Not found battery

I have an off-warranty HPG60-235dx.  I just had to replace the battery, and then presented the message that the battery was plugged in and not charging.  I followed the instructions about uninstalling complaint ACPI battery, and now it will not reinstall.  Battery maintenance says there is no battery and I can't get the battery icon appears in the notification area.  When I click on customize, it is said the notification is not active, and it is greyed out in the page «toggle system icons»  I tried to stop, take the battery and cord, press and hold power for 30 seconds and restart only to batteries, but that did not help anything.  Any help would be greatly appreciated since this kind of makes me crazy!

As you turn on the computer and you get a back looking for the configuration options screen, press F10.

Manual

See page 5-1. I see that there is no available test well of the battery. Try to run the battery down and see if it charges with the laptop. If so, then I'll try to reinstall Windows, and I think it will work.

    Hi Ponny,

What happens if you leave the AC adapter plugged in for 24 hours or overnight and then you start the laptop without an AC/DC adapter? On the first charge, it takes a little longer until the battery is fully charged.

If that doesn t work, you need to contact the store where you bought it or authorized service provider. In this case, you should get a new battery free.

  • Microsoft XP blue screen and message - this applicationhas failed to start because LSASRY.dll was not found, that reinstallation can correct moyenessentiel,

    Let's see...

If you see a message like this:

Lsass.exe - Unable to locate component
This application has failed to start because lsasrv WITH. DLL was not found.  Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

Then, when you click OK, you have nothing more than a mobile mouse cursor.

I seriously doubt that the opinion of the engineer of Microsoft Support for try the last good known Configuration will replace a missing file, so that theory approaches the area of ridicule.    This is not what LKGC, that is not what he does and is not how it works.

Re-installation of XP is a very bad idea.

There is also no need get a Windows XP installation CD, because you can create a bootable XP Recovery CD yourself and then see to replace the missing file.

I understand not all next to a Microsoft representative.  Obviously not tested, won't work, won't help, but there are the necessary links to an article.   It's just another MSE wild-goose chase.

The lsasrv.dll file should really never be missed, so answer these questions as the best yo can:

Describe your current antivirus and software anti malware situation: McAfee, Symantec, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, MSE, Panda, Trend Micro, CA, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, Comodo, etc..

The question was preceded by a loss of power, aborted reboot or abnormal termination?  (this includes the plug pulling, buttons power, remove the battery, etc.)

The afflicted system has a working CD/DVD (internal or external) drive?

If the system works, what do you think might have changed since the last time it did not work properly?

If you have no XP bootable media (or aren't sure you have) create a bootable XP Recovery CD of Console and do not forget what you have (no XP media required).

This is not the same as recovery disks that might have come with the acquisition of the system store.

You can make a bootable Recovery Console CD by downloading an ISO file and burn it to a CD.

The ISO bootable image file you need to download is called:

    xp_rec_con. ISO

    Download the ISO from here:

    http://www.mediafire.com/?ueyyzfymmig

Use a new CD and this simple and free program to burn your ISO file and create your bootable CD (do not install UniBlue or the Ask Toolbar - never!):

    http://www.ImgBurn.com/

Here are some instructions for ImgBurn:

    http://Forum.ImgBurn.com/index.php?showtopic=61

It would be a good idea to test your bootable CD on a computer running.

You may need to adjust the computer BIOS settings to use the CD-ROM drive as the first device to boot instead of the hard drive.  These adjustments are made before Windows tries to load.  If you miss it, you will need to restart the system again.

When you start on the CD, follow the instructions:

Press any key to boot from CD...

    Installing Windows... going to pronounce.

Press 'R' to enter the Recovery Console.

Select the installation that you want to access (usually 1: C:\WINDOWS)

You may be asked to enter the password (usually empty).

You should be in the folder C:\WINDOWS.  It's the same as the

C:\Windows folder that you see in Solution Explorer.

The Recovery Console allows base as file commands: copy, rename, replace, delete, chkdsk, fixboot, fixmbr, cd, etc.

For a list of the commands in the Recovery Console, type help at the prompt of commands or read on here XP Recovery Console:

    http://www.Microsoft.com/resources/documentation/Windows/XP/all/proddocs/en-us/recovery_console_cmds.mspx?mfr=true

A good idea before you start things must first verify the integrity of your file system by using the chkdsk command.

In the command prompt window, run the chkdsk command on the drive where Windows is installed to try to fix any problems on the afflicted player.

Running chkdsk is fine, even if he finds no problem.  It won't hurt anything to run it.

Assuming your boot drive is C, run the following command:

    CHKDSK C: /r

Let chkdsk finish to correct the problems, he could find.

It may take a long time for chkdsk complete or they seem to be "stuck".  Be patient.  If the HARD drive led blinks always, chkdsk is something.  Keep an eye on the amount of the percentage to be sure that it is still making progress.  It may even seem to go back sometime.

You must run chkdsk/r again until it finds no error to correct.

Then at the Recovery Console prompt enter orders to replace the missing file from backup copies that are already on your system:

    Copy c:\windows\system32\dllcache\lsasrv.dll c:\windows\system32

Answered in the affirmative if invited to replace the existing file and then you should see a message that 1 file (s) has been copied.

Depending on your system configuration, you may need to copy the files somewhere else, so if they are not in the folder dllcache for any reason, enter the command like this:

    Copy c:\windows\ServicePackFiles\i386\lsasrv.dll c:\windows\system32

Answered in the affirmative if invited to replace the existing file and then you should see a message that 1 file (s) has been copied.

Remove the CD and then type "exit" and restart your system.

  • Bluetooth not found

    Hello

    HP envy m6 1125dx, win8 64bits

I have the pc mentioned above for about a year now and always worked well.

I recently bought a parrot Zik bluetooth headset.

I had never used/looked for bluetooth on the pc before today.

I paired the headset with my phone, no problem at all.

Then, I tried to pair the headset with the pc.

The bluetooth icon is not found... and I don't remember ever having seen...

I go to the control panel > Device Manager > network adapters and I see that there are no installed Bluetooth adapter...

Then I open the service.msn file and I see that the 'Bluetooth Support Service' is running...

How can it work with no driver installed?

    So far I have tried:

    1. a hard reset of the pc (power off, unplug everything, pull battery, press the power button for 20 sec, battery in, pc Tower) did not work, still missing a bluetooth icon and in pc settings > wireless the option to enable or disable the bluetooth is not there.

    2 tried to install the following drivers, sp60480.exe, sp58944.exe, sp59207.exe, sp59021.exe and also www.Thomson-Broadband.com SetupBtwDownloadSE.exe

Once again, no luck. None of the drivers even installed...

Any ideas on what could be wrong?

Should I just get an external usb Bluetooth adapter... ??? If so, any suggestions on which one?

This is a * beep * expensive pair of headphones and I hate not being able to use...

Don't think it's important, but I bought the pc in the United States but I live in Italy.

    Thank you very much

    Hello:

According to the specifications of the product on the link below, your specific model does not come with BT that's why nothing works for you.

If your model comes with BT, then he would have been listed next to the section of wireless connectivity.

    http://support.HP.com/us-en/document/c03489413

You could either buy an external USB BT adapter or look in your owner's manual for a card combo WLAN/BT to buy support.

If you decide to do the latter, you can buy only one of the maps in the manual and it must have the HP part # on it or it won't work.

I selected "Show hidden devices", he showed "Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller". Disable was gray and under properties it says that this device does not work correctly because it is not connected.

I read online and decided to uninstall the driver with the hope that by restarting the computer would work. He did not. I reinstalled the driver, it says

The RealTek network adapter/controller was not found.

I had initially it say "Findfile failed" but I fixed using separate drivers instead of the ones on my motherboard drivers CD.

    I have:

    Tried to reinstall the drivers.

"The RealTek network adapter/controller is not found.
If Deep Sleep Mode please connect the cable"

Power off the PC, remove the battery CMOS and RAM, power cord unplugged and waited 45 min, pressed the power button, replaced the RAM, the Cmos battery and power cord and return the computer.

The BIOS to the default value of the optimized parameters.

Updated the Bios of the site of gigabytes using @Bios. This has been a success, but has not fixed the problem.

Check the BIOS of the controller. Under device it lists 'Lan Controller #1'. It has been activated. I disabled started, stop and enabled and started. Not more than anything.

I installed the Realtek Ethernet diagnostic utility - it shows that nothing there so he could diagnose.

I updated the drivers for chipset provided by Gigabyte and I updated the Intel Management Engine Interface. These were both successful, but has not fixed the problem.

Note: I don't have anything that is listed under "Network adapters" in the Device Manager. Viewing hidden devices shows a variety of things listed here as "WAN Miniport" and "Card Microsoft 6to4", but none of these are a real network card.

System Restore is not an option. Thanks for your help.

I don't think that you had corrected the post as the answer. People with the power to do have a bad habit of marking messages as the answer, particularly when the poster is an engineer/Microsoft, when clearly the question was not answered at all.  You may be able to uncheck the post that you are the original poster. You actually answered your own question, and it must be marked as the answer.

  • Wireless disconnect all of a sudden and then adapter is not found until the reboot!

I am currently using Acer Aspire 4740 G with Windows 7 Home Premium. Previously, the problem I encountered was that the wireless card is not found when you turn on the laptop with the battery. The problem could be fixed by restarting until the adapter is found, or just plug in the power cable.

Recently, the problem has gotten worse. Even when it's current alternative, my wireless connection will suddenly shut off and then the adapter is not detected until the reboot. In network connection, the adapter is shown, but it shows disabled. When I click on him allow, the popup notification enabled but in the network connection is still disabled. When I try to uninstall the card and try to install it back, the adapter is gone until I restart.
    They follow methods I've tried.
-Under the management of the power of the adapter, I unchecked "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".
    -Using a power high performance
-Updated my wireless adapter for Qualcomm Atheros AR5B93 v10.0.0.234 (do not know what is the most recent, can anyone verify this for me?)
The only way to solve the problem now is to restart the laptop. However, the problem will occur again in about an hour or 2, but it's embarrassing!

Not sure if this helps, because my problem seems to be fixed now.

I have been uninstalled Tuneup Utilities. I remembered before installing Tuneup, the problem occurs only when my laptop was disconnected and running on battery power. After the installation of Tuneup, this occurs even it is plugged. Looks like than Tuneup messed my network or power management.
