  I have a standalone application of 250 pages that I'm trying to compile for the Apple Store. I've read through the forums and enabled "AppBuilderLoggingEnabled.cfg" in my home directory of the user to discuss the issue.   I deleted special characters in the article titles and rebuilt the app only to deal with the same error. I have advanced and created a new AppID in the portal to Apple developers, created new files available, and the error remains. I am now to create a new folio and import the items into the new folio to see if that will solve the problem of "number of folios does not.

  I created a new folio and all items imported again. After hitting "Create App" for this new folio, to about 10 pages in a 'PDF Export' error stopped the app creation process. I went in InDesign to update the layout for the 10 page to see that the PDF export issue kept me from updating the page layouts as well. Some thing in the InDesign file was not playing nice with the creation of folio, so I created two new InDesign files, deleted the article and built a new article from scratch. I was able to import the new page in a new article to the main folio and click on "Create App" again. This time he had no problems with the creative process. I have synced files available in App Builder and could sign the application code.

  I guess the moral of the story is to double and even triple check each item along the way to make sure there is no problem, is introduced into the process that eventually causes headaches during the phase of distribution of creating applications!

  I was able to expand the custom Viewer backbone than Derek articles read previously posted on wisely.

  The code works perfectly on IPads later, an Air of the IPad for example, but when you test on an iPad 2 - The Adobe DPS API does not return the folios.

  I placed the same application development on two IPads and side by side one works and returns the correct number of folios and the other returns zero.

  Everyone knows, I am currently working on what could be the problem?

  The only thing I can think is that calls to the Adobe DPS API sending on the IPad version / series to denote its version can return / do not return folios, on this basis that DPS folio support has been dropped for older ipads?

  I'm clutching at straws, I hope someone can help.

  What size are your folios? If you published folios of 2048 x 1536, they will appear on devices iPad 2. It is recommended to publish all folios in 1024 x 768.

  I m trying to use the Configurator of DPS tool:

  Because the large number of folios in my application, I m trying to use a custom tabbed window.

  Custom tabs looks like a great solution, but the configurator that it asks me for the "folio filter values.

  My question is how can I set a filter of folio. How can I create a filter?

  Where can I find this option? I coundn't find in the producer of folio.

  This error comes from the DPS store Configurator, not App Builder. This is correct: on the first page of the Configurator put you in an account that is not no matter what folios with the filters applied. Make sure that you have added not only filters in Folio Producer but that you also updated folios so that they are republished with the filters applied.

  I confirmed that the store Configurator works correctly by trying it with two of my test accounts. We have folios with filters applied in Folio Producer and it worked correctly. The other didn't folios with filters and I got the error you did.

  I added a few items to my folio and it does not appear in the Folio Producer: Organizer. Why is this? I want to check it in the Adobe Content Preview application. Also, when check in the Panel builder folio; I can select 'Show in the cloud'and still appear in the page in question.

  • My internet connection is working.
  • I have the professional edition, I would not be limited to the amount of folios, correct?
  • I built the folio v28 and just updated to v29. Are the updates do this?

  You are not limited in the number of folios with any account.

  Have you signed the Organizer to producer of Folio using the same Adobe ID allowing you to create articles folio in the Folio Builder Panel?

• Producer of Folio, shared Folios and Content Viewer

  Forgive me if this response is posted elsewhere and after some research, I was not able to find an answer.

  I have several students folios sharing with me. When you have 30 students or more each semester sharing folios, it starts to add up!

  So, I was hoping that I could use the Folio producer to manage folios (which they shared with me) appear in my iPad content viewer application. I thought that I could check, 'Content Viewer for Web Only' down to the right of the window when I highlight the folio but when I do, the folio appears in the application of the content viewer.

  The number of folios in my content viewer application is unyieldy, and a few pages are not displayed.

  1. I use this feature correctly?

  2. is it possible to manage the folios, so I can keep to delete?

  3. If sheets appear not in the application of the content viewer, what that means is there is a limit to the number of sheets that can be viewed in the application of the content viewer?

  1. No, this feature is for something completely different (related to social sharing)

  2. not really. When they are in your account, they appear in the Adobe Content Viewer. This is what Adobe Viewr contained: to show you folios in your account.

  3. There is no limit. The folios are not displayed, probably means that they are not the right size for an iPad. They must be 1024 x 768 or 2048 x 1536.

• Folios sharing works not

  According to the status of DPS Adobe page (http://status.adobedps.com/) everything is hunky dory. But someone with a dps registered e-mail address is trying to share their folio with me. I have a number of folios being shared with my e-mail right now... don't know why it does not work. Can someone know if there is still another problem with server going on?

  It doesn't matter if the mail is not received. Just nobody log in the portal and the folio shared will be there.

  I have created a number of folios and loaded onto the iPad, but when I display the name of the Folio poster in Adobe Content Viewer but below it is a small asterisk, and for the life of me I can't find a field of empty text associated with the folio in inDesign Folio builder or Acrobat.pro?

  The default value that is loaded with the application "The Adobe Content Viewer" Folio has the subtitle "Beta" and in the "Digital Publishing Suite tips" application two folios, DPS tips have respective subtitles 'Overlays' and "Folio Basics".

  I hope someone can point me to where this subtitle is added.

  I was told in the draft that the asterisk under the name of folio symbolizes the folio was published (which means that it has not been published on the Adobe DPS Server for official distribution).  You are correct that he lay fields inside the official DPS dashboard and are where you would fill in the "folio" of specific information.

• The content viewer crash

  Content Viewer 32.4.1 hang when I connect to my account.  Login success, but what update of the folios of the app will crash. Strange thing is that only that for a single account, so maybe it's specific account. Other accounts seem to work, so is there something wrong with my account how can I get help?

  Investigation continues with engineering and current solution is to share the folio with an Adobe ID containing only of no large number of folios.

• Observer of Android: what exactly does "Analytics have complete coverage of superposition."?

  We launched today new mag for iOS and Android with new Viewer. We count on iOS to data streaming back to the Viewer, on account Android, we see NOTHING. Same number of folio downloads!

  So, what can we expect an observer of Android under "Analytics have complete overlapping coverage."?

  Just to close the loop on this, did us identify a problem with analytical how were are configured for pro customers in the native Android application builder. We will include a fix for this in our release R30.

  I would like to ask a few questions about licensing scenarios in the Suites of digital publication, it is not clear at all to me especialy when I think that there is some info in Polish localized site missleading.

  On the web page remains information in monthly subscription package I can do 250 files folio published by DPS, this means:

  1. I can do 250 different folio publication files that can be downloaded by any number of customers/users or

  2. I can do any number of folio publications that can be downloaded or only 250 times

  3. I can do only one publication that can be downloaded 250 times?

  Usually my question is about this number 250 for exaple package monthly professional.

  1. it remains for downloding number, so that I can fact downloadable publication by only 250 times or

  2 left for a number of publications that you can download any time?

  Answer to that will be very useful for me to establish a new part of my work, so please let me know how it is exactly.

  You get 250 * free * folio downloads per month with DPS Pro Monthy and then you can buy more if your Folio downloads are more.

  This means that your customers can download 250 sheets, which you would not be charged per month, for all additional downloads per month, you can buy a pack Bundle Folio and additional download would be deducted from this package.

  1. with the single license edition DPS, you can create built-single edition app. If you plan to create several Folio app, then you should go with DPS Professional edition.

  2. it means you get complimentry 5000 downloads in DPS annual Pro and 250 per month in the case of DPS Pro monthly. You can have unlimeted number of folios, and you can update your folio number n times. It only means that you get 5000 or 25o parmois downloads in your POS with DPS Professional edition.

  3. Yes, you can change the name of the application.

  4 Currenlty with DPS single edition, you cannot create built-single edition app. DPS Professional edition is required to create an application for Android market.

  I replaced the motherboard on an HP Folio 13-2000 and im having trouble changing the serial number to match the previous motherboard

  I tried the back HPSET152.exe tool and the tool wndmifit in windows that said "this motherboard is not supported.

  Does anyone have any suggestions?

• Serial number of Font Folio?

  I bought folio fonts 11.0 back in ' 09. When I go into my account information, I can see the purchase but there is no serial number; just a receipt/order number. I also still have the box and there is no serial number there. Can someone help me understand how to obtain folio of fonts on my new computer? I have 5 licenses and currently only use 2. I currently have cloud creative too.

  Here are the Installation Instructions fonts | Adobe to do Folio. I didn't know that you need a serial number to access fonts (though in all honesty, I'm not an expert in Font Folio). If this is the case and the serial number does not appear in your Adobe account, I recommend that you contact the customer service via chat. Cat representatives can find your serial number, including through other phone numbers or e-mail addresses.
