  Office 365 is a subscription service and it can be configured on a computer in several different ways.

  One of these ways is that your PC is shipped only with a subscription code and you must download and install the Microsoft software.

  As the person of the "store" used a USB, my guess is that they have installed from there instead of going to Microsoft to get the download.

  We do nothing about products of complement on this forum; Instead, you must contact Customer Support HP directly to address these issues.

  I just bought a tablet of 7 streams in the Canada. During installation, an English version of Windows 8.1 is installed. I understand that I can change to a french version (for download) but I can't find where and how to do. Any help?

  I understand that you are looking for information about changing your language in French and the activation of the subscription of one year in Office 365.

  To change your Windows language:

  1. go into the Control Panel

  (2) If you are in category view , select clock, language and region , and then select language.

  (b) If you are using the icon , select language.

  3. click on Add a language.

  4. scroll the page up to F and then double-click French.

  5 choose Canada.

  6. click French (Canada) and select move up until it is at the top of the list.

  7. click on the Options to the right of the French (Canada)

  8. click on download and install the language pack.

  9. once the download is done, it will be installed automatically. This may take a few minutes.

  10. now, you should be able to make the French language active. It will prompt you to sign out and then sign back in to apply the changes.

  You can remove a Note, if you want or just leave it installed and do not use it. It occupies about 860 MB of available space.

  You have no need to save Word files or anything else to iCloud (or drive than Microsoft) If you do not want.

  Office comes with PowerPoint and Excel. You may or may not need or the other, but they are equipped with Office.

  I recently added my new Office 365 account to my iPhone of 6 application more integrated messaging. For the first 10 minutes the emails were flowing very well without any problems, but after the mail app started crashing and I was unable to answer a simple mail.

  Same exact issue here.  We migrated in fact just a tenant to an another Office 365 and after migration, we have a handful of users of iPhone (and ipad) with this problem.  Return in a phone to users, we have been able to do a full factory reset (without catering) and the returned issue after adding the exchange account.

• I forgot to disable the subscription to Office 365 from the old account. Now the key cannot be used.

  I bought the Acer Aspire 10 Switch (SW5 - 012) on 13.07.2015 and indicés to Microsoft Office 365, that was in the box with the tablet. I have been indicés with the e-mail I deleted later. While 2 disabling month worked, I used Office with my new account. Old account has been deleted completely last weekend and Office stopped working both Tablet and PC.   If you use your ID gmail to access skydrive, it's already your microsoft account.  (a microsoft account is not linked to a particular area such as outlook.com, hotmail.com or live.com).  your @gmail.com can also be your microsoft account.

  That said, you can use your id gmail for everything (the computer connection, skydrive account) and stop using the new microsoft account, you just created, or you can set up skydrive just to use your gmail account and continue logging in to your computer with the new microsoft account.

  to activate the skydrive account, launch skydrive, reveal the charms bar (move the mouse to the lower right), click settings, click options, and then click the logout button.  next time you start skydrive, you will be asked to log in.  Sign in with your gmail id and your password.

  You can configure Internet Explorer to be your default browser, click on the gear and select Internet Options. Click programs, and then click on use default.

  I am running an iMac with the captain and using Office 365.  We use a PC to run a program that we access using DRC and these are recorded on my cloud.  When I open these documents word of my iMac, the page takes my whole screen and pages (if more than one) go to the page.  I want to change this so that the window is smaller and the pages go underneath each other everytime I open a new word document.  If I change the page layout, save and reopen the document it is right, but I don't want to have to do that every time.
