Original title: HAVING BAD RELIANT MY COMPUTER to MY TV Please HELP IF YOU CAN!

When I try to connect my computer to my HD TV it says no 'supported '. I'm confused because I always connect my computer to my TV to watch movies online, but now for somereason I don't know why it is not currently supported. I tried to change the resolution to the most humble, above and between the two, but still can't seem to find the problem, please help someone... Please, thanks in advance!

Hi Christine,

-What is the exact error that you receive when you connect the computer to the television?

Most likely your Windows is set at a too high resolution for your TV to manage. When a TV meets a too high resolution display, it displays nothing.

Please try the steps mentioned by Aziz N in

I recently bought the Replicator above, loaded the software, restarted my computer and only then connected the device according to the instructions.

As much I know PortReplicator II only is not supported for Tecra A8. According to the sustained specification is Port Replicator III + only.

" Remove or replace any surge protectors. " Remove the surge protectors between the system and outlet. Unplug them only in order to solve this problem. Connect the system directly to a wall socket that is well known. A lamp or a hair dryer can be plugged into the wall outlet to check that it works.
Over time, the surge protectors can develop bad connections and present a potential of incompatible power between the wall outlet and the system. Some surge protectors have fuses that have to be reset in the case of an increase in energy consumption. This might indicate there are too many devices and the surge protector with power to the surge protector limit exceeded. If the surge protector is equipped with a fuse and reset it solves the problem, remove some of the connected devices and the surge protector. Make sure that the wall outlet is not connected to a wall switch which can be turned off inadvertently.
Important: Once the problem has been resolved; If it turns out to be the cause of the problem or if something turns out to be the problem, replace the surge protector, plug it back. Always use a quality in State surge protector new or very good between the system and the wall outlet. No not the Garland or connect a surge protector to another. "

AND IT WORKED! So I thought I'd share because it was a response that has ever suggested in all the forums, I have visited. It can be useful :)

    Thank you

    Hi there @jwg,

Thank you for visiting the Forums HP's Support and welcome! I read your message on the HP Support Forums and see that you are having problems with the connection of facial recognition on your laptop with Windows 10.

I suggest you roll back to Windows 8.1 if you can for the moment because not all of the driver are available yet for Windows 10.

I'm not aware of updates at the moment of the connection of facial recognition. However, the updated Windows 10 drivers will become available on your HP drivers and Downloads Page specific products as they are released and become available for HP.

If you are unable to back up, here's a link to the HP Support Assistant if you need it. Simply download and run the application and it will help with the software and drivers on your system that need updated for Windows 10.

You could also try Windows updates. They are coming with new resolutions for these issues every day.

    Have a great day!

    Hello

This problem occurs because of a conflict in present multiple network adapters in the system. It was a question that has used for detection of targets ethernet to the system that has been resolved. But then this question has also resolved to do the same thing. You can follow the link on how to change the order of the present network adapters in the system.

You must also make sure that the IP addresses of the network adapters are different, otherwise conflict can happen also.
