Of the group as the owner of another group - error LDAP 50

I installed some groups within the IOM and for some of these members of the group, I would like to be able to manage membership in another group.

I have:

Group1 with owner User1, User2, user3 and user4, User5, Utilisateur6 members
With owner User1 and User2 Group1 group2.

In the bosom of the DAS should user4, User5 and Utilisateur6 now be able to assign members to Group2 right?

User4 becomes a "LDAP: error code 50 - insufficient access rights" error when you try to assign members within Group 2.

I completely understand you how spread the rights or is something wrong?

Thank you.

You must be an administrator of the group in order to manage a group.

  • Designation of the owner/group MySql server

QUESTION: I recently discovered that the MySql server is the owner of all my directories root (see image).  I don't remember having done anything to cause such a transformation will take place.  Until I upgraded to El Capitan, this had never been the case.  It is surely not good.  I am completely baffled.  Can anyone offer an explanation?

There is no way that could be possible, as you probably could not even connect to the Mac.

My guess is that the MySQL server, the user has been somehow given UID = 0 which is root. Alternatively, the operating system determines somehow that UID 0 must be displayed as MySQL server.

Run this command in a Terminal and look out to see if it has an alias to UID 0.

  • How to change the owner of a custom resource

We create vCAC business groups as a resource that is centralized in our business accommodation for visitors office. Part of the procurement process is to create a custom resource vCAC for the vCACCAFE:BusinessGroup. Once the Group of companies has been implemented we would like to restore this object off customer accommodation property to allow them to update the group membership. How can I change the owner of the resource custom so that the client business group owns instead COMPUTER group central, or more precisely, I just feel like the Group of corporate clients to be able to perform actions of resources against the object group of business.

It's the kind where I was going before I guess only you don't need this...

    >>... The resource action type has the value "elimination".

My tests have shown that you can simply re-run the provision as another user and the EXISTING inventory item is replaced by the owner who ran.

So you can have a market with a resource that says 'Take ownership' and for that Action, a provision by using the existing business group.  Changes in ownership. I tested that.

Now that I have my right to consumer Resource Actions sorted (the service account of the plugin must qualify for all business groups - or at least where you want the actions to perform VCO), I'm sure I can put up an example that allows you to perform the Action of resource on behalf of someone else... This would allow you to SET the owner based on a new provision in the market.

    So, for example...

    1. I have create group of companies using advanced Service plan, which ALSO runs a provision of the custom resource.

    2. I add you to the Group of the company.

    3. I ran the action of change owner resource and type in your name.

    4. He performs a reconfiguration on your behalf... make you the owner.

If this makes sense and could help you, I can set up a complete example in my lab tomorrow that shows this feature.  I know I can do.  But I also want to change the owner of a Machine element, and who died for us because he's not in the API.  I want to continue to push for an API method to change the owner as well.  As I said in my support ticket... If you own something, you should be able to change owner.

An ipod has been transformed into the lost where I work a few weeks ago. I want to find the owner because the L & F will be thrown in a week and it's more than a loss of pair of mittens or a thermos. Unfortunately I can't find the details of the owner because they turned on find my iPhone and ipod is now locked without the Apple ID. For some reason they have not picked despite having find my iphone turned on, so I think that they should not make the notification for one reason or another. I really want to find the owner, the case is pretty childish looking so I think that it belongs to a small child, if I contact the apple support they will help me? Is there a way I can contact the owner? I heard that apple doesn't do much to help, but I'd like to try.

No. zero here or at Apple can help you to find the owner.

  • call the owner VI several times

    Hi all

I try to call the owner VI several times and was not sure if it's possible. I try to call the same VI in a VI with different condition.

I have this VI as active with reentrant template (VI_1), and inside the loop, he calls another instance of this model (let's call it VI_2) and wait for the completion called VI (VI_2) and proceed to the next action. The problem, it's wait until done does not wait even if I set it to True. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? or even if this is possible.

    Thank you in advance.

    So the VI calls himself?

If so, you can drop the VI to its own diagram if it is defined in the version of LabVIEW 2009 neres and later.

  • I am the owner of everything on my pc I do not have the special permissions for individual files and I am denied access

    permissions of origin title: special

I am the owner of everything on my pc I don't have special permissions for some individual files that I find quite strange. It also means that I can't delete some files. I tried to access the files when I started from a different hard drive, but still can not remove. While I followed all procedures to address this issue, I still do not end with special permissions. Is it possible to modify or delete the files from the MS DOS window or is there something that I am missing. I also found it seems to be an 'unknown user' in the permissions area, and when I try to delete or change this 'unknown user' and a second show. 1 then said who is denied access, but the other has access. No matter what I have I can not get rid of it! And file sharing is disabled disabled! Help, please

In Vista, many files can not even to administrators. Some are to protect the user from making mistakes (like many in the Windows directory and in your personal profile).  Some are points of junctionhttp://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb968829 (VS.85) .aspx which are there for backwards compatibility and should not be modified in any way (and certainly not deleted) or you may not be able to use your programs or may even damage the system to the point where it will need to be reinstalled).  You shouldn't need special permits to delete a file if you have all the rights, but special permissions can block access and that's sometimes how it blocks even administrators.  Keep in mind that XP administrators had access more than them in Vista - blocked is not necessarily a problem, but intentionally by developers of Vista.

However, if you're talking about files that you devriez have permission, then the following information about the ownership and permissions can help you.

To view your permissions, right-click on the file/folder, click Properties, and check the Security tab.  Check the permissions you have by clicking on your user name (or group of users).  Here are the types of permissions, you may have:http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/What-are-permissions.  You must be an administrator or owner to change the permissions (and sometimes, being an administrator or even an owner is not sufficient - there are ways to block access (even if a smart administrator knows these ways and can move them - but usually should not because they did not have access, usually for a very good reason).)  Here's how to change the permissions of folder under Vista:http://www.online-tech-tips.com/windows-vista/set-file-folder-permissions-vista/. To add take and the issuance of right of permissions and ownership in the right click menu (which will make it faster to get once it is configured), see the following article:http://www.mydigitallife.info/2009/05/21/take-and-grant-full-control-permissions-and-ownership-in-windows-7-or-vista-right-click-menu/.

To solve this problem with folders, folders takeownership or the reader (as an administrator) and give you all the rights.  Right-click on the folder/drive, click Properties, click the Security tab and click on advanced and then click the owner tab.  Click on edit, and then click the name of the person you want to give to the property (you may need to add if it is not there--or maybe yourself). If you want that it applies to subfolders and files in this folder/drive, then check the box to replace the owner of subcontainers and objects, and click OK.  Back and now there is a new owner for files and folders/player who can change the required permissions.  Here is more information on the ownership of a file or a folder:http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/67717-take-ownership-file.html. To add take ownership in the menu of the right click (which will make it faster to get once it is configured), see the following article:http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/add-take-ownership-to-explorer-right-click-menu-in-vista/.

I hope this helps.  If this isn't the case, after return and we'll get the exact path of these files to make sure that you really can visit his profile and try adding special permissions.  I suspect that the problem is that everyone is denied access and blocking everyone - but we'll check (if necessary).

    Good luck!

  • Why the owner listed in the changing properties of file on our shared drive?

I'm going to create a file from my computer (let's say is assigned the name "USERS/Person1") and save my company shared drive.  Let's say that others who have access to the shared drive can open the file from another computer, to save the changes to the file using their computer and even move the file to a different location in the same shared drive.  When I return to the properties of the file under 'Détails', sometimes 'owner' is still listed as "USERS/Person1" and sometimes he changed to someone else as "USERS/person2.

I want to be able to search all the files I created showing the category of 'Owner' as a column in a window of browser windows and sorting so that all files of USERS/Person1 will appear together.  I can't be sure that I am looking for a complete list of the USERS/Person1 if there is a process that is reassign the owner without my knowledge.  I've experimented in opening a file that I know I created originally (which now showed "USERS/person2" as the "owner") and recording a change for her.  The name of the owner has not changed to USERS/person2.  I also know that the USERS/person2 does not manually go and change the permissions of file for that particular file attribute itself as the 'owner '.  I think it's a process making users who, unbeknownst to us, change the ownership of the file.  Yes - What causes a modification that is designated as the "owner" in the properties of the file?

I actually thought about it myself...

Files are sometimes the owner of the owner of the FOLDER.  So just create a new folder of computer USERS/Person1, move all the files in the old folder that has been created/corrupted to show the USERS/person2 as owner, and then the new folder with all the old files now in it will show USERS/Act.1 as the owner under file properties.  Keeps all the date created, modified files, other information properties the same (except for the new folder, of course, that has a new date of creation).  Thus, it keeps all the other info, but puts the appropriate property so you can finally pick up in person!

Not a complete solution.  And still no response as to what process actually happen in the first place...  But at least now I can easily fix a set of files very quickly (without making attempts to open each file, make a change, re-register and then have even not reflect the new owner because the control record had the wrong user listed).
    Boo - Yes!

  • How to change the owner of the homegroup in Win 7?

    Hi all

Homegroup on my home network is owned by a PC that is no longer present. (It was left accidentally on the roof of my car before a trip on the highway.) Now I would like to change the owner of the residential group to a PC, I still have.

I have found no way to do this via the GUI Win 7 Pro. So I searched the registry for the name of the lost computer instances.

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\HomeGroup\UIStatusCache | ModifierSystem

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\HomeGroup\HME\Members | 18-3D-A2-1B-8D-70

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\HomeGroup\HME\Members | B4-99-BA-E3-0C-A1

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\HomeGroup\HME\Members | CC-52-AF-05-68-34

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\services\HomeGroupProvider\ServiceData | OwnerMachineName

This site also contains the keys named owner (connection on OwnerMachineName) and OwnerId

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\services\HomeGroupProvider\ServiceData\Members\ | ComputerName

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet002\services\HomeGroupProvider\ServiceData | OwnerMachineName

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet002\services\HomeGroupProvider\ServiceData\Members\ | ComputerName

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\HomeGroupProvider\ServiceData\ | OwnerMachineName

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\HomeGroupProvider\ServiceData\Members\ | ComputerName

It appears that the locations containing the trio owner, OwnerID, and OwnerMachineName are where the homegroup Control Panel gets its information on the existing homegroup. Other sites simply include the name of the computer as a member of the residential group, one of the peers.

I tried to delete the key containing the name of the computer, but was prevented from doing: "error while deleting key." Could possibly pass the key owner to me or admins, but now wonder if there is a better way to do this.

So I would like to change the owner of the homegroup, or erase any trace of an existing residential group then computers have to analyze the current reality. Is there a way?

    Thank you.

  • Regression: What clause omitted from the trigger editor when not logged in as the owner of the trigger

I found that this reported in earlier versions of SQL Developer, so I guess it's a regression.   In addition, it was not clear how/where to report bugs so feel free to re - direct me to another forum.

    Version 4.0.1.14

Unless I'm logged in as the owner of a trigger, the WHEN clause is missing when I discovered the source of order in the trigger Editor.    I've seen where this has been reported previously, but in this post, it was suggested that this should work for "privileged" users   In my case it does not even if I am logged in as a user with the DBA role.

I find this a bug very serious because if you do not notice missing WHEN clause (you would have to know that it was supposed to be present) and you compile the trigger of the form of the editor he deletes the WHEN clause effectively and modifies the trigger behavior.

Support of Oracle is the proper place to report bugs.

We do our best for them to triage here, esp when it's a beta/adoptive parent early.

This bug has been ID and fixed for the 4.0.2 patch which is soon.

  • How can I change the owner of a history of Adobe project?

    Hello

I'm changing the "owner" of an Adobe Story project. I signed up for an Adobe Story Plus account through my business e-mail, and I want to transfer personal property of my scripts of my email to the business Edition. How can I do this?

At the moment I just "shared" with my new email, but this means only I'm a co-author and do not have total control over my documents. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Sorry, but the story doesn't have a function to change the owner of a shared project.

In this case, you will need to manually export and import of each document from one account to another.
