Not happy with the Satellite L650 - dysfunctions always
This is the third time this year I hadmy laptop fail.
He had 2 hard drives and replaced PCB. Then a display problem has been occurring intermittently for some time and now that the point of being unusable.I just realized that the reason for problems with my graphics applications have been all along because of the faulty GPU. I lost a lot of time trying to make this machine to work with countless and frustration and restore blue screen according to the factory State.
I have no confidence in this product, I do not store anything on the hard drive, cannot use it to work just in case it goes bad again. I reached the point of being completely satisfied with this product that I have absolutely no confidence in its quality and reliability.
I had a failure I'm afraid to use it for something else only to e-mail and internet. It is totally unacceptable and cannot continue. When I bought this machine, I trusted reputation and name of Toshiba. It was a big mistake.
I would like Toshiba to reassess this product either refund my money or provide me with a new laptop replacement that works. I have a product that has lost hours of my time and is a source of sorrow and frustration. Basically, it cost me a lot of money because of the time lost trying to make it work. I got it with this camera and I'm not happy to go through another round of repairs. I bought a new machine and ended up with a loser of second hand.
I plan to take this case as a result of the Department of Consumer Affairs, I've reached my limits with this unreliable machine. It is the worst computer I have ever owned.
(P.S. I have another identical machine that works without any problem). Lemon law applies to laptops?

Horrible programming skills by operating system software developers. I have flashbacks of Microsoft and how they design operating systems without taking into account specifications of the hardware of the average user. I have a Bold 9700 purchased last year and installed OS 6.0.

How for MAC OSX users below...
(1) in the OSX of Blackberry Desktop Software version, click on Applications at the top right.
(2) check updates (it will show that your software is up to date)
(3) click on [see the other Versions]
(4) to select the operating system you want to downgrade to.
BTW: Why the hell was it a program called Smurf Village on my phone that could not be removed. Once again, reminds me of bundles software preloaded with windows Microsoft usless.

I am user of Lightroom 5. Consider purchase version 6. Not happy with the subscription option, bcs, it looks like a year of use I will not be able to continue to use this version and you want me to pay more to continue to use LightRoom 6. Is this good? If so - I'll stay with Lightroom 5.

There is no space and firefox said I can put icons on the tool bar anywhere... it jumps at the end and I can't get anything in the middle of the page, the icons are small, and there is no option to enlarge them and add text to the icon. the tabs that look like a file folder suck. There is no option to add a toolbar or put tabs on top overall is 10 steps backward instead of an improvement... you had something very friendly with 28 and you're just screwed I will seek another browser
Hi Gary, you come earlier to the new UI design? There is an old article on how to use an add-on to restyle it as the interface classic Firefox 4-28, or even earlier. If you do not have another browser that makes you happy, please take a look: How to make the new look of Firefox as the old Firefox.

After the upgrade to windows 10, I loved not the style was thus to Windows 7, but I have not been able to log on the PC since. He's going through commissioning, but when on screen password box the pointer of the mouse and keyboard do not respond.
This happens in safe mode for.
The PC is a Sony Vaio laptop.

You have a Windows 7 installation disc?
As you cannot start your computer at all, I suggest to run a Startup Repair to repair the damaged boot system files and try to boot into normal mode. See the section: How to use Startup Repair in the following link.
Startup Repair: frequently asked questions
If this does not help, try to boot from a disc to install Windows 7 on the Windows recovery environment mode and then try to run the Startup Repair tool and check if you are able to start normally with mouse and keyboard.

I have a MP4 video that I paid for and downloaded (so it is not hacked) and after the converted online into a MOV file I am more able to import videos into iTunes. I converted MP4 files of MOV files and imported into iTunes several times in the past with no problems - until iTunes 12 came. NOW, if I want to import videos into iTunes I buy a $40 conversion program to download iTunes to recognize and play the video. I imagine that people will have similar problems with the import of videos taken with their cameras and smart phones. This is NOT acceptable. Apple if you PLEASE correct it.

Madasafish webmail new message is not happy when sent using Firefox but ok on Chrome
I have always used Firefox to open my Web of Madasafish email account, but for the last five or six days, I have been unable to send new e-mail messages. I open a new message and type in the content and then send it back but when it gets to the recipient that it contains nothing other than my signature that is automatically added to outgoing messages. I tried to send messages on IE11 - same result in Firefox - no message content; Chrome - entire message arrives; Safari - all message arrives. I don't want to go back to IE11 and I am using Windows 8.1 do not use Safari. I just reinstalled Firefox and Java, but the same thing happens again. Madasafish have not an answer. What has gone wrong?
Firefox Safe mode disables extensions, so you could look at those and see which you can disable or remove for regular use. Open the page modules using either:
- CTRL + SHIFT + a
- "3-bar" menu button (or tools) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Extensions. Then see what you can stop.
Given that the extension of McAfee seems to be one that is the most likely parts of filter or block sites, you could try to simply disable that one and see if that makes a difference.(You may need to do in 'normal' mode if you cannot use the button disable mode without failure).
Safe mode change also a few other things, but extensions are the most critical.

I made a mistake some how. I'm not the best a computer news as the new avg with the research changes. I want to return my old menu bar. I want to be able to open a new tab without going through an open search window. I don't like new tiny 'file above it don't help me. I want the option to click the Refresh button bit. How to get back to what I had before?
I don't know what happened to your menus and toolbars. Has this happened after an update of Firefox, or a change in your add-ons?
(1) you can switch between the Firefox button orange with its abbreviated menus and the classic menu bar, by using the following text:
ALT + v (open the menu Classic view) > toolbars > Menu bar
(2) in the new tab, you wanted it is empty? Are there currently AVG research? If you want to get rid of the search for AVG, you probably have to disable to remove one or more modules from here:
Orange Firefox button or classic menu Tools > Modules > category: Extensions
Does make a difference?
(3) the reload button is nestled at the end of the address bar, after the star icon and the drop-marker. If you prefer that your button to reload on the bar itself, you can do that using the personalization feature.
ALT + v (open the menu Classic view) > toolbars > customize
In order to avoid the button reload to slip into the URL bar, you can perform the following actions:
- Move the button reload for the left side of the address box
- Move another button between the address box and reload
- Move another button between the reload and stop buttons
- Reverse the order of the reload and stop buttons
