• By clicking on a search result from goole seaech bar, always opening google search homepage but cannot open search in a new tab by clicking medium, really frustrating.

  Whenever I am clicking on the results of the search from the Google search bar, it always opens the homepage of Google. I can only open in a new tab search results by clicking twice. It started when I installed Firefox 12.

  Off all extensions and on each one. Everytime you had to restart the browser. The problem is resolved after you turn off the 'Indian Rail Info App 4.78 Firefox' extension. He worked with previous versions of Firefox but the problem came with the installation of Firefox 12.

   Sometime last night, Google updated its search results page. We are seeing some reports that search results when clicked take you to a blank interstitial page rather than the final result.
  

  The issue is that if you don't have cookies enabled or working (blocked by extensions/privacy settings), the links don't work. The only workaround is to enable cookies, use a different search engine or use Chrome (which somehow works even with cookies disabled).
  

  The bug is bug 725634. I'm posting here to let you all know that we're working with Google on this and it should hopefully be resolved shortly.

  If you use the GET method to send the search form, change the
  conditional statement like this:

  If (isset($_GET['search'])) & $totalRows_rs_searchresults == 0)

  Change the value of 'search' for the name of the field used to
  filter the results. If you use the POST method, use instead of $_POST
  from $_GET.

  Hi Janick,

  your script increases the number of values that are returned if you ask for all values that are indexed to a specific property (in the BROWSER QueryForm you will receive this list by clicking the... button to the right of the line a condition).

  To increase the maximum number of search results, you would use the MaxCount property for the elements of results.

  DataFinder.Results.MaxCount = 2000' in the search without the GUI

  or

  Navigator.Display.CurrDataFinder.ResultsList.Elements.MaxCount ' in the search with the BROWSER GUI

  What version of DIAdem do you use? 2015 tiara, it is also possible to determine the maximum number of search results in the search method:

  DataFinder.SearchElements (Query, 2000)

  I did not know that search results from using the start search box could never changed as you describe.  I would also like to know if it can happen.  In any case, an alternative is to minimize all windows so that you see the desktop and press the Windows key with the F key.  You will get a search window that uses the index, as the start of the start menu box does, and the results do not disappear.  If you ever want to search the entire hard drive, including the stuff not indexed areas, go to start, computer and drive Local (c) and use the search box at the top right of the window.  Or, you can first do a search of content indexed with Windows-F and then click on the choice of the computer under the words "search again:" if wanted to complete research.

• html layout sensitive 5: search results

  Hi all

  I have a few questions on the search results page in sensitive HTML5 layout.

  If you do research in sensitive html5 layout, you get the title of the topic as a clickable link. And get you underneath the path of htm on the subject. The next line is the first line of the heading.

  

  Does anyone know how to change it so that I'm not Thatcher the htm path in my search results. After the first clickable link, I would get either just the first line, or if this is possible at all, the first two lines.

  As is - that someone knows where you specify the default settings for the search options?

  

  We use robohelp 11 If this could be significant to this issue.

  Before you begin, if you're on RH11.0.3, make sure you have the following fix: issues in RoboHelp 11.0.3

  This fix is needed, otherwise you will not be able to open the .slp pages.

  Remove the URL of Theme1:

  1. Open Topic.slp.

  3. Delete the code: (default line 295).

  With respect to the duration of the preview, I'm not sure it can be changed.

  Can anyone help me please with a problem that has me pulling my hair right now. I googled extensively and had no joy. My Indesign Scripting experience is pretty weak, but I spend a lot of time in VBA and PHP then coding and objects are not foreign to me.

  I'm modyfing the existing (and excellent) script to cover my needs. I need to find each instance of a paragraph style, then use the page number and the text to build a content page later. The original script achieved via an index, but it is not convinient for me in this case that I need to first make a change more.

  I successfully converted the original script to search all text that has a special paragraph on her style. I'm so succsefully entering the text. I just can't do, is to enter the number of the search result page. I understand that I probably need to look at the parent page of tags, but I don't see how. If there is no help, the paragraph style is likely to be nested within two or three tags embedded in a text box.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  A pst file is actually a database and is not readable text in the normal sense. To open it, the only way is to install Outlook, as the database driver.
