nuancepdf is a PDF to word converter, Nuance Communications.  Nuance is a highly respected software company.  That, of course, is in complete contradiction with what you reported... so you're right to worry.  Uninstall via the applet add or remove programs in Control Panel and then run a full scan with MSE.  (you're in the MSE forums...)

I told him everything that has been done before (uninstall, reinstall, reboot, etc.) and I had another session before and it still crashes. He said ok and then he uninstalled and reinstalled it, after that I just told him that I did and the other guy, Adobe has already tried that. So, I have a slower internet and it takes a bit of time to re - download I. So we did and guess what? Plant again, exactly the same problem - did us just wasting time.

    The result here is says 'I wish I had my team to watch and I'll get back to you' hmmm I heard than before. So still not fixed. And I bet that I receive back this guy either.

    -Are there any staff member of Adobe that is higher in the scale that staff on the cat from Adobe that can help me? And will not make me do the same 2 or 3 Troubleshooting things over and over again, even after I tell them that I did these things many times before and it still does not solve the problem. I really, really need this problem soon. Please someone help me. I really like Adobe and it's the first time I had a problem with their software like this (where I had to reach their support) and I do not speak ill of people or a company, but I'm really disappointed in their support so far.

    Well, I was on the phone for another hour with support level 2 technical. This man seemed to know his stuff.

    Monika Gause , you are right, they have to do with shadow. It freezes and blocks when you hit the graphic styles, but also when you try to apply the drop shadow. So we did a lot of things, but nothing fixed it.

    Solution: we arrived:

    Is basically what dandid said to a previous stable version download. So I download 2014 CC and graphics and shadow styles works very well for me.

    He also said it is a known problem with some people with processors intel core 2 duo and that Adobe knows about it, but they have no eta when a fix will be available.

    So not the best result, but at least it's some kind of result.

  • HP Simplepass will not work after reinstalling Norton 360 on windows 8

    I am running Windows 8 on a new computer dv6 HP Envy.  I use Norton 360 anti-virus.  Norton apparently does not work with Windows 8 correctly b/c every time I have download updates via Norton I can't run all the tests.  So I uninstall Norton 360 and reinstall, which allows then to Norton 360 works correctly.  HOWEVER, whenever I do that (which is at least once a week and is VERY VERY VERY VERY BORING!), HP Simplepass DOES NOT at all.  It says in the device, biometric devices Manager:

    Windows cannot start this hardware device because its information of configuration (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19).

    HELP HELP HELP HELP!  You pay tons of money for a new computer and it has constant problems.  Can not a fix it or give me some help to fix it?  This irritates me a LOT and will probably cause I DO NOT to BUY another product HP or Norton MORE EVER!

    Well, you could just not use Norton.  I confess that I'm not a fan of Norton, so the decision would be easier for me that it could be for someone else.

    There are a lot of other options out there that will work for you.

    The Windows Defender software has been reorganized for Windows 8.  Not everyone says we should run with this one. It is worth visiting and worth implementing in your first line of defense.

    Windows Defender has the advantage that it "plays well with others", in other words, you can run this program in collaboration with the other security.

    Windows Defender will not 'take down of your computer' or make unusable just because you turn it on.

    OK, what to do?

    If you want, take a look at Avast Anti-virus.  There are paid and free versions.  The software has a good reputation and is easy to install and use.   The paid version (Avast security) has a number of features, including network monitoring, control rules and a 'sandbox' in which you can run restricted access programs (for banking, etc.).

    My personal experience with Kasperky includes some of the same adventures that I had with Norton - I have succeeded with an older version of the software, so closely bind things that I managed to block the system.  It's real easy to Bumble and more difficult to manage that I liked.  Great software - I doubt that anyone else could have hacked the system easily - I could not get anything to run, I doubt that anyone could have dug made far away in the computer either.  The smile.

    If you want to say something, then I recommend that you ask them if you have spotted as they know a lot more about it as we do (and if you want a personal opinion for what it's worth - although I probably will not be able to answer your specific question, but could you please provide a link to the site where this software is sold for I can see what you're talking about).  The version of this magnitude breaks mean that you are talking about something completely different (applicable to a different operating system or by offering different features as in a relation to an internet security suite anti-virus program) - but that is just a personal observation, and honestly, I have no idea whatsoever.  I have personally never heard of this product before (and if it is above, so not what you think it is or from what I've read, I would say that you will get limited support at best and no am not impressed and could find nothing for 2010-2011 or "CRM" or versions).  Here again, it may be perfectly fine, but I would never install it on my computer or produced one of my clients up to what many others research and even then, I would choose MSE instead because I think it is the best choice for AV protection available what it says.  And with MSE, you have much more support (including this forum, but much too) so it's going to be a very reputable company and it won't cost you a penny.

    And in case you're wondering, no I don't work for Microsoft or have no affiliation with them at all.  I don't even own Microsoft stock.  If you choose to use MSE is entirely up to you - I'm just giving my personal opinion as just another user who is experienced in this field and help often people here freely as a volunteer.  I'm not 'push' MSE on you because you are in the MSE forum, but because I truly believe it is the best choice (and it's FREE, I'm not sure is the case with Cobra) and if MSE is not to your taste, I can suggest several others that are FREE and offer excellent protection.  In my humble OPINION, there is no reason in the world to pay for virus protection when what I consider the best options available (free or paid) are free indeed.  And I see no reason to choose a brand that is so hard to find (which suggests something suspicious or that it doesn't have a lot of more or that the support will be minimal when you most need or that it is not very popular - but I don't know because I have never heard of him before and how long I've been in the business that should tell you something right there).  But we cannot offer advice - the decision is yours.

    When I click in Simpelpass to set up I get the message "a referral was returned from the server."  Simpelpass worked until I had to reset to factory specifications.  I checked for uodated drivers and got the Thai response my current driver ic.  What should I do to fix it?  The Control Panel went and tried to implement to analyze fingerprints to sign and the player turned on whenever I scanned but no work.

    I hate this error message.  Although I have heard of him, I have not seen this error on my own machines.

    I guess because you see it after a reset factory that the underlying cause is a missing - and apparently unrelated - library network or file file error.  It's a wild guess.

    Try the following:

    Review - One of the features that took our laptops if great is the fast boot / Fast Boot.  This feature can sometimes get in the way.  If you have trouble getting the computer to accept new drivers, install new programs or just behave when you try to make changes, think you can temporarily disable the fast start feature.  See the Document of the Dragon (below), the quick start Section / Fast Boot Option

    • Make sure that all of your Windows updates are up-to-date - what is important.
    • If you wish, create a Restore Point.  Windows doesn't always for you more; You must do it yourself if you wish.  Dragon Document covers this...
    • Make sure that you have installed the drivers HP and software for Windows 10 of your computer website Support page.  Not yet install the validity sensor Driver.
    • Restart your computer after installing any / all of your software and drivers HP.
    • Now, download and install your Validity Sensor: sp63418.exe
    • Reboot / restart your computer and log in
    • If you don't have it, download a new copy of the most recent 8 HP SimplePass series program:

    sp71729 HP SimplePass V8.01.46has 32/64 bit W7 - W10

    • The program is installed on the top of your existing installation of HP SimplePass
    • Reboot / restart your computer and log in

    This is my first post here.

    I hope someone can help with Windows Media Center (7) electronic programs guide. For a few weeks now, it did not update properly. We receive updates for the local HD channels only - local standard-def channels or regular cable channels.

    I tried various methods to get MCUPDATE. EXE update completely the EPG, but nothing has worked. The most "promising" indication (regarding an indication as to what happens), we had, is that, sometimes, we get the error message "cannot retrieve updates (error: HeadendID [eight-digit number] is not valid.)»

    I tried to contact Zap2It and they referred me to Microsoft, this is how I found myself here. The procedure for reporting a problem to the EPG is not exactly crystalline, so please bear with me if I did something wrong. (Zap2It gave me a link to https://connect.microsoft.com/site1145, but when I click on "the comments link on the left" as indicated on the page, it just brings back me to the same page).

    If it helps to have this information, we are on Comcast and using a CableCARD in a Ceton InfiniTV 4 PCI - E tuner. We can watch all the channels that we subscribe to, and we can save them manually, but there is no metadata program and we do not have records of the series on cable. Please let me know what I need to do to report this to someone who is able to solve the problem.

    I tried this (evolution of postal codes) last night, one of many new things I've done. I chose the closest city that was not ours and got a little familiar set of guides to the choice. One of them selected and downloaded - but of course the channels does not match.

    We finally had success when I risked to re-run the installation of TV program; My fear was that we might have to re-pair the CableCARD everywhere again, which is a major pain as some cable company RSC have never even heard of him, and even fewer know what to do about this. So go through configuring TV was as a measure of last resort for me.

    But I've learned that we can only accept the existing information of CableCARD in WMC and go on its merry way. We have completed the installation process, enter the correct zip code once again - and this time we got not only all the right-hand lanes, but also a value of 12 days of listings!

    When the records are saved in the database SQLite in my application I want to show the progress, because it may take a few seconds, if the amount of data to be backed up is large. So I defined a variable of the ProgressBar:

    I was expecting to the progress bar would be updated every time with the above statement, but the progress bar (filled to 100%) is displayed after all records have been created.

    Unless there is a way to force the Flash to operate on a synchronous cycle frame, you cannot get this to work without changing your stuff of SQLite to use asynchronous support.  I never heard speak in a kind of routine "updateNow()" who would be able to do this, but I'm not a Flash developer for a long time so I could easily just have heard of him yet.

    Search the openAsync() call in the SQLConnection documentation to learn more about the switch to asynchronous SQLite stuff, where the database work is done in another thread and does not prevent your UI to update normally.

  • Has anyone recently had an experience with the help of MS which seemed inappropriate in the way it was handled?

    I talked about what I thought, it was the 'answer Desk' many x since 2/2013. The first time, I agreed to pay a fee of $99.95 for their support of prem. My space available on my C: drve (my primary internal HD) had suddenly disappeared from aprx 30 GB less than 7 GB and I was getting warnings in order to free up more space for the OS to work (Win 7 Hm Prem). I was unable to do a restore and ended up opting for the help I thought may be some kind of malware... I sat down and typed chat w the tech until the store has been w / I 10 minutes from closing. He said to go ahead and that it would update me when I got home. When I got home, he said that I had nearly 200 cases to be a site where a virus or something like that. He also had somehow freed more than 80 GB on my C: drive. I was exhausted and overwhelmed by the upheavals which went down while I was gone for 15 min. I made the mistake of thinking I could get additional clarification of all cela the next day when I had little sleep. I've never been able to get a detailed account of what he wanted by 200 close to infections or how he had gotten me 7 GB when I left at more than 90 GB, when I got home fr store. I found w / I a few days I still had serious w problems my free space on the drive internal dissapating too low levels and still not the ability to do a restore. I tried a recovery when the restore has failed twice. I had to do several laps when I got a computer laptop w Vista as a model of HP for my 1st purchase computer - a laptop given to nine (w. XP). As we know, Vista was raided in MS * until they came out SP1 SP2 for the confused, tired of the masses. In any case, I haven't had any apprehension on the restorations - bk to the top of your list of files, the software U wanted to reinstall. When I tried it on Windows 7 in 2/2013, I learned, I was given a key to sting that was incorrect because of sm. I bought 7 online after that Vista would not even restart files en lost because the registry (where they went are beyond me, maybe Costa Rica). Forgive my black humor, but it's what has kept me sane while devoting my life to constantly face w Windows for 1 reason or another. Fast forward to February. I was assigned 6 diff cases impossible since then because after I received a regenerated prod key and the reciovery, I had lost my CD burning ability. The last 2 times I called 'Office of response', literally, I spent 5 -7 w h. Tech that didn't charge me but also left me w no solution after having exhausted me while they were just travelling. All this has a cumulative effect and they play you w. that to mind. Following the last was a guy named Alex who swore that he would call me the next afternoon at 16:00 and I never heard from him again, haven't had no case, said that no Alex was there, etc... Finally, yesterday I called and when I unbalanced young woman in its attempts to prelim to guide the conversation, she got her suervisor, a type of very vigorous hyperconfident, which all of my history w recent them and resolutely focused on sell me either one another session extraordinary $ 99.95 w simply ignored another tech or an extended warranty program to cover me for mos how. I do not know. After refusing not to recognize my recent w purchase offers even no follow-up, no help to solve the problem at all - I said that, although it was of course polite to its mandate - closest high-power, he ignored the very relevant inconsistencies that I did clearly too many times and with a less-than-slick method called simply ignore the objection and try to talk me into submission.     What you're missing is in the hands of the manufacturer of computers, OEM, not Microsoft Windows OEM support.

    Microsoft support is more oriented to businesses, not individuals, and $99 fees to home users...

    Forum support is much better than Microsoft or any other company could never muster anyway.

    Hi all... I'm very new to AE after deciding to give up Vegas Pro and go with something more 'pro', so I'm still trying to grasp the basics. One thing that I have not been able to understand is how to define the play range so he plays or only a selected portion of the chronology of the loops.

    Basically, in Vegas Pro you do drag the start and end ticks above your timeline in the case where you want to begin reading and at the end, allowing you to focus on only that section until you recover the beach... and it would loop for always this little section so could focus on him without constantly stop manually click in the timeline panel.     Welcome to Ae I suggest that learn you it from the Earth upwards and not by intuition. This will ensure that you have a good knowledge base. many users rushed for fun things and who is heard, but you can go only so far before you get stuck.     I got my VCP on 24 August, and then I started off on 30 August due to budget cuts (the story of my life) my dream job after being there for only six months. I've been looking for a new job; but unfortunately there is not a lot out there. I don't want to just sit and do nothing. I want to advance my career.


    I'm so debate to go for certification VCAP5-DCA. The problem is that I don't know if I had to do it now or more later. I have only six months of the base of practice and I don't want to experience VMware based real world. I don't want to fall into the trap to get certification to get experience, a trap, I came across many, many times before.


    Now, if I worked for a company who asked me to do, with the final result, get a promotion or a raise.  Then I'd be more open to getting the VCAP5-DAC,


    VCAP5-DCA is different because it's a hands on review. Unfortunately, VCAP5-ACD is not all that is well known in the world of work, compared to VCP. I looked in effect now and there are only about 10 jobs in the entire nation that specifically list the VCAP5-DCA (two listed in the VCAP5-DCA, two VCAP4-DCA and six the VCAP-DCA).


    So I'm a little unsure on that so few people have heard of and the fact that I have so little hands on experience of the real world VMware certification.


    Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    HR/recruiters have not heard of him, but the it Department usually.  You need to explain what it is and get them to wonder why none of the other candidates have it - HR, but it does not work.

  • Ive been told to rebuild my site, can I use Muse or Dreamweaver?

    Recently, I had someone do a check on my website and the results that came back were not good. It seems I have all sorts of problems with my site, mainly from the SEO point of view. The guy who did the audit said they could rebuild for me, but the quote was very expensive. I think I could do it myself to try to save money. One of my good friends suggested I use Muse, but before he said, I had never heard of him.

    I have never designed my sites using Dreamweaver and I am very confident to use it.

    So my question is, should I use Dreamweaver or Muse? What is the best? Is there really much difference?

    It's probably what you'd call a cross-quality for a low price rather than an upgrade. They do when you change Mac to PC or PC to Mac, but have never heard of him to change languages. Whatever it is, you will need to get in touch with the sale of the residence for that, but you may find that you pay for an upgrade to CS6... but who do not take as gospel.

    I tried once with Quark where they were selling V4, but I wanted the stable V3.3. Quark told me that they wouldn't do it because it would be like BMW selling older models of cars like new... so I bought InDesign 1 because it was cheaper than the price to upgrade from Quark!
