Office 2010 works both in windows 8? Is really good-Windows 8 for computers without a screen touch?

Please help Im really confused. I upgrade to w7 Home premium/Profesional or wait for windows 8... I don't have a touchscreen pc: () BTW Ive already got w7 home base)

If you use Windows XP or Vista, I think you will find that Windows 7 is much easier to adapt to the. Windows 8 may work on tactile material not well-founded, but its not optimized for it.

Please, don't say things like that, Windows 8 includes the Windows desktop application that is equivalent to the performance of Windows 7, in addition to the screen start to work with a mouse and a keyboard. You can point and click as you would in a graphical user interface. In addition, it supports a variety of keyboard shortcuts. Of course, the user interface is optimized for touch, something that was missing in windows releases.

Also if you have a lot of software (in addition to Office 2010) on your current computer may not work properly on Windows 8.

Once again, disinformation, if its already compatible with Windows 7, it is compatible with Windows 8.

Assuming that you had bought a copy of the sale at retail of Office 2010 (i.e., it not was not preinstalled by the manufacturer of the computer or downloaded and installed using a "product key card"), just install it on the new system and turn on normally.  In some cases, you may use telephone activation and explain the circumstances (i.e., the old computer is dead).

    Hi all

I just bought a Thunderbolt Apple display to use with my 2012 15 "27" Macbook Pro Win10/Boot Camp running. Is anyone know the procedure to get the display to work with Bootcamp/Windows 10? Is there a setting in the training Camp that must be turned on to make it work? I have connected screen but could not get a desktop display.  Any help would be really appreciated! TY

The monitor should have a TB and adapter power connector. The monitor works on both OSX. ? If so, shut down of windows, connect monitor and start Windows. Your TB 2012 monitor is not plug-and-play with Windows.

Please see ports Thunderbolt and views: frequently asked questions (FAQ) - Apple Support .

    1. the "hot pluggable" Thunderbolt devices using Windows with Boot Camp?

Thunderbolt hot plugging is supported under Windows 8 or 8.1 on all Macs from 2014 and later.

For all other Mac computers, Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 scans and active them Thunderbolt devices connected to ports Thunderbolt during the Windows startup process. If your device has been plugged in not at startup, Windows detects not without a reboot.

The only way to move files or Folders/subfolders without causing problems, which does not create a 'missing files' is to go to the bosom of the Organizer, not the operating system (Win/Mac).

You can create folders and move images of the Organizer.

Note that if you move the files of several subfolders in one alone, you run the risk of wanting to move files with the same file name in the same folder; your operating system will not allow that. If the Organizer will rename images if necessary.

If you want to do such a task big reorganization, absolutely do a complete backup before. There is no advantage for a reorganization organizing point of view, but if you need it for some reason, it must be done from the Organizer.

  • Windows XP Installer does not not for updates or MS Office 2010. Error says Safe Mode, but I'm not in it.

Windows XP Installer doesn't work is not for the automatic updates or MS Office 2010. Error says Safe Mode, but my machine is not in Mode without failure.

When I try to run MS Office 2010, it starts a dialog box "preparing to install...." "even if I had used it for a few years. In the end, it fails and tells me whether I'm in Mode safe or I need to reinstall Windows Installer, I have done several times.

I can automatically download updates and they seem to be installed, but all fail at the end.

Any ideas on how to address this problem? Yes, I know that it is probably recommended to buy a new PC, but I need this machine operate fully for the next months. Then by reloading the operating system does not, either. He told me that my XP disc is the wrong version.

Thanks in advance for any ideas.
