  Hello!  I installed my newly purchased CS6 Design and Web Premium the week last in my new PC.  Last week and earlier this week, Photoshop worked well, although my experience of Photoshop was with CS2.  Basic functions are always the same.

  I am running Windows 8.1 professional (trial version).  My processor is an Intel i3 2100 3.1 GHz with 8 GB of DDR3 RAM.  My graphics card is a NVIDIA GEForce GTX 660Ti.  My C drive is 1 t, 91% of which is free (even once, a PC brand new.)

  I do not have a DVD to boot from. I use a laptop (Acer Aspire 5610). The keyboard and mouse are internal.  Any suggestions at all?   Have you shot inadvertently carpet of mouse/keyboard. This can happen through the Fn key on some laptop models. Find the picture on the key Fn, should give a clue.

  You can borrow or buy a usb KB and mouse that you would at least pass by troubleshooting?

• Windows 8 media library is slow to respond to the mouse clicks

  I added the media library with free product key, but the app is completely unusable because it takes several minutes to respond to a mouse click and I have to restart.   False alarm on the mouse click on the question; the program was busy to search for files and insensitive to the clicks as it did.

• When I press any key on my keyboard, my mouse click but the pointer move.

  My computer is a Gateway NV53 with Windows 7.  My mouse pad is a Synaptics TouchPad V7.2.  Whenever I press any of the buttons on my keyboard, if I play a game or not, it "replaces" the ability to move the pointer.  I find nothing in any of the menus "Control Panel > mouse properties > device settings > settings...". ' who have yet set.  That maybe somebody has some ideas about how to "disable" the "substitution"?

  One of my friends understood the problem.
  Go to control panel and the properties of the mouse, click on the device settings tab and select "Synaptics TouchPad". Click settings, and it should bring up another window.

  I use 6 Captivate with default preferences. When I try to capture a software simulation using the automatic mode, any act done with the mouse is captured. I even changed my primary monitor to be the independent monitor and Captivate has continued to capture the action of clicking on the monitor too. So, there is always a problem, but a lot easier to manage. Maybe this solution will help others with similar problems.
