2 suggestions:

1. If it was not more than 10-15 days ago, and if you remember a date of 'good' when there was no problem to login, please do a system restore. Choose this good date as your restore point.
Go to safe mode, see if you can connect to your account in safe mode.
Here's how to get safe mode:

Shut down your computer > turn it back on and immediately and repeatedly tab key F8 until you see a black and white screen. The top/down arrow and select Safe Mode

Here's how the system restore:
Start button > Search box, type system restore > press the Enter key > uac prompt > click on choose a different restore point > next > select dates as your restore point, until the click > next > finish
To sit and wait. The machine restarts when it's done.

2 take a look at this Support MS. tutorials It has a "Fix it for me" application as a 'I'll fix it myself' instructions.

Is this a bug in ACS 5.3.0.40.4?

We have some AD user accounts that are allowed to connect on some computers. I am able to connect to computers are allowed with the AD-account, but the 802. 1 x fails and the client cannot obtain a network connection. It's on the vlan right, but he cannot ping the default gateway and is not set to the guest VLAN. In the ACS journal, we see the error "" EAP session expired: 24441 account not allowed to log on using the current workstation".

I checked it by testing another user. I limited the user to only connect to a single computer. I then logged on this computer, and shortly after I lost the network connection and the same error in the log.

This means that the 802. 1 x fails if you try to limit which computers a user account can connect to AD. If anyone has experienced this before?

I know that he is two years, but we just encountered the same problem, but with ISE 1.2.  ISE and ACS MUST be added to the list of computers that are allowed for the user.  Which does not require that the ISE or ACS is in the same domain as the users, which would be a problem for the person who started this chain.  The "current workstation" in the error message "account 24441 not allowed to log on by using the current workstation" refers to the ACS or ISE, not end machine, as explained above maldehne.  This is because, for the most part, the user logs in ACS or ISE in order to authenticate against AD.  Not directly, but it's how 802. 1 X.  Added once ACS or ISE, authentication works perfectly (as long as everything else is correct.)

  • Not allowed to log on when the domain is not available

    Hello world

I have setup a T500 on the area of the company and when I try to log on to the laptop when a connection of field is not available for example from home. I get "you are limited to using fingerprints only to connect. But the fingerprint system is currently unavailable. Please contact your administrator"pop up message box. However I have not enrolled in the connection of the fingerprint.

Thanks for any help on this.

    Rhys

Have found the solution. It's easier that I thought it would be.

I logged the area. Open the lenovo fingerprint software. entered my password, which allowed me to go into the options and uncheck the box "logon of fingerprints only", and then closed the lenovo fingerprint software. Then I disconnected and disconnect all network connections and could open a session with just by typing the user name and password.

    Hope this helps someone else.

    Hello

    You can try the following.

Shut down the laptop.  Tap away at f8 that you start the laptop to enter the Windows Recovery Console.  Use the arrow keys to select Safe mode and press ENTER.  If windows will load in this mode, on the Start Menu, click principally made programs, click Accessories, click System Tools and run the system restore.  Choose a restore point at least 24 hours prior to the issue of logon and then proceed to the restoration.  When you are finished, Windows will restart as normal in order to check if you can now connect correctly.

Another option if the above does not help is as follows.

Shut down the laptop.  Tap away at f8 that you start the laptop to enter the Windows Recovery Console.  Use the arrow keys to select "Start using last good known Configuration" and press ENTER.

    Search for malware:

Download, install, execute, update and perform analyses complete system with the two following applications:

Remove anything they find.  Reboot when necessary.  (You can uninstall one or both when finished.)

Search online with eSet Online Scanner.

Use Autoruns to understand this all starts when your computer's / when you log in.  Look for whatever it is you do not know using Google (or ask here.)  You can hopefully figure out if there are things from when your computer does (or connect) you don't not need and then configure them (through their own built-in mechanisms is the preferred method) so they do not - start using your resources without reason.

You can disable hibernation if it is enabled and you do not...

When you Hibernate your computer, Windows saves the contents of the system memory in the hiberfil.sys file. As a result, the size of the hiberfil.sys file will always be equal to the amount of physical memory in your system. If you don't use the Hibernate feature and want to reclaim the space used by Windows for the hiberfil.sys file, perform the following steps:

-Start the Control Panel Power Options applet (go to start, settings, Control Panel, and then click Power Options).
-Select the Hibernate tab, uncheck "Activate the hibernation", and then click OK. Although you might think otherwise, selecting never under "Hibernate" option on the power management tab does not delete the hiberfil.sys file.
-Windows remove the "Hibernate" option on the power management tab and delete the hiberfil.sys file.

You can control the amount of space your system restore can use...

    1. Click Start, right click my computer and then click Properties.
    2. click on the System Restore tab.
    3. highlight one of your readers (or C: If you only) and click on the button "settings".
4 change the percentage of disk space you want to allow... I suggest moving the slider until you have about 1 GB (1024 MB or close to that...)
    5. click on OK. Then click OK again.

You can control the amount of space used may or may not temporary Internet files...

Empty the temporary Internet files and reduce the size, that it stores a size between 64 MB and 128 MB...

-Open a copy of Microsoft Internet Explorer.
    -Select TOOLS - Internet Options.
-On the general tab in the section 'Temporary Internet files', follow these steps:
-Click on 'Delete the Cookies' (click OK)
-Click on "Settings" and change the "amount of disk space to use: ' something between 64 MB and 128 MB. (There may be many more now.)
    -Click OK.
-Click on 'Delete files', then select "Delete all offline content" (the box), and then click OK. (If you had a LOT, it can take 2 to 10 minutes or more).
-Once it's done, click OK, close Internet Explorer, open Internet Explorer.

  • Update is not allowed to download due to the regulations?

Windows 7 Edition using Home Premium.  For several weeks I can't download files, even from Microsoft.  They appear to download successfully, but I can't run or save them, nor can I find them in the downloads, Desktop, anywhere.

Looking at the Windows Update log, I find several times: "update is not allowed to download due to regulations."  Is it an idea of why NO file is allowed to upload?  What should I do?  I've tried many 'solutions' proposed in the online forums, including this one.  Thank you.

Assuming that you can use the "Win7 upgrade disk" to do the clean install, you MUST perform an "Advanced (custom) installation" of Win7 (which will format the HARD drive in the process, hence the need for the backup of your personal data).

'Personal data' for me = the content of the current My Documents folder, e-mail Client (for example, Outlook;) Data from Windows Live Mail), favorites of IE. You pouvez want to backup your user account settings, as well.

You can locate your backup on an external drive, Yes. If I had to, I would format the external drive first (since external readers who were connected to the computer may be infected, too).

You do NOT want to restore the backup DATA until it is scanned by your application anti-virus/anti-spyware installled and (in MY opinion) at least an analysis online "on-demand" (e.g., http://www.eset.com/us/online-scanner).

After reviewing the config, the difference between groups Anyconnect and SSL-RDP-Only is the AAA server.

AnyConnect group uses the radius for authentication (RAS01) server, while the SSL-RDP-Only group uses an LDAP server for authentication (FUN-LDAP), and the configuration of the FUN-LDAP server, you configure the mapping of LDAP attributes, which is to map the group "An1meR0xs".

To test, change authentication LDAP aaa RADIUS for the newly created group.

    Hope that helps.
