  Hey all,.

  I was directed here after posting on Reddit help, to make sure someone sees what I believe to be a bug particularly nasty in first 2015.3.  Basically, one of my two computers edition is totally incapable of managing projects in 2015.3.  I'll copy / paste from my previous post for ease, but I'll answer as many questions as I can:

  First refuses to properly view my media. Excerpts are appearing in the source monitor, sequence, the program monitor and my bins, as nothing more than solid, white red blends. This problem did not appear on my school laptop, also running 2015.3. On this point, I was able to edit the project successfully to the end with any of these issues.

  To resolve this problem, I tried hosting files on a local hard drive. I tried their hosting on our network drives (which is where they were welcomed when the laptop which still once, handled very well). I cleared my cache of media within the first. I cleared my cache manually in Windows. I have disabled hardware acceleration. I deleted from my hard drive and reinstalled Windows, and again, my main computer is borked on this project, while the laptop, running the same exact files to the exact location of same network with the same exact version of the first, is very well.  I even recovered files to my SD cards and moved in a drive completely different, to see if the problem persists, and he did.

  The problem seems to occur at various clips, randomly, at each reboot first.  But again, everything on my computer secondary edition, also running 2015.3, using the same files, hosted on the same network drive, works very well.  After Effects can handle the files.  Adobe Media Encoder transcode the files fine, although this isn't a regular part of my job.  The files of play very well under Windows.

  More interesting still, I returned to my most recent project in 2015.2 on my computer concerned and opened in 2015.3.  Many media files knew forever, redded out, pending question, even if the project is completed successfully on this computer without incident a week, running 2015.2.

  I guess for now, I have to go back to 2015.2 on all my workstations, but I wanted to have this problem, because I am confident enough at this stage, I'm dealing with a bug.

  With the help of Creative Cloud Premier and hearing. First when I select a clip and "Edit in Audition: I get the audio extracted fichier.wav showing in the project, but that does not automatically open hearing."   Adobe stores some of their articles in the section files user... so if you use that, make sure you that you do NOT store in Adobe files created there.

  Personally, I tend to find the files I create on the main root of a drive easier to find... so rather than putting things in the user file... huge conglomeration of stuff... I create a folder named clearly immediately the reader and put the subfolders it contains, according to the needs. Different races.

  And for PrPro, I'm spread over something like 5 internal drives.

• After the update of the 2015 Audition, Blue Yeti microphone no longer works.

  I just updated the Creative Cloud 2015 Audition on my Mac and my Blue Yeti Pro mic stopped working immediately.

  There were not any changes in the way of links to Audition with audio device drivers, so there should not be any difference between CC 2014 and 2015. You can try to uncheck the 'use specific peripheral machine by default'. You may also enter the page setting up Audio and MIDI of the Mac to ensure that the hearing has priority for your audio device. The symptoms seems to indicate that some other app on your computer is striking pilots of the hearing from time to time trying to play sounds of notification for example.

  You should be able to go back to the previous version of the CC 2014 by opening the Adobe Creative Cloud application on your computer, click on applications and down in previous Versions.

• First 2015.4 CC crashing when you choose h.264

  Let me start from the beginning; I had updated my video card had a weird problem with it when the screen remained black, but I finally got things and run again. At edit a project and I noticed that when I imported the video, it came with no sound in the monitor of the timeline and source even if the video has played very well outside the first. Could not understand why, happening so I decided to upgrade from the first, thinking that it might be a bug has been fixed. After the update, I started a new project and one of the imported clips and finally, they played very well. So I opened the previous project, in the immediate future, first 2015.4 and all loading upward, but all the videos of the project were gray in the project window and when you click on will present media in the meantime but there was no consistent going on at all. Since all played very well apart from the videos, I thought it must be a problem because of the upgrade, so I deleted the videos, re-imported and places them how I wanted that they worked. Now when I go to export, when I change my AVI to h.264 format, the program hangs and then crashes. I tried the things:

  1 clean the media cache

  2. change the project settings to use the software only

  3. Uninstall and reinstall first

  4. restoration of the video card driver

  5 reset

  Sill no luck. I checked the event viewer, and it showed that ntdll.dll has been involved in accidents. My PC specs are:

  CPU: i7 3820 (8 cores) running at 3.8 Ghz

  Motherboard: Gigabyte LGA-2011

  Memory: 28GB

  GPU: GigaByte GTX 650 Ti (pilot: 372.54 latest Version)

  PP Version: PP CC 2015.3 (although he said the responsibility of project: 2015.4)

  OS: Windows 10 x 64

  Disk: 1 TB HARD drive

  Would have thought I would collect some support here, don't think. Anyway, I solved my problem. Retired on 2015.3/4 in 2015 again and made a manual of the media folder cache files (which I thought was empty since I clicked on media clean cache from the program, but was not), has also done sfc scan and saw that iccvid.dll has been corrupted, replaced one but also re-download and install a codec pack. So now, at least for this first version it's in the form of work.

  This is expected as profile tab behavior does not appear under Lens Correction Panel if you go to Camera Raw Filter in Photoshop

  However, profile tab would be there if you open a raw image directly in camera raw first.

  You can go to the filter menu > Lens correction in Photoshop, if you want to search for profiles with edit in Photoshop.

  Hi, we had a problem with first (2015.3) using the RAM on PC. Whenever we display media thumbnails, first sucks all the RAM until Windows crashes (we can monitor it via Task Manager). This also happens when you link to the media and it consistent. The only work around we have found is to view the media as a list instead of thumbnails when linking to the media.  I put the max RAM for first allocation in the preferences of the memory, but it seems to make no difference. We run on Windows 10 with 16 GB of RAM installed? It's a strange question that seems to be going through all of our machines (which are still configured). Someone else has this problem? We suspect that this is a bug with the latest version of first? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

  Please write a bug report on it, listing exactly the question & how it goes and of course that you encounter it on several machines in your office.

  It seems a stupid thing both because they do NOT meet the filing of reports, but... it's the only way to ensure you get the information that you experience a bug and what is the management team. It is in the application forms tabulated bug/feature that they decide to engineer time budgeting and priorities.

  And Yes, clearly pose with memory leaks in 2015.4 across both Mac and at least Win10 version. I'm on Win7 and with not problems... touch wood... but do not know whether or not it is related to the operating system.

• After the first 2015.3 update will not start

  It's pretty weird. Adobe Upadater shows me that he updated for first 2015.3. When I look for the program folder, the folder name is 2015.3 as well. When I run the application, the start screen displays 2015.4. Then the splash screen disappears and nothing happens.

  Does anyone know how to solve the problem of not first start?

  Seemed like a good idea...  Now, the sound stutters and drop frames.

  I have a multi-boot system, so I just loaded Adobe CC on my boot Windows 10.
  Always first 2015.3 does not play correctly and stutters.
  Has created a new project-sequence and placed an MP3 on the timeline without any video. Looks a sort of boat engine during playback and the visuals on the counters still indicate stuttering as well.

  Anyone else having this problem after the update?
  How can I get my 2015.2 or whatever I had on my system?  There is no menu drop down more on install to install an older version [other sites showed a fall to the bottom of the box where you can install the CC 2014 version but I have yet to see it]

  After some troubleshooting I've narrowed the issue until this CC first 2015.3 don't like my graphics card, a SoundBlaster Z and its parameters.  2015.2 worked fine, but now the sound stutters and playback is extremely agitated turn upgrade.

  For this project, I am just finishing, I'll use, of all things, the HDMI sound goes to my computer screen.  The Nvidia graphics card I do not mind reading.  I'll tinker later and see if I can find a permanent solution...

  After import mp4 no audio. I tried to rename folder Max, but it did not help me. First 9.2 all perfect work with no bugs. When bugs fixed?

  Try to import your files via the media browser.

  The route of the cache folder has not worked for me either.  Missed me the audio streams on files that have been simply exported to a chronology of the first 2015.3 via Media Encoder.  I then remembered that the records are treated differently when they are imported with Media Browser.  Here are my results:

  

  You can see that, when imported through Media Browser, the audio file does a good job.  But when imported in any other way, the same exact file is missing its audio stream.  I hope this helps!

  I have an existing project from 2015 first with MOV files in it. Everything was good in the world until that blasted creative cloud persistently told me to go to 2015.3 so I held. After the upgrade to the first 2015.3 decided not to move the audio in MOV files. I installed Quicktime. And as said before everything worked fine in the previous version of first. I tried to use Media encoder to change the type of file, but it doesn't recognize too much audio in MOV files. What gives Adobe?

• Method of non-destructive editing clips?

  Is there a non-destructive way to edit clips? I create a multi camera edit, and 2 different but synchronized audio channels. What I've been doing so far is simply using the cutting tool for removal of sections of the timeline to show or hide a view of cameras. Already it has resulted in a big mistake, when I accidentally cut video I wanted to keep.

  Seems to me that there must be a better way. You can simply hide the sections of video / audio to achieve the same effect without remove them permanently from your timeline?

  Organization is non-destructive. That is permanent and not affect the source element.

  You can fix any "error / error/fault of decision" in the sequence by various means.

  For example, drag the ends of the clips to decrease and increase a "gap".

• Premiere Pro CC - effect audio Denoiser works is not on the first few seconds of the clip

  I use the audio Denoiser effect for the main audio track. When I export and play the video, the Denoiser effect is disabled for the first few seconds of the clip. I read on other forums that this can be corrected by putting the effect on the faucet of the audio track instead of each individual clip, but I already tried this and it does not solve the problem. Any ideas?

  audio denoiser appears to use the adaptive method by default. in other words, need a few seconds to look at the material to build a profile of noise and then start removing the noise. This is useful for when the noise pattern changes during recording. If you try to remove the noise is constant, you can open the effect and check the box 'freeze' to have keep the noise profile. This can make the effect kick in instantly vs seconds.
