  I just finished a full restore my system back to factory settings because I had no noise whatsoever.  After doing this, I had sound for a while, until some update has been installed and now I have not YET healthy.  It's extremely frustrating!  Given that the sound worked until one of the many updates has been installed, this leads me to believe that the update is the cause of the problem.  When I click on the sound tab, it shows that everything is working ok.  I tried everything I can think of to remedy to this problem.  I uninstalled, reinstalled and updated the driver for the sound.  It does not work.  I tried to use the restoration of the system to an earlier time and that doesn't work anymore (because there was not a lot of restore points because I had to complete my system restore.)  I don't know what to do to solve this problem.  I'd do another complete restore of my system, but I'm afraid that the updates will cause the same issue.  I'd appreciate any help!

• Sound of Flash Player when not in use.

  After installing Google Chrome with Adobe Flash Player, sound on Flash Player (not sure of the source) bleeds through when Flash Player is not in use. Problem goes away when the Flash Player uninstaller and returnes when Flash Player is installed. Windows 7 on a Dell XPS 17 computer operating system.

  Hi, thanks. I'm sure you know that you must use the 32-bit browser, because there is no Flash Player support for 64-bit.

  Also, you must be the administrator and use the administrator account to install Flash Player.

I don't know what else to try at this point. Advice would be very appreciated.

  Well, for anyone who is having this problem I think I understood the problem. Adobe files are saved under extensions as that is just another type of .zip file. If you do not have winzip installed you can not install flash player. I now mining work. Good luck!

  So far, on two computers, I had this problem.

  I have no problem downloading the software, I even installed on two computers.

  Hi I was wondering if someone could please help. I recently reinstalled W7 Home Premium 64-bit on my Acer Revo RL70 with graphics Radeon HD6320 after that my upgrade of the W10 went wobbly. Videos worked perfectly before on sites such as Youtube and Amazon Prime. Now, I just get a screen green and sometimes audio, sometimes not. I have uninstalled/reinstalled flash player. The browser is more recent IE11. Graphics drivers are later. One thing I noticed, is that there is now no Center control AMD (don't know if this is relevant). I'm not supremely PC read and write. I searched and refined over the last 2 days before finally coming on this forum I didn't really want to be a pain in the butt of someone. I am now at the point where I am naïve. Any expert pass would have an idea where I am going wrong? Thanks in advance. SY :)

  Update - has just installed Google Chrome and Youtube and other streaming sites seem to work ok. Woohoo! But my favorite browser is still IE (with the awesome Bing home page). If anyone knows if my Internet Explorer settings are to blame in some way? I honestly can't understand... :(

• Flash Player and IE 11 HELP

  Hi, I'm using a Windows 7, 64-bit computer with IE 11. Recently, I lost all my flash player content in IE11.  In the control panel it shows I have PS installed 16.0.0.305, but still I can't see content FP. I went into manage accelerators and the object Flash and Java Plug-ins are enabled. So I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still do not see any content FP.  I tried to install older versions to try to make it all work hoping to upgrade from there, but when they installed still no FP content and facilities failed, I would get a "1722" error code

The last being made, IE11, but when you re - install you can not say that it is. There is not shortcut created and you do not make a search in the search box, only of the installation package appear.   Seems the reasoning is a little off. If the Flash detection is in the Flash .swf... but the browser has no Flash plugin... the .swf would never be read by the browser... so no "Flash detection" scheme would be completed well.

  Which is why Flash detection must occur off-side of the .swf, by the browser, exactly as does .swfobject.
