Please do not forget that you have use the same Adobe ID (email address) while signing the creative cloud application.

I ordered "Creative Cloud student and teacher edition" with credit card.
Now I have "order number".
However when I try to my free trial Adobe first CC 2015 with my Adobe ID of the license, the message "no subscription found" comes.
I wonder that I need an additional process to activate my CC first 2015.
(I guess, I need some action to prove that I am a certified college student, but I'm not noticed anything on this subject.)
(I found verification measures in the other site "https://ide2.identit-e.com/adobe " and this applies to me too?)

The screen indicates that your one year subscription is registered, so you should be able to use your Adobe ID to install programs of cloud

No subscription found after purchase
I bought the plan of creative cloud photography and I have already received the invoice. But when I run the PS application it said: your trial period has expired (the installed version is a trial) I follow the step "licensed software", sing along with my ID (valid) Adobe, then... Without subscription found: we couldn't find an Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 associated with this Adobe ID subscription. Same thing with LR.
Already tried to connect to and log my Adobe ID, but nothing has changed. Payment is by debit from my bank account, I have to wait a few days until the payment is made? The subscription launched on 3 January. Or do I have to uninstall and reinstall the software?

I downloaded Adobe Cloud for Mac. I was initially using a trial of Adobe Indesign and have now purchased the monthly subscription and received e-mail confirmation of purchase with my order ID.Problem:
-When I run Adobe Cloud and try to start Adobe Indesign, I get the message "no subscription found. When I select the option "new subscription" (thinking that maybe there was a billing problem interrupt my subscription or something) I get the message "you are already subscribed to the single-app membership cloud creative for InDesign (at least).". If you still receive a message 'no subscription found', you can experience a return to the first error. In this case, please follow the troubleshooting steps in this document: applications of Adobe Creative Cloud reverts after 2015 updated CC test.

So I bought Photoshop CC yesterday (about 24 hours) and from today, my CC application is completely white (white) and Photoshop tells me, that it can find no subscription to my identification code Adobe I searched simular questions in the forums, but I can't delete my version CS5 and CS6 (and I have a programm of CS4 only). Is there another way to use the full version of Photoshop CC (not the test one)? And how do I get my CC app working again?

I clearly have a monthly subscription of paid student who should give me access to all the programs, but when I connect with adobe cc and try to use the apps, I am asked to start a trial, and when I click on "license this software" I get this message - http://prntscr.com/8io06t
