  Under Windows, the most troubling problem with external drives is that the drive letters tend to change at any time. And Lightroom expect those to stay constant (sic). But if you work on a laptop AND a desktop computer, have a mobile disk is the best solution to go.

  The picture is upside down, but if all goes well, it gets the point across.  My 19-month-old child was sitting on my lap while I took a break from work to home (a mature student and I just started my first class here) and she got up and hitting a few buttons and it happened.

  If you actually logged on as an administrator?
  If so this is the reason why - all of your files and folders under your user account from the administrator account.
  If you do not actually log - on as an administrator, you must be precise as to what you did in fact GREEN.

  I recently bought a Satellite P850 138 and loading up, I noticed that when that card said she had 640Go hard drive but mine is only showing the 570 GB and off that 540 GB available. on other computers laptop toshiba Ive got theres usually a partition, so I guess this must be why theres missing 100 GB.

  The point is that your HARD drive has 3 partitions.
  (1) small hidden partition that contains the Windows 7 repair files
  (2) C partition for the system
  (3) D partition for files image of Toshiba

  So don t be worried, everything is ok.
