  Hi yogesh,

  As has been pointed out by Marc, you will need to use the path to the JDK, not the JRE, when starting the installer.

  * 1. * you said your for the JDK installation path is "C:\Java\bin". The java.exe application sits within this folder?
  * 2. * Installer, change the value for the jreLoc - for example, if #1 above is true.
  D:\Work\Softwares\Odi Setup\ofm_odi_generic_11.1.1.6.0_disk1_1of2\Disk1\install\win64>setup.exe - jreLoc C:\Java\bin

  A default installation of the JDK path is C:\java\jdk1.7. In this way, the file bin\java.exe and demand exist. The jreLoc - wants you to provide the path of C:\java\jdk1.7. I can't tell where the java.exe application based on the information provided, but you get the idea.

  You want to generate the ODI whenever the load Plans executed?

  Or simply as a single operation?

  In the first case, I would say to run an interface at the end of your mapping that uses the tables of working repository associated with load the Plan Instances as a source to load the Excel sheet.   Another way, using a custom JDBC driver and KMs: ODI_JDBC_EXCEL - ODIExperts.com

  In the second case, it is enough to run a query on the tables of working repository relating to workload in SQL Developer, Toad, or any other idea IDE and copy / paste the result into Excel.

  Here's a query, you can use:

  So I'm supposed to be install 11g on my machine... someone already had the 'bi_windows_x86_111150_64_disks' on my machine downloaded zip files. I told myself I need to download the zip file, right click and extract everything or what? Please help, when I extract all the... then he created a different file, namely 'bishiphome'...   According to my knowledge of 4 GB or more of good for you.

  You need Minimum 4 GB is required. -After the installation successfully in your 3 GB ram maybe you get a lot of performance problems.

  You need about 40 GB total. Also, make sure that your/tmp and/var/tmp are approximately 2 GB free in them, otherwise the installation will fail. (I don't remember the exact number, however.)

  I agree, the system requirements are not anywhere in any simple documentation. You must read at least three different papers to rebuild

  Price point that is useful.

• 11g installation OAM-question

  I installed OAM 11 g (version: 11.1.1.5.0) with Oracle Database 11g R2 and RCU (Version: 11.1.1.3.3). After you start weblogic admin server, I get the following errors:
  
  (a) OAMSSA-06251: policy store does not support detected. Required '11.1.1.5.0' but found "11.1.1.3.0".
  (b) could not communicate with one of the configured access server, make sure it is running.
  
  Update the policy store is anyway? or I need to re-run the installation program?
  Also how to start the access server?

  The problem is with the installation. If you run Setup again you will run on these issues.

  Hoping someone can help. In short, I tried to install OBIEE 11 g (Enterprise install) and I get the next box pop up / error message...

  To provide additional details. I'm installing on Windows XP, on a 11g DB, using a laptop with a loopback adapter. I think I successfully install in the RCU.
  
  An anomaly that I see, is that I couldn't successfully success 3 due diligence? Simply, I received a message that failed, but I'm still able to progress through the following screens. This would be the cause of the problem? Everyone would be able to advise what I need to do to make sure I spend 3 controls?

  • An Oracle table with a single filter as the source;
  • Target is a temporary table was created with the 'IKM SQL append ";

  There is a bug in ODI!
  We will have to wait for a fix, a new version should be available soon.
  I hope that this patch will fix this bug!
