iCloud locked my phone

I bought aniPhone 6 friend who needed money to relocate for a job. I had the phone for about six months and I finally decided to activate it as a surprise for my 14th birthday girls. I put on and began to set up the phone, when I connect to your iTunes account. I am asked that the phone is locked with my friends iTunes accounts info. I read about it online and the non-sensiques, it's that I'm just out of luck if I can't have the previous owner unlock. Since then I've lost contact with my friend and have no way to contact her. I have all the original packaging, but also a receipt for the purchase of the phone. I'm sick all that I found do not have the support of this apple product.     Only the previous owner can remove the lock to iCloud. If you can not contact them, then you will not be able to activate the device. Apple will not help this. I suggest that you try to contact them, if you can't the device is useless to you. There is no way to bypass for iCloud Activation Lock.

    So, just in case a person is confused, as if I was, here's how. First, find the right ROM. Then go into fastboot.

    fastboot oem lock start

    You will get the message that has the title "Please full flash version signed before locking the phone" (which should have been obvious I know, but I thought it was an error). However, after that this message that you Flash the ROM as you would. For me it was:
