  2 when was the last time you were able to download the videos?

  3 did you a recent software or changes to the material on the computer?

  . WLMP files aren't really movies, this is why you cannot view it with something else. A .wlmp is a film project file, it is essentially the "recipe" to create the final product.

  I would also like to inform you that Facebook accept only certain types of file formats.

  You just need a step more in Movie Maker, you must publish the movie, which will create the AVI or WMV file or whatever the format you choose. Then, you can download the files. Try it and tell us if it helps.

  I have Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit), Internet Explorer 9 on a HP G60 laptop. I also have Flash Player 11.1.102.63.   This has happened on Facebook. On YouTube the videos load very well. I tried all the solutions only Adobe and Mozilla offer in their help the two centers, but nothing is done, videos will not load on Mozilla Firefox. (On chrome and IE the videos load very well).

  This happens on both of my computers, one is a new laptop with good material, and the other is an old PC.

  For anyone facing the same problem, my problem has been resolved thanks to philipp of Mozilla support forum.

  Basically, the problem was with the K-lite codec pack.

  Uninstalled, and restored the Tweak Tool defaults, and now it works!

  Try a new installation as follows.

  First, download the Flash uninstall utility on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.

  Flash Player Uninstaller.

  Once the download is complete, close all the browser windows, open your downloads folder and run the program uninstaller.  After this has completed, restart the laptop.

  Then (unless you already have it), download and install Firefox , then using Firefox, download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash. Note: You can deselect the option to include McAfee Security Scan Plus before download. 

  Close all browser windows before you run the installer of Flash.

  Start Firefox and see if the videos etc. play Ok in this browser - if they do, close Firefox, open Internet Explorer and click on the same link Adobe Flash above to get a command prompt to install the ActiveX component.  Once completed, restart Internet Explorer.

• When I play videos from VIMEO, all I get is the image and no sound. They work fine on IE, but suddenly won't be on Firefox. With the help of Windows 8.1.

  This just started today. (I believe that yesterday there was an 8.1 automatic Windows Update when I shutdown - don't know if that is related.) Anyway, when I click on a video VIMEO - video VIMEO ALL - everything I get is video (photo), but no sound.
