  I initiated a shared for a PDF review and stored on a network server in the domain X. Subseqauently, the server has been moved to another area, call it Y.

  Now, Tracker of Acrobat cannot find the PDF file... and reviewers can no longer access the PDF.

  How can I me Tracker to find the PDF file in the new domain Y?

  No, this is not possible. You must run the test again. This is because the review server information are embedded in the PDF file and when you change the server of the review, the JavaScript embedded in PDF format is still referring to the old server. Tracker is so impossible to locate the PDF review.

  If the old review the comments of the other reviewers, you can save it as an archive and start the review on the new server on this new PDF. This way all the review comments may be stored in the PDF file, but they will be published "on behalf of" the initiator now.

  Sharing comes from the article which is read.

  Article = an action. It is not the HTML here, it is the structure of your content in 2015 of DPS.

• Can someone clarify the paywall for social sharing threshold setting?

  When you set up your DPS account for social sharing Adobe documentation notes that "The Paywall Threshold value determines how many items you want a user to be able to read it before you hit them with the paywall message."

  Programmatically how defined an article?  Is it the same as a horizontal scan the next page or the following table of contents entry?  I run some tests and I put our account number 3 and when I discovered these shared pages I can navigate clearly beyond 3 pages horizontally.  In fact the only way for me to reach the paywall is click on an item in the table of contents that are protected.  Can someone clarify the situation?

  Are a free portfolio articles? The paywall does not apply to items of free folios.  With v22, the paywall affects only the articles in detail folios.

• Urgent question about V23 and social sharing

  We publish our first series of questions using the viewer V23. Social, sharing, which worked well in previous numbers across all associated formats, now only works with the iPad made a SD (768 x 1024).   Your should be fixed now. You should be able to only publish PDF issues no problem, so no need for the PNG version.

  If anyone reading this has the same problem. The issues concerned should be fixed by EOD today. The other way to fix it is to simply "Update" the problem in Folio Producer since we deployed a solution of production.

I read this article about enabling social sharing of folios DPS, but I have the 'Account management' tab is grayed out in my Folio Builder, so I can't get to the part where I can activate the web viewer.   We submitted an application multi-folio for couple of days approval back.

  The numbers of magazines that we plan to publish are free to download. During the process of creating applications through "Generator of DPS App", we have the installer places a social sharing by e-mail, twitter and copy link.

  Now, the DPS App Wizard, he asked "post url" in which we mentioned the address of the Web site for the magazine.

  My question is, when people leave the article is how our relevant Web site address? We would have the Folio hosted on our Web site in order to have this option? or will pass directly through the DPS Server?

  All items are protected by default, so social, sharing the work, your items must be unprotected. You control those producer Folio go.

  The RADIUS is AppResponse Xpert admin. used Opnet we try to intergrate AppResponse Xpert Admin with ACS.

  There is no shared secret for the ACS itself.

  If the ACS needs to communicate with another device, you must define an AAA client and define a shared secret.

  Social sharing is only available in multi-folio apps, apps not unique-folio, even for the Pro or enterprise.

• Adding (and test) social sharing - live app

  We have a direct application to which our customers want social sharing to be added. We can rebuild the application without problem, however, I wonder if there is a way to live content currently 'Free' so that we can test the functionality, without the current users of the application being invited to download the updated content (because it will not actually be changed)?   You can create a test application with a test of applications account. Publish the folio on account of the application and test from there. Else update the existing live app application account ask for the update anyway, there is no other way.
