  We cannot extend this functionality to the Fn keys.

  In order to get this kind of functionality, you would probably need to investigate the 3rd party software.

  Sticky keys are enabled on the computer and that is why you are getting the beep when you try to type something using the keyboard. You must disable sticky keys.

  To activate deactivate StickyKeys, follow these steps:

  1. click on start and then click Control Panel. 2. click on 'Ease of access' and then click 'accessibility '. 3. under "Explore all settings" click on "Make the keyboard easier to use". 4. under "make it easier to type", uncheck "Turn on Sticky Keys" and click Save.   It is strange that the laptop has been delivered without CD or DVD.
  Usually, you should get the media recovery, Tools & Utilities CD and possibly a Qosmio CD player.
  On the recovery CD, you will find the image of Toshiba. This image that you could install every time. The operating system on this image is already enabled and you don't need the product keys.

  If you don't have a CD you can order it from the service partner in your country.

  Hello! My laptop is a Portege R200

  I cleaned up my HARD drive and installing WXP Pro

  I downloaded all the drivers for the Toshiba site R200

  Now the problem is that there are two kinds a change of the device driver display

  I installed the first called TDspBtn and now I am able to get the LCD, LCD + CRT or CRT by pressing Fn + F5. I do not like this feature because theres no icon displayed as brightness oder speaker power.

  The other is TFnF5. If I click on it, nothing happens and the function FN + F5 is still the TDspBtn.

• I can't disable sticky keys

  I have a Compaq with windows 7 and stay lit and even if the keys i unchecked and re-check all options over and over again I may not go down and her do all really hard. If someone could help me as soon as it would be great. Thank you

  I had the same problem earlier.  Disabled and enabled the sticky key option again and again, rebooted the PC and nothing fixed it.

  In the end, I had to hold the SHIFT key for about 30 seconds without interruption, until you hear a strange noise of slope high.  This fixed it for me.

  Looks like a bug to me.

• How to use sticky keys?

  I have rsi and coordination/proprioception problems, so I can't type without looking at where I tape and cannot coordinate both hands, can not use some grips and cannot use contact devices unless I can turn off the tapping and disable most of the movements.   I can type fairly quickly, as long as I can see as I type and all the key combos are not suitable for the same hand.

  Hi, have a problem with keys sticky, but in my case in combination with voiceover active: whenever I press a modifier (ctrl, shift, etc.), voiceover announces the sticky keys are enabled. It's so boring that I can't be happy with my macbook air and imac. • 2015 Macbook: keyboard product strikes without touching (for only the T key)

  I have a Macbook or 2015 in perfect condition, original owner, never damaged, still under warranty. A few months ago, I noticed that the T key would occasionally insist on its own. With nothing, contacting the keyboard, keys T would have picked up.

  There has been sporadic for a few months, then a few weeks ago, it became much more common. I only use the computer because I disabled the T key using the carabiner and remapped Cmd + 5 so that it sends that t. typing is not easy, so maybe you can forgive me if my message is short?
