionally when I start).
I wonder if there is a way to solve this annoying problem. I don't know what is causing the computer to see the signal as WEP, when it clearly is WPA - PSK.
Oh, I found what I think, it is the router in the basement: that said on it: Motorola SBS101E.
PS: I'm not good on the technical stuff (although I understand basic concepts such as network card drivers, etc., don't ask me not to disable or install a protocol without walking me through the steps).
Thank you!
As I wrote, your problem is probably related to the adapter wireless in your office. Maybe it's as simple as that requires an updated driver, but it remains to be seen.
Result of your ipconfig is quite surprising. Because you are in a university environment, if we cannot identify a problem with your wireless adapter, you may be able to request assistance from the University of the it Department. See also comments below on the VPN.
Here - is more as a matter of interest than anything else - what some of your settings mean:
Wireless network adapter
- Your card is a Realtek RTL8188CE Wireless LAN 802.11n PCI-E NIC (Realtek RTL8188CE 1 x 1 11 b/g/n Wireless LAN PCI Express Half Mini Card Adapter, which seems to be installed on Lenovo ThinkPads).
- Your card is automatically assigned (usually by the wireless router, but see below) an IP address of 10.92.129.20. This address is part of what is called a 'Class A' network, which is generally only used by very large organizations (for example, a University). This suggests that this wireless network is from University wireless access point rather than a router connected to the modem cable into your basement.
So it is possible that the antenna on your desktop computer wireless card is not in as good a place as your laptop computer to receive the signal. It's especially if your office uses a built-in wireless adapter, with the antenna at the back of the computer under a desk and near a wall. If you try USB wireless adapter for your desktop computer (or an antenna on an extension cord) move the antenna near a window, if possible.
- The 'default gateway' for this connection (the address of the wireless router) is 10.92.128.1, which is in the same class A network.
- The DHCP server (which is what affects your IP address card) is 195.130.132.102. It is a public IP address belonging to Telenet/Pandora, a Belgian Internet service provider. In almost all wireless home networks, the DHCP server is part of the router, so your situation is very different.
Virtual private network (VPN)
What complicates your Internet connection is the fact that you seem to be using a VPN. This is identified as the 'card Ethernet Hamachi.' I saw many posts complaining that the Hamachi software interferes with various other network connections. For example:After the installation of LogMeIn Hamachi, my continuous wireless network connection disconnected from the internet every few minutes. The wireless connection is ok, but trying to access the internet, I get a message to reset the connection.
Once I got disabling the network Hamachi (Control Panel-> network) connection and Internet-> network connections, everything is back to normal.
It happens on two different routers, then the router is probably not the problem.
This happens with the wired connection.
I use Windows 7 Home Premium SP 1 64 Bit, Hamachi 2.0.3.89, Intel WiFi Link 5300 AGN.
This is beyond my area of expertise. If you are unable to determine a driver (or hardware) problem with your adapter wireless and you have installed Hamachi VPN software on your desktop and your laptop, assuming that you really need, you need to get help from the support service of some entity required or recommended use of Hamachi VPN software.

I got a new laptop from work and have connected a couple of times on our network. Now, he does not connect through the wireless network connection. He said that the connections are available, but there is no connection available more in the list. If you have to manage wireless networks, it is in the list... but you can not log in via this page. Any help would be grateful.

Hello
1. what operating system you are using?
2. how many computers is connected to the network?
3 - is a domain network?
4. What is the exact error code or error message you received?
5 have have there been recent changes made on the computer before the show?
Follow the steps mentioned below and check if that helps.
Method 1: Troubleshooting run Network.
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/using-the-network-troubleshooter-in-Windows-7
Method 2: Wi - Fi and in Windows network connection issues.
If you cannot connect to a network, it could be a problem with your network adapter. You can try to use the network adapter troubleshooting utility to automatically find and fix some common problems.
How can I troubleshoot network card?
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/how-do-I-fix-network-adapter-problems
Method 3: Disable the security software and check.
You can also temporarily disable the security software and check if the problem persists. Be sure to enable this security software on the computer after checking.
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/turn-Windows-Firewall-on-or-off
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/disable-antivirus-software
If disabling the security software solves the problem, then contact the manufacturer of the specific security software to fix the problem.
Important note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you need to disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network, while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

WRT54GS can't connect to IE but can connect to Firefox
I have recently change DSL broadband through Comcast and I can't get on IE. I can get on IE when I connect my cable modem directly to my computer, but when I connect my cable modem to my WRT54GS it does not connect to IE but I can't get on Firefox. Make sure that the proxy settings are disabled in Internet Explorer. You don't need them with a cable Internet connection.

Can connect to the server (although very slowly) but unable to connect to the internet
Original title: network connectivity
I have a user who has been connected to the internet through our SBS server. All of a sudden, it can connect to the server (although very slowly) but unable to connect to the internet. The network and sharing shows that it is connected to a public network not by the domain server.
I hooked another computer for network wiring and it worked fine. I changed the wiring, and it still doesn't work.
Any ideas?
