• I am trying to print PDFS from Safari, but can not see the page numbers

  I just opened a document PDF 700 + pages in Safari and need to print the odd pages and there, but I can't see the page numbers displayed when I scroll the document. When I view the same document on an iPad, the page numbers change when I scroll but on my iMac (with the help of Safari 10) they appear not at all - and 700 + pages is a lot to go wrong!   The default Apple PDF Internet plug-in used by Safari does not display the page numbers (except if they are in the footer of the PDF document in question), and there is no setting in Safari preferences to turn on this feature. Your best bet is to download the PDF file, then open it in preview or Acrobat Reader, where the thumbnails will be the correlation to page numbers. Then you can select several arbitrary thumbnails using the control button to print those selected pages. In the Pages section of the print Panel, you select "Selected Pages in the sidebar".

  The PDF Internet plug-in installed by Adobe Acrobat Reader or Pro displays the page current and total page in its turnaround Panel. If there are page numbers in the footer of the PDF file accessed, they are not deleted. You must enable Internet Adobe plug-in to Safari preferences: Security Panel.

  Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support.  I understand that you want to know how many pages you printed using your printer HP Envy 5530.

  The solution I recommend assumes that you have the printer connected to your wireless network.  If the printer is not connected to your wireless network, please follow step four: print a printer found in the document status report A displayed on the "paper jam" Message on Control Panel .

  If your printer is connected to your wireless network, you can find information without having to print a report.  I've included a link to another post with the measures, including the screenshots of how to find information using the web server integrated in the printer.  Don't worry that the steps and screenshots are for a printer Photosmart 7520, the steps are the same.

  The page number gets reset for each section. Number of pages e.g. Total production is 150. But after each record in the outer loop, the page number gets reset for each new record. E.g. First record 1-130, second 1-20.

• HP ENVY 4500 only partially printing pages

  Bought the printer today and after installation according to the instructions.  Decided to report situation printer sheet bu this spell partially printed - a few lines showing only half top of letters and numbers.

  Tried to clean the printheads as well but no joy.

  Tried out the ink cartridges and reset then a them Algn printer page it still only partially printed.

  Checked ink levels and they were all full juice.

  Impression I tried an email and once again that some parts of the lines have been printed.

  Just to say that left printer off for the night and this morning when I did Printer Status Report it printed perfectly.

  We are the conversion reports Actuate BEEP and not able to understand how to view "Accum.Total = < n >" at the bottom of each page. In the attached report to operate it, "Accum.Total = < n >" must be displayed at the bottom of each page where < n > is the number of lines displayed on the current page and previous page.
  
  For example, if there are 10 rows in the result set, if the 1st page displays 4 rows, 2nd page displays 3 rows and 3rd page is 3 lines and then Accum.Total = 4 on page 1, Accum.Total = 7 on page 2 and Accum.Total = 10 on page 3.
  
  Note that we use the property table "allow the lines to break Pages = False" as we do not want a specific line can be split across pages.
  
  I enclose a sample of report actuate, rtf, BEEP and XML report for testing file.
  
  Approach used so far-

• Problem with my HP PSC 1610 all in one printer of the series which is printing pages in the right order.

  Basically I have the HP PSC 1610 all in one printer. I know not what has happened, but in some way, when I go to print a document of site Web etc, use the printer to print the last page first and keep printing until the 1st real page printed would be changed, which would print on top printed pages.

  My problem is now, it's actually print the path opposite, now it prints the 1st page of first and last last page, which means when I pick up all the printed pages, I then have to sort the page numbers in the correct order.

  Now, I use my printer waste dumps, I print a lot of game documents such as guides etc.. Now if I was just printing pages 1-5, I'd be fine with it, but at this current moment, I was printing guides with more than 50 pages, which really saddens me to have to keep sorting out pages of paper for good order.

  I must say that it does print no pages in a random order, which means like printing, for example, 10 pages, it does not print the page number 6, 2, 5, 8, 3, 10, 1. It is actually printing the pages in the following way, page 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.   Sorry, which shouldn't happen with a minor security update. No one else reported what's happening since the 3.6.13 update was released in mid-December. Make sure that your higher margins have not changed in Firefox - file > Page Setup > margins & header/footer

  Hello soccerjoe. I understand that a fax form opens when you try to print. I think you might be select the "fax" printer device, rather than the normal printing device. When you select 'Print' to whatever program you use, it should bring up a list of printers. Make sure that the machine is selected who does not read 'fax '.

  I would suggest trying a hard reset with the printer.

  Hard Reset:

  Unplug the power cord from the printer and the wall

  Take out the toner cartridges.

  Wait for 30 seconds

  Plug the power cord into the printer and the wall (be sure that the printer is plugged into the wall and not a surge protector)

  Replace the toners/cartridges in the printer

  Let me know the results

• HP Officejet 7310 all-in-one: on the printed page without is not the margin settings and are shredded

  During a few days ago only, printer started the show message paper jam when the printed page was all but probably 1/8 "already out.  Flicking the paper really brought the page on the rest of the way.

  I remove the paper two-sided accessory to find any paper, but there is no paper jam that I can see.

  Also, in the middle of printing, sometimes it makes a loud squeaking (I guess), but kept in printing and sends the page completely.

  Then I started to notice that the left margin could tilt inward I look towards the bottom of the page or it can be different from one Word page to another and a blur occurs in a word here and there.

  Finally, on the printing of Excel pages, I see a different left margin on what I consider every 2 lines.  This, of course, affect the right margin in the same Manor, and the vertical cell lines also vary according to the variation in the left margin.

  The HP software tells me there is no update for me to download.  However, I do know she never talked about everything.  I have not seen this specific problem listed.

  I see that you are experiencing printing problems. I would like to help!

  I suggest to remove the cartridges and perform a power reset.  Unplug the power cord from the printer and the power outlet, then wait 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, plug back in the printer. Make sure that you connect the printer directly to a wall outlet. Make sure to bypass any surge protector or power bar.

  I recommend also to download and run the HP print and Scan doctor.
