• All sequences on timeline disappeared!

  Hello

  I've been editing all day and had created a Planning bar extended with several clips/sequences and an audio track. The timeline is long more than 10 minutes. I don't know what happed but all of a sudden everything disappeared and all my work is gone! The timeline is empty and he says that he has no sequences. Any ideas as to what has happened or how to recover my footage?

  Hi, can you help me plase in my doubt? I can't put 2 sequences (or videos) all this match; Here's an example: I create 2 sequences with the same settings. In one, then I put a video which original resolution is low, but I click "change sequence settings" when the clip of mismatching window appears.  The other video has a resolution of hig, and when I put him on the timeline, click also in "setting of the sequence" then he fit my project settings. Here'S THE PROBLEM: when I try to put the 2 set of sequences (or videos) in the same, a doent match with each other. Low video resolution gets very tiny with huge black borders.  What I am doing wrong? I hope that I was clear in my question, its simple to understand, I want to just put 2 videos in order without one with as low resolution gets huge black borders around it, that's all.   Sorry, but no NLE I've ever met ever there will allow you to do. NLe all present different resolution of videos imported - and clips which the resolution is higher that the resolution of the sequence (or timeline) appears strongly increased and heavily cropped. Similarly, the clips whose resolution is much smaller than the resolution of the sequence will appear tiny and "gutterboxed". There is absolutely no way at all whatsoever automatically scale different resolution clips in any NLE.

  And I think you're using the term 'sequence' not properly: in terms of Adobe, a sequence is a chronology and of any content to the breast. (Although you can nest several different sequences in a new sequence.)

• HOW to export multiple INDIVIDUAL Clips clip sequence

  There is a very good reason for this request... I DO and use it in FCP all the time... Why?  I shoot a LOT of stock natural history and then take a full hardware spool in the timeline panel and do my corrections of colors as well as in and out points and any other position working... I THEN export the sequence as well as a folder that lands the individual clips of color / edited "new" at it like the INDIVIDUAL sequences...

  In FCP I take my first reel & leave it alone; I make a new folder called Clips export... then I select all the clips on the timeline - the clips edited; drag them to my REPORT CLIPS folder; then cntrl clico paper Clips export and choose EXPORT ORDERS - on settings window that appears, I set the destination for the pliers and then make sure you check USE ITEM in/out...

  Now: How can I do the same thing on the Prime Minister?  Is this possible?

  Here's what I'd do:

  Implement all my clips in sequence a timeline with color correction on each. Right-click on each element of the sequence of Assembly, then choose the nest. 50 clips could take two minutes to do. Organization of close and open SOUL. Click on the button '+' and go to your project. Now select all 50 nested sequences, and click OK. In SOUL, select all sequences and then configure your desired export regime and output folder and click to start the export.

  It takes no more time than does your FCP workflow. It's just different. Embrace change and go with the flow, like a twig on the shoulders of a powerful jet.

  Hi everyone, this question has been annoys me all the day im hoping someone can help me.

  I am building a presentation that includes a timeline - I have attached a reference image.

  Sequence:

  1. Timeline page (each box is a link to a new slide)
  2. Click on the blue box (24 months)
  3. The triangle arrow blades to stop in the middle of the box and text turns "BOLD" (using magical movement). Once this transition is complete, the blue box below the timeline is based (slides from the left).
  4. (bit of problem) 24 months blue box slide when I click on the green box (12 months), the blue box is not build (its supposed to slide to the right) he just disappears, and then the arrow moves the green box and sets the text to bold.

  Why does not the blue box build out until the arrow moves to the green box. If I turn the presentation in "normal" as opposed to "links only" it relies on--but this would frustrate the object.

  PS: if I paste the blue box in the next slide and change the color to green - when I click the button 12 months she mixes from blue to green which is ok, BUT id prefer to have the box slide in and out.

  I want kind of a transition of cubic object between the slides without moving the contents of the timeline. SO I want the triangle to come alive on normally and the text to transform "BOLD" BUT I also want the content below the timeline to fly in and out as if its independent.

• First cursor and selection of the questions

  I'm on a Macbook Pro OS X El Capitan v. 10.11.3, Intel i7, 16 GB ram, Geforce GTX 750 m, using Premiere Pro build v.9.2.0 (41) and run into questions weird cursor.

  Whenever I try to drag the parts to select my sequence, the timeline begins to scroll. The cursor icon will not change or highlight to indicate functions or selections.

  After playing, I noticed that all my menus option open on the adjacent monitor instead of insite Premiere Pro windows. I have to restart the program, restarted my computer, and nothing worked. Did not have a question like this until that earlier.

  Recommendations on how to solve this problem?

  Disable the second monitor and see how it goes.

  I have several problems with first CC 2015

  My system:

  HP Z400

  Intel Xeon W3550 @ 3.07 GHz Dual quad

  24 GB Ram

  NVIDEA Quadro 4000 (pilot: 9.18.13.3165)

  When I break a clip in the sequence of the video display stops working. I work with first, but without any video output. After awhile, the program hangs or begin to operate normally.

  There seems to be a problem with the video display. The image in the program monitor divided the normal display of filling and freeze. More importantly when I slice a clip while im playing the timeline, it works without problem.

  also:

  Sometimes, when I put an effect to a Clip while reading, this is an accident.

  Also, when I play the video sequence a timeline freeze. (just play the Audio) I have to stop and start again.

  There are a lot of bugs in this version. I don't understand how Adobe can release this product.

  I can't change CC2014 because the project is created in CC2015. So I hope there will be a solution. The next projects, that I realize with AVID. Such a shame!

  Think that was what was happening to me...

  It was because of the option "Preview Composite during 'Trim'. You can try to disable this in the menu panel 'key' chronology, which should make the Cup more sensitive and reduce the long period.

• First 2015 2015 Audition - Edit clip in Audition is waveform instead of multitrack

  With the help of 2014, when you want to send a bunch of clips of PP at the hearing, pp I select them, do a right click and say change clip in Audition.

  I would be so taken for hearing to a multitrack with all files properly arranged in order.

  Now with 2015 CC, I am sent to Audition with my just aligned files in the box "Files" with a waveform with my last file selected and shown in the waveform. For multitrack, I need to create a new one and start from scratch.

  It is obviously not what I'm looking for.

  What I need to do to make it behave like versions of 2014 and have everything laid out properly as a default multitrack?

  I think you can be by selecting "edit the Clip' instead of 'Edit Séquence'.  The command "Edit video" in Premiere Pro will only send the raw files.  'Edit sequence' sends the information sequence and timeline in multitrack hearing.

  Premiere Pro CS6 could not load the project, which I have worked. Everything was good, but when I closed it, first can not open it (I made 2 versions ("Save as") for me and none of them does not work).

  Another odd detail: in PP CS6 when I open a project (just before the collapsed opening) I noticed that when I passed between sequences, with timeline tracks audio tab tended on video tracks, so I had to pull them down to the video tracks "open". And 'zoom' was up (image size), although I've never curled it in this way.

  I don't know why, but everything seems to happen after I updated my CS.

  Recovery for Adobe Premiere error 'MediaFoundation/API/Inc/Keyframe/Keyframe.h-146' projects Andreas ( http://www.premiere-project-recovery.com/ ) fixed my damaged project and saved!

  We got the source of the problem. Well at least I hope!

  The problem was caused by a windows update.

  An error was created during the recording of the project in Premiere Pro on windows with English NOT interface. And check your language settings 'dicimal symbol' is a POINT (.)

  

  After the passage of my Windows English interface, I could save and open projects normally!

  Unfortunately damaged projects still did not work...  But the news once is ok, and I hope that the mistake won't happen again!

  But the http://www.premiere-project-recovery.com/ guys can fix damaged project!

• Ripple Delete for PE9 (Mac)

  I have a lot of very short clips on 15 different time lines.  Due to my editing process, most of the clips not abut each other.   How can I remove gaps on each scenario or for all the timelines at the same time.  I can't find a button or ripple delete dropdowon.  It is the EP 9 on a Mac.  Thank you.

  Thank you for pointing this out. Now, all of this makes sense to me.

  Unfortunately, as you will have Clips above the others, which will prevent the use of Rt-click method "delete and close space. Seen the Clips (Audio or video) above where there is a gap, eliminates this method.

  We can now "lasso", basically, with the cursor, select several Clips and drag them as one. With Snap ON, if a dragged a group of Clips, video Track 2, to the left or to the right, for example on the program could yield them to the head or the tail of an another Clip, either above or below 2 video track. However, with so many Clips on so many video titles (more), the Clips that you are moving will be snapping at all--can be very frustrating.

  I think I will start with a video track and her videos, each video track 1 or maybe the video track in the foreground and then manually are contiguous, after I had done it all necessary trimming (essentially setting the In and Out of the clip as necessary or desired) and then any tightening. Once completed, I would skip to the next track of the video and do the same thing.

  Obviously, you want to end up with say the Clips on the video track 1, starting at 00. 00; 00; 00 (unless you add something like a title, black Video or other) and how far the end of these Clips. Then, on the next video track, your Clips will start where the previous ended and so on. If one were to examine the video tracks, this would seem like "steps".

  Once you have the clamps on their video track and then moved en masse to start, where the previous ended, things will be much easier. Snap will be easier to deal with and so very useful.

  Now, PrPro facilitates such an arrangement, because it allows to make sequences, and each has its own scenario. The user would put their 25 Q & A sessions in 25 sequences and modify each sequence completely. Then, we could use various methods to combine them all in a timeline. One method would be to create a 'main sequence' and then copy of each of the individual sequences, paste it into the 'master '. Another method would be to use the nesting sequence, but one would still need to 'shift' the material to the nested sequence, so that each does not overlay another. I often use this first method, in some of my productions, where each "segment" has it own sequence and timeline, and then I combine them in a sequence/timeline 'master '. However, this method is ONLY available in PrPro and not before.

  I keep tryig to find an "easy" way for you to work on your project, to keep clips completely free Audio track, but before has no way of blocking (as a PrPro, and as I filed feature requests for) and lack the track targeting capabilities, as fully as PrPro , so I see no way, but manually move the Clips on their respective titles of the video and then by creating this provision "stairs".

  As I use PrPro much before, I could be missing something here, but you could Explorer group, where you select Clips, as well as on the same video track and choose the group. I thought with more vertical grouping, so don't know not if it will be effective when you group horizontally?

  Maybe others can offer advice or suggestions, to make life easier for you, and I keep you thinking about, in case something goes off in my mind.

  Good luck, and the big question - you really got me thinking on this one!

  In Final Cut Pro 7, you can use editing > find command to search on used clips in the sequence. See if there is an equivalent command in FCE. Unfortunately, I can't determine that at first hand on my system. (In addition, if you are still interested whereas FCP X, there the so-called Timeline index which provides quick access to a list of markers, clips, effects, etc..)

  The frame for you size source of material is HDTV 1080i (16:9). That only sets the size of the image, not the domination of the field, it's what makes progressive or interlaced. The reason it's labels with the 'i' is that when FCP7 was abandoned by Apple, they have never updated the software in order to take account of 1080 p contents.

  To make your progressive sequence, set the dominant field to None.

  In your screenshot of the properties of the element for your clip to the source, the material is interlaced. At the original camera file interlaced or progressive?

  Also, the fps footage was actually 30 original and 29.97 not standard?  30 images/s is very limited its use.

• When I scroll through the mask of image sequence does not follow the layer of the timeline?

  Another problem. I simply scroll the image sequence and you can see on the screenshot that the mask remains where it was in the beginning. I applied red tinted effect (just to show you), and it does not stick to the station when scroller is at the end of the timeline which is say that the mask is not to follow. But it should, because the mask is the image sequence. Why? Please take a look. Maybe there is something wrong with the Ctrl c and Ctrl v method - it's how I inserted my BW mask in the layer mask?

  Please help me I recently lost sound on the timeline of the sequence in my Adobe Premiere Pro CC (2016), the clip is extracted from my Canon EOS 7 D MK2, with extension of MOV file, when I imported this clip for Pinnacle Studio 19, this problem has not occurred and the sound appeared perfectly.
