I downloaded the latested update of the program version, it installs fine but when I go to to connect, I get an error message which is more then what serves to do that was just going to pretend as his work then disappears and nothing happens.
It's very frustrating, I want a resolution.
For those still facing the question, can you please

-Rename the listed files below:
On Mac:
OPM.dB at the location ' ~/Library/Application\ Support/Adobe/OOBE / ' to opm_backup.db and
PDApp.log at the location '~/Library/Logs/' to PDApp_backup.log
On windows:
OPM.dB to the location 'C:\Users\
PDApp.log to the location "C:\Users\
then send the 2 above * _backup files to [email protected]. You should be able to login post renaming.

Adobe Creative Cloud not find installed applications
I was updating my tool of DPS CS6 Indesign Creative Cloud Office over the last month. But it was not due to an internet connection error. Tried to update later, but there is no update more. CC Desktop Application logout and log in, all my apps are gone. It is more listed in CC Desktop. I mainly CS6 and one request for CC on my mac.
I tried the following and it didn't work.
1. replace Perf of language of the International North America
2 remove the file opm.db from the OOBE folder
3. Uninstall and reinstall CC Desktop
4. run the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool
Now I'm trying to reinstall, but all programs return an error. Failed to uninstall. Your uninstaller encounted errors. Only the program that I managed to uninstall CreativeCloud Desktop but it also indicates that there are a few errors. Is there any log file I can do? I also notice in the cleaning tool there is no program CS6 or CC listed. Programs work well, but it appear as installed in the creative clouds and the cleaning tool.
I've been using mac os 10.8.5 but yesterday I had to send my laptop for repair and the hard drive has been replaced because of bad sectors and the operating system is upgraded to 10.9.2. I used the migraion utility to restore my files.
Finally, Adobe can give me an answer.
The problem you are experiencing on your computer is due to a corrupt caps.db (database file) that contains information about the apps from Adobe installed on your computer. This is the reason why, you cannot uninstall it by using uninstall programs Adobe and using the cleaning tool.
I have regular backups time machine, so that I did use a backup before the date of the show started and replace the entire caps with the backup folder. The caps folder has 3 files caps.db, Media_db.db and pdb.db.
This fix all the questions that I have, and uninstall programs are working again. The only thing is creative cloud list 8 desktop apps instead of 12 I have installed.

Please, try the following steps:
Win: Go to C/users/User Name/AppData/Local/Adobe/AAMUpdater/1.0 and rename it.
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdater/1.0 and rename it.
Restart your computer, launch desktop CC, disconnect and connect.
Please let us know if still the same issue.

Try to return to first 2014, creative cloud not giving this option
I've just updated first in 2015.3 and now cannot open projects that were created in the 2015 first version.
I'm working to get back to the original version of 2015 or even better 2014 if possible.
I know that this can be done through creative cloud manager in my toolbar and simply go down to "Find additional Apps" and click on the "filters & tab Versions" and you should be able to see the previous Version tab where you can download older versions. However, I am not given this option. Here is a screenshot of the options it is for me, and how deadly is not an option.
My version of Adobe Creative Cloud is 3.7.5.291
First 2015.3 is not going to work for me I get the spinning wheel whenever I try to import a project 2015, so thanks in advance for any help you can offer to solve this.

I'm back to CC2015.2 and open my project yet. I still have a question of Central ramp in 2015 but I'm just happy to be again to change. I can try to go until 2014 by an xml export but it's a whole different deal.

Photoshop Creative Cloud not refreshing
I've got a dell high-end work I used Photoshop CS3 on successfully now for some time. Then, I installed an additional hard drive and decided on creative cloud. Since these 2 changes, I have had several problems with Photoshop not refreshing during use and have some graphical glitches.
Creative cloud is completely updated, just like the operation system drivers and graphics.
The system uses a NVIDIA Quadro K4000. I powered the new hard drive out of its own power to dismiss the question of food.
The only way to solve it is to minimize Photoshop and re open to refresh the screen.
Any advice would be great!
Have you tried the new device K4000 driver also activate your GPU in Photoshio preferences currently its disabled.

Adobe Creative Cloud not recognizing Applications installed after download problems

Can't find a satisfactory answer in the forums!
I was prompted to update ACC app the other day and ended with the 1002 very annoying error!
I have searched the forum and followed the advice of a staff member on how to remove the application, use the vacuum cleaner (missing some vital info there!) and how to download the app again.
Which seemed to go all well enough - well, not really!
None of my existing applications already downloaded have been recognized by the PS app, I, ID, bridge, Muse etc.
How awful! Now I have to redownload all apps and that takes a lot of time with my download speed and I need to work! The customers are waiting!
How can it set without having to re - download applications and without upsetting the boat any more?

I agree to the suggestions of kglad, however, before you reinstall the remaining applications, please try to change the language setting for Adobe Creative Cloud applications and share the results.

I used the cloud creative adobe and downloaded Photoshop but I had a virus on my computer so I used the system restore. After that I tried opening creative cloud by double clicking on the icon on the desktop, however it is not opening. I tried to uninstall it and reinstall but the uninstaller wont open even when I went to the control panel and clicked on the button change/uninstall"." I also tried to use Adobe for creative cloud unistaller and he finished with errors and after restarting my laptop, the program is still on my computer. Help, please! I have 10 windows as my operating system.
Well in this case I would advice you Contact Customer Care as a troubleshooting technique may be necessary.

I recently changed workplace or company. My previous workplace was abo CC, and my other is also. Changed my registration settings Adobe and agreed to invite to workgroup creative cloud related to my new workspace.

I try to install the creative cloud desktop application in order to install the software on my Mac CC. I downloaded the Adobe installer and start installation then accident in the middle of the. There is no error message, he just left. I tried to create a new administrator account in system preferences (such as suggested in Adobe's Support pages) and tried to install when you logged into this account, but the same thing happens...

After having to perform a restore system under Windows 8 (creative cloud of money which were installed, CC of photoshop and Illustrator), 2 programs appear more (apparently uninstalled), when creative cloud so run self he no longer and is impossible to uninstall by conventional means. I advise you to contact the customer service where the remote agent on your machine and fix this for you.
