• Why not the AMD graphics cards on the list work supported with Premiere Pro CS6 or CC?

  I try to get my Radeon HD 7970 to work with Premiere Pro CS6.  The official compatibility list shows that I can use this card to accelerate the Mercury playback engine.  After Effects and Photoshop CS6, both recognize the card, but Premiere Pro won't.  I tried every fix there, I contacted support and they assured me that it should work with CS6 and CC.

  I tried a fresh install of my OS and a new installation cs6, and then fully implemented to update the software.  I also tried the same thing with the trial of CC, which tells me that CC is actually just CS6 who was apparently a waste of time.

  What should I do to get a support card to actually work with Premiere Pro?

  My OS is updated, I installed the latest drivers for my GPU and also tried a fresh install of the CS6 and CC... no chance whatsoever.

  The GPP setting remains greyed out, regardless of what I do.

  It seems that AMD fixed their drivers and they now work correctly with Windows 8 Pro x 64. I'm guessing that TeamViewer put pressure on those who is too generic to actually work with Premiere Pro CC.

• The tool brush Flash CC suddenly stops drawing when the step is small

  When you use the Brush tool, I have a problem that will be the race I paint abrupty cut at one point on the screen (about halfway to the bottom of the screen, it does not concern the position of the canvas or the coordinates).  This seems to happen when I have the scene size set to a smaller size (64 x 64 pixels for example).  I was able to reproduce the same behavior on several files and a Windows 8.1 machine and a Windows 7 machine, both using the updated version of Flash CC.  Both machines are double monitor, I'm not sure if that plays a factor.

  To reproduce:

  1. create a new FLA in Flash CC and set the size of the scene to 64 x 64 pixels.

  2. use the Brush tool and try to shoot from the top to the bottom of the screen (zoom level and position on the canvas is okay, as long as your cursor is going to the top of your screen to the bottom of your screen).

  3. the race cuts abruptly Mid-drawing at some point on the screen, about half way down.  You can continue to draw and move to the top, and it reappears when it crosses the barrier again.

  This does not occur if the size of the scene has something bigger (640 x 480, for example).  This also happens in Flash CS5 or CS6 and have noticed only happens in Flash CC.

  What is happening with the mouse to draw and also happened when I tested it on another PC with an attached Wacom tablet.

  Is what is happening to the other institutions, and is at - it a fix for this problem?  (aside, always using a size big stage)

• I can't select 'path of race' while the my work path is selected! (cs6 ext)

  Hey guys, I'm going to start off by admiting I'm very fond regarding PS products. Basically, that's what I try to do and it's not happening!

  I'm stroking my record of working with a brush, that I adapted. now, when I create a workpath of my text layer and go to my top layer to try and choose 'show the way' is shaded on. I'm sure it's an easy fix, but I've been sitting here for hours trying to fix it myself or find an answer somewhere.

  You mean you do not get a dialog box or nothing happens when trace you the path?

  Try to select > deselect and see if that makes a difference.

  Your in 3d space. If you switch to the Essentials workspace, you should see the Trace Panel.

  (At the top right of the screen where it says 3d click on it for the list and choose essentials)

  Both have the latest version of installed vmware tools

  With Windows XP guest, moving the mouse on the window border back the pointer to the host OS.

  With Debian, I can't do it and to do the combination of SHIFTaltctl

  Restart the tools with the init script gives no error, and ps ax | grep vmware reports

  So it seems that the tools work properly

  It would appear according to your disscription that your xorg.conf file is not configured to use vmmouse vmmouse drive is not installed or installed in the wrong directory for your configuration.

  I use Photoshop CS5 Extended on Windows 7 x 64.  I have two JPEGs open in two different tabs.  We're old and one is a screenshot I just took using < alt > < print screen >.  All the tools work as expected on the old jpeg, but none of them work on the screenshot.  If I try to crop, for example, I click and drag and nothing appears on the screen (harvest width, height and resolution are all empty).  I tried to quit and restart Photoshop, as well as restart my PC everything.  I also tried the reset of all the tools.  No dice.  It doesn't matter whether or not the layer is locked.  Any ideas what may be causing this and how to fix it?  Thank you.

  Well, I just again opened the image in Photoshop (to try to save it in a different format) and no longer have the problem.  I guess it's resolved.

  At home when I start the capture tool, I get the menu, click on 'New' and THEN I can start my selection - one additional click. It annoys me (I know it's small, but I cut a lot) so I was hoping there was a setting I could change how it starts.

  I know that's not exactly a new topic, but I found that I had the same problem.  I found that the cause of this problem actually comes from OneNote believe it or not.  If you have recently updated your Office Suite and now have the ability of OneNote, all you have to do is to open OneNote and configure.  Once you get it configured you can then select the options that you just press the Windows key + S to be able to cut out a screen shot and you can also set it to copy directly to the Clipboard, then there is no need to tap the new button more in the cutting tool.  Hope this makes sense and helps anyone having the same problems I had.

  Try resetting all the tools

  What are your settings of GPU acceleration?  As I understand it, the Alt right click size and hardness adjust needs acceleration GPU to be turned on, but I have a feeling Brush hardness is always set to easy when using fluidity.  You can still see the quick mask as representation of the soft brush when Alt right click, but you can't change the hardness.

  Is that you can change the brush size and pressure (framed in red in my screenshot) Alt right click drag left and right changes size and down to pressure changes, and you can see what is happening in real-time by looking at the sign on the right.  It works independently of your acceleration GPU (IME) settings, but you don't get the effect of soft red quick mask.

  

  Does this fit with what you see, or you are not able to change things at all?  If not, then I've always found that fluidity consumes system resources, if you could check the Task Manager > Performance tab to see what kind of RAM and CPU use is using the fluidity.  That's what I see after direction the lens above with a big brush continuously for 10 seconds.  Note This is on a fairly quick NLE System.
