ODI - yes I know it's not this forum - but where is it?

Someone might tell me a forum for Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), or better yet the documentation for installation - I fight with only a readme and a facility that ends without error or success...

Thank you

Robert.

Consider the below blog post for all the details you need on ODI Oracle:

Award points and close the thread if the question is answered.

  • Looking in this forum, but maybe I need help

    I have this script that pulls my vms with possible storage in RDM and hard drives... I need to modify this to do this work, but with a few additions.

    1. Add a line for working automatically connect to the Victoria Cross

    2. Add # vcpus and vram to virtual machines

    3. I have this script to give me the results in a directory in format csv, but if I can have email would be better. I saw a post, but I have not yet tried. Does not work by asking

    Here's the example script

    #This report that links the virtual machine to its data store (s) and the size of the allocated disk. This also includes good RDM.
    $report = {foreach ($vm in Get - VM)
    Get-disk hard - VM $vm | Select @{N = 'The virtual computer name'; E = {$vm. Name}},
    @{N = "RDM Name"; E = {($_ | where {"RawPhysical", "RawVirtual"-contient $_.)} DiskType}). File name}}.
    @{N = "Datastore"; E = {($_ | where {"RawPhysical", "RawVirtual"-notcontains $_.)} DiskType}). Filename.Split(']') [0]. TrimStart('[')}},
    @{N = 'Name of the HD'; E={$_. Name}},
    @{N = 'Go HD size'; E={$_. CapacityKB/1 MB}}
    }
    $report | Export-Csv "C:\evreport.csv" - NoTypeInformation

    Try it like this

    Connect-VIServer -Server MyVC
    $report = foreach($vm in Get-VM mmmstd*){
        Get-HardDisk -VM $vm | Select @{N="VM Name";E={$vm.Name}},
        @{N="RDM Name";E={($_ | where {"RawPhysical","RawVirtual" -contains $_.DiskType}).FileName}},
        @{N="Datastore";E={($_ | where {"RawPhysical","RawVirtual" -notcontains $_.DiskType}).Filename.Split(']')[0].TrimStart('[')}},
        @{N="HD Name";E={$_.Name}},
        @{N="HD Size GB";E={$_.CapacityKB/1MB}},
        @{N="vCPU";E={$vm.NumCpu}},
        @{N="vRAM (MB)";E={$vm.MemoryMB}}
    }

    Send-MailMessage -From "[email protected]" `    -To "[email protected]" `    -Subject "VM Report" `    -Body ($report | Out-String) `    -SmtpServer "mail.lucd.info"

    Well, it seems that there are so many problems with the Adobe software, you would almost think that they are that the property/developed by Microsoft

    The next line tells me that it is not a template file, but a document created from a template called index.dwt

    http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">

    This means that you have saved a child document under template at some stage.

    If you go to edit-> models-> detach the model, you can remove the structure of the model of your document. All you then need to do is to re - save the document as a template.

  • I tried to solve the problems to the existing solution in this forum. I still get error 50405

    Dear,

    I use USB-6009 for controlling pumps, valves, and two Mass Flow Control. Each two cycle I get error 50405. I tried to solve the problems in the existing solution in this forum, but the error always showing each cycle 2 of the operation. I enclose my VI filled for the expertise, I was wondering if its design issue? Home shot of the error screen. Thank you.

    You have certainly a few design issues.

    The structure of stacked sequence tends to create more problems than it solves. I the have not used in new programs since version 1.2 of LabVIEW (in 1989). A state machine is a much better choice of architecture.

    Local variables can cause race conditions, copies of additional data, poor performance and it is difficult to debug code. There are special cases when they should be used, but these conditions are not in your code. Just wire directly on the terminals of control at the scene, the data will be used.

    My guess on the likely cause of your error is the use of several DAQ Assistant to perform the same task (with different data values) in each image in the sequence structure. With the arcitecture state machine that I suggested above, you would need one. The DAQ Assistant trying to be clever on the configuration and tasks of closing, but different instances do not speak with each other, so they don't know when to release the resources.  You might be able to do work if you used the DAQmx screw standard you have done with the task of digital output.  You do not connect the error lines of the DAQ Assistant for you can be missing errors.

    Indicators and controls without legend may be a troubleshooting nightmare. Please give each control and seeing a unique label. If you don't want the visible label on the front, you can use the properties of the control to hide. If you want multiple controls to have the same visible text for the operator, use the legend.

    Learn how to use subVIs. Most of the code in the 6 images of the structure of internal sequence is identical. By converting only a Subvi, you would reduce considerably the size of the diagram and if you ever need to modify the code, it should only be changed in one place - the Subvi.

    The while loop in frame 0 of structure of outer sequence is a "gourmet" loop He's going to run as fast as possible and seize all available CPU resources until the user presses a button. Put a wait function (ms) in the loop with expectation of ~ 100 ms. best, learn how to use the Structure of the event for user input.

    The second loop inside of the structure cases inside does nothing and can be removed.

    Many of these objects suggest that you have a programming background using the text-based programming language.  LabVIEW uses a paradigm of data flow that avoids largely for things such as the structure of the sequence and the local variables. I recommend that you work through the tutorials online on the Getting Started with LabVIEW.

  • Sporadic emails sent, transmitted mainly from the emails contain this symbol everywhere where there is a space, and the receiver cannot read emails easily

    In the course of the last 3 weeks, forwarded emails mainly, but occasionally sent standard mail are received by the receiver with the included symbol everywhere where there is a space or a comma reversed in the email. The receiver can not easily read the e-mail that there is a working email address, it is very professional. I tried to change the default text encoding, but it makes no difference. Help? I tried to look for an alternative e-mail program, but as a long term user of Thunderbird, I can't find anything that comes even close to it. Please help me find a solution to this problem. Sincerely, Gavin. The example e-mail: subject: Jive

    Hi all

    I m do not know who is testing this Apple, but any comment on his performance in your territory would be appreciated.

    Thank you

    John

    The second e-mail was received and everything seems OK. There is no characters.

    The view source now shows: Content-Transfer-Encoding: City-printable Content-Type: text/plain; charset = utf-8; format = flowed

    Content-Type: multipart/related;

    boundary="------------F73D86391D19EF781844DCB7"

    F73D86391D19EF781844DCB7

    Content-Transfer-Encoding: City-printable Content-Type: text/html; charset = utf-8

    So this is now correct as the "quoted-printable" now works.

    If your recipient called 'Claire' can also read all correctly then could mark you my previous comment (which deals with "mail.strictly_mime") as the ' solution '.

  • XP does not see Vista, but Vista see XP...

    Articles:
    (1) - 1pc with Windows Xp
    (2) - 1pc Windows Vista
    (3) - Linksys router

    First of all, I tried to do a network (connection) between two pc's (machines).
    The problem is that the pc of Windows XP does not see files and a Windows Vista-based computer, however, the computer Windows Vista see Windows XP machine.
    So in practice, it works only on one side. I tried to ping the Vista machine on my XP machine and it works. (succesfull 4 and 0 failed)
    I also tried to look on Google and this forum, but I can only find the opposite of my problem (XP Vista instead of XP Vista).

    Thank you very much.

  • Adobe actually read this forum?

    Ok

    I've been in this forum for 2 days (after the call to adobe and transferred to this forum), but after looking through dozens of posts... I see not all messages by an Adobe support engineer or even an used Adobe?

    Someone at Adobe read this forum 'support '?

    Since there is no phone support, no support by email, and only place of care is this forum.

    Previous answers are correct in that there is no guaranteed response to all questions an employee, but Adobe staff and professionals in the community are active in many subjects and will respond as appropriate. You can identify the role of a user by the badge under their profile picture, and I see a number of responses from the employee in the last day through Acrobat forums. There is no rule that the employee must post here; some do and some don't, but it depends on how busy they are. Adobe doesn't have a support staff dedicated to patrolling these forums 24/7, so people post here all have "good job" to do, such as writing the next version of your software.

    Adobe Reader is a special case because as a free product, direct support is limited. Users of free or trial software is directed to these forums in all cases, but if they need to support 1:1 they can pay for a ticket via the above link.

    I checked your account and I can see a specific question which has not been answered to some extent - please details of the message of your problem if you feel something has failed.

  • Is there anyone actually followed this forum?

    I am disappointed by the lack of useful answers by apple (or anyone else). Is it only a notice of peer to peer service / anecdotal, or them are there and customers real representatives of the service in question here? Sorry to be in a bad mood, but... Really? What is the point here?

    I agree... very boring... my post was for at least a week, and I have been waiting patiently for something... something... and I noticed many others have their questions remain unanswered... pathetic really. I bet that if you used 'bad language' you get a bite... Point being, I think that they probably "do" monitor this forum, but just don't be 'considered' for answer... which only makes it worse!

  • I have Adobe Acrobat XI and can not know how to draw a line.  I need to redline some documents but can not.  Does version XI even not this feature?

    I have Adobe Acrobat XI and can not know how to draw a line.  I need to redline some documents but can not.  Does version XI even not this feature?

    Yes, Acrobat Pro XI and standard have this ability.
    There is the comment > Annotations > online tool.
    There is the comment > Annotations > tool bar.

    In the Properties dialog box for one, you can select a desired color (i.e. red).
    So, in properties, you can check a choice to make this the default value of the tool.

    Basically, all versions of Acrobat (including the new "DC") offer this feature.

    If you work with a scanned image that has been placed in the PDF don't forget to use the OCR to get an output of a 'real' text - Acrobat provides a feature of OCR.

    Be well...

  • Only on Facebook and Firefox, the left/right margin are defined in 6 inches, is not the print size that is correct, I want to know how to extend this back full page?

    This only happens on Facebook while I'm in Firefox, think of a word document where I put the margin by about six inches on each side. The print shows only on about half the page Central. It has nothing to do with the size of the text, it will appear as usual, just more lines to say the same thing. If that sounds confusing, it's OK, because it's confusing to me, questions let me know.

  • I try to get Firefox to open Vuze when I click on a magnet link, I get the following message: Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because the Protocol (loving) is not associated with any program. tell me the solution

    When I try to open a torrent using magnet, I get the following message. Firefox doesn't know how to open this address because the Protocol (loving) is not binding to any program.

    I had this problem and just reinstalled Firefox. Problem solved. In my case, I believe that it is through the installation of FlashGet. Although I uninstalled FlashGet, it had outstripped the Magnet links / Protocol. I hope this helps you with your instance. Fortunately, I had Setup for my version of Firefox (7.0.1) registered and used that but you might need to search for your current version or install a later version
