    I understand that you run Windows 10 and you must update iTunes to the latest version so that your iPhone will be recognized when connected. I do not know if you receive an error when you try to update iTunes or not.

    If you receive an error or alert, you can consider removing iTunes and all of its associated components and then reinstalling fresh iTunes on your computer.   • Has anyone else been concluded another renewal of 12 months without being notified? then tried to cancel and charged?

    I had already been told by phone when I tried to cancel before the end of my 12 month subscription that I have to wait until it ended and then could cancel when I tried that I would be out of the period of 12 months, otherwise I would have to pay the cancellation fee or pay the rest of the period.  So, today, when I tried to cancel, I was shocked to be told I had been concluded an additional month of 12 June 2015 plan and having to pay £ 91,30 cancellation fees.  They said they sent me, but I don't have email, not even in junk.  When I tried to complain, customer service were not at all helpful and stuck to their "script" that I have to pay to the top!  I find it disgusting that Adobe Customer Services have no customer any service to their customers.

    I had my laptop dell inspiron 1564 about two months ago and today when I turned on my laptop a message appeared on the screen the battery is not supported by the system . Can someone guide me through this question please?

    I have another question as well... the second day of my purchase of this product, that the screen is empty, n when I tried to turn on the key to the power of the laptop, a message appeared that the display driver has stopped responding earlier and it happened recently in a few days back as well. I will be very happy if someone can help me please on these two problems. In the hope of a solution in due course.

  • FSX and FSX acceleration not will not activate after the uninstallation and reinstallation of the following problems with Windows 7 upgrade

    After the upgrade to Windows Vista Ultimate SP2 Windows 7, I couldn't FSX to load.  It would hang at the splash screen.  This has since been resolved and may have been a conflict between my card graphic and sound card and maybe even my webcam.  I then tried to reinstall FSX.  However, I decided to load up the Accerleration as before, but when I entered the activation code it says after trying that he could not get an answer to the server and to verify that I had an internet session active.  I did, but he always refused to activate.  So I uninstalled FSX acceleration and ran repair on FSX.  But now, he wants the activation code for FSX and when I write this so I always get the message that it cannot get a response from the server, please try again later or check that your internet connection is active.  I have the full internet connection, but doesn't understand why it won't save my activation codes.  I am limited to 30 minutes and cannot be installed acceleration as it wants the code for FSX.  I read on the forum that you can uninstall and reinstall on the same computer as many times you like then why used enable it?  It seems that he doesn't like my internet connection even though I am on the internet.  Anyone has any ideas. My pc is a Dell Inspiron 530 s with Nvidia 9400Gt card and card Soundblaster with 160 gb 1.66 ghz, 4gig ram and router Netgear WGR614 cable wireless

    Hi steve, I managed to install in the end.  I upgraded to a hard drive more that I wanted more space and copied the image to the new drive.  FSX is not yet accept the keys during the installation.  I ran the above utilities (see blog Amritas) to clear the license keys, empty temporary folders and change the registry entry by using 'regedit' on the command line, but still his wouldn't.  In the end, I installed and uninstalled three times until I finally installed it on a partition on the drive and he finally accepted the license keys.  This was done on the original admin user account that I had problems with from the start.  I have now it works.  The utility I used was KB928080 Microsoft.   I can only suggest you keep trying or partition of your hard drive and try and install on the new partition after erasing the license keys and temp folders (see above Amrita).  I can't guarantee that it works well.  To me it's a question of licenses i.e. acceleration has been uninstalled and reinstalled many times so it will no longer accept the license keys.  Happy installing! I don't know how is it frustrating.

    Hi, I have an Envy Touchsmart J001 TX laptop.  I've upgraded to 8.1 Windows a few days back and my pc was working fine. Yesterday, my WIFI and Bluetooth stopped being detected.

    I checked Device Manager and it does not show the adapters. My system has BT Ralink and Realtek wifi b/g/n.

    Restart the system, WiFI present themselves and worked normally, but on next reboot disappeared again.

    The physical plane mode button is orange and pressing or off change in the status of shows like airplane on or off but the notification area icon mode shows no change.

    The network and sharing Center shows not router WIFI in the settings of the card and even the menu of configuration of Windows 8 don't tell no detected wirelessadapter.

    I've updated my drivers and even my BIOS. Earlier I got the version of BIOS INSYDE F.24 and current installed BIOS is INSYDE F.53. Here is the log file in the folder SWsetup containing the unzipped BIOS file. I think that the BIOS is not installed correctly. Please analyze the log file and do not tell if you see something wrong.

    Has anyone else had a similar problem with the update of the BIOS, or with WIFI after Win 8.1 update?

    1. remove the battery and unplug the power supply

    2. press and hold the power on button for 30 seconds

    3. allow battery but to plug the power unit in

    4. Press power button, then press the f10 key immediately (a number of times)

    5. the bios Setup menu appears

    6. select Reset default values

    7. Select Save and exit

    System boots and the wifi key changes from orange to blue

    sometimes FF 6/7 shows a VERY strange behavior:
    While 'normal' things on Web sites (click on the links, edit text, scrolling, evolution of the tabs boxes) FF starts to ignore my simple clicks. The only way to work is with double-click instead of single-click (i.e. for links, enter a SBO, switch tabs, even to open a menu of Firefox) for all actions.

    While moving to a "circle" contact - FF changes only are allowed double clicks. No errors, no message.

    I found this behavior buggy on many different sites - simple websites and with complex features, too - in the past few weeks since bf6 + 7 are current versions.

    With my other two questions, I get the idea that the current releases of FF contain more bugs in versions between FF1 to FF3.

    OK, I think that this issue (change of behavior: needs double click to get the reaction of simple click)-isRESOLVED: -

    I have disabled all addons and enabled/tested one by one... it was, apparently, the add-on "Multi links 3.0.0.16" was the problem.

    I replaced it with "Snap Links 2.1.1" (installed, but not yet tried a new), and less than a week daily work of 10-12 I never got this bug again.

    Press enter

    Scroll down to print spooler

    Right-click on the spooler and select stop

    Wait for Windows to stop the spooler

    Close the window

    Control Panel > printers folder

    Right-click on the printer icon and select open

    Click file > cancel all Documents

    Close the window

    Start > right click on computer

    Click on manage

    Select Device Manager

    Click on the + sign next to the Ieee... compatible printers

    Right-click on the driver and select uninstall

    Click on the + next to imaging devices

    Right-click on the driver and select uninstall

    Click on the + sign next to printers

    Right-click on the driver and select uninstall

    Click on the + sign next to Bus USB controllers

    Right-click on the printer driver and select uninstall

    Close the Device Manager

    Restart the computer

    Windows will reinstall the drivers

    Go to the manufacturer's website and search for updated drivers

    Don't forget to come back to services and start print spooler before printing again.
