Office disappearing

Hi, so I had a weird problem. I have not found anyone that describes something like that, so I'll give it a shot.

After that I got out video games (it's some/much of the time, not at 100%) and sometimes when I reduce my desktop disappears. All I have is a dark blue screen. What is strange, is that I still have a cursor and the Start button and all my apps on the home screen still work. So I can open programs, but the taskbar disappeared without a trace and my desktop background is gone too. I can start the Task Manager and everything acts quite normally except that my office just up and ran away! If I connect to my username and then again it suits him, but it's really annoying to have to leave steam chat just to fix my out of office, and when it happens while I reduce, I can't go back to the game, so it was really bugging me. Thanks for any help!

I understand from the description of the issue, your computer goes to a blue screen after the connection with the screen cursor and start. It would have been really helpful for us if you had mentioned a few details like beforehand:

  1. You did changes to the system before the show?
  2. This problem occurs through a game especially or with all games?

Especially this problem appears due to lack, corrupt or incompatible display driver problem, however, there may be other causes as third-party programs collide, virus/malware etc as well attack.

I suggest to follow the methods below and check if that helps.

Method 1: Try to start safe mode then run Microsoft Safety Scanner to search for viruses and malware and remove if necessary.

    I'm not quite sure what could cause this but maybe you should try to change the wallpaper?

    -Right click on the desktop,
    --Select Customize and then you can see the background option to display at the bottom of the customization window.

  • Link Office disappeared from my favorites in Windows 7 libraries; How to restore?

    Yesterday, I inadvertently clicked in the wrong place on my screen of Windows 7 libraries and made my link strongly used for the display of my office disappear from the Favorites in the top box on the left. What should I do to restore that link office here?

    I should mention that I store recently downloaded files of particular interest on my desktop as well as all my Photo Albums. After the disappearance of this Office of libraries link, I can no longer drag My, My Documens photo files, etc. on the office. I can't reach also .jpegs in Albums photos for email messages, once again because the office is no longer a visible option.

    Method 1:
    You can update the drivers video/display on the computer on the manufacturer's Web site and check.

  • Half the Office disappears when you unplug the external monitor

    I have a MacBook (early 2011) with a single office shared between two monitors - with one hand on the internal screen and the other half on a Dell 23 inch. The Dell is my first when I use both at the same time. Until a few months ago, when I unplugged the external monitor, all windows automatically appears in the monitor to the laptop, including the menu bar and dock.

    After an operating system upgraded a few dos systems (I'm on version of El Capitan.6), when I unplug the screen seems not to register - in other words, the left side of my office, including the menu bar and the dock, and all the apps that were there just to disappear. So my laptop seems to think that the other view is always connected and direct, unless I restart with the detached monitor. (I unchecked 'Displays have separated spaces') in Mission Control.

    Is that what I can do to force the Office to redesign the internal screen? (Note that the display is a Dell S2330MX, which seem not to support any Mac OS - so who could answer the question here.) Thank you

    I've known who issues from time to time, try to close and reopen the lid, which needs to redraw your office.

    Looks like Windows is damaged, or Windows has been infected by a Virus or a Spyware/Malware, which is usually caused when you open a bad email attachment, or run bad software as a keygen.

    Start safe mode (press F8 before Windows starts) and go back to a previous Restore Point.

    Then try to fix the file system. Go back into safe mode and go to a command prompt (execute cmd.exe) and run "CHKDSK C: F.

    If this does not work, you must back up your data and run recovery (hold down the zero key when you turn on the laptop).

    To help you to save your data, you can temporarily restore the desktop by pressing CTRL + ALT + DELETE, select Task Manager, find all instances of "explorer.exe" in the process, right click on explorer.exe tab and select "end process". Then in the Task Manager, go to file-> Run and run explorer.exe. Usually, this resets the office.

  • Name of the folder with caps in office disappear!

    When I create a new folder in the desktop (win 7) named MARIA J, it disappears from the desktop! I tried in office different windows 7 and it's the same problem. Anyone can try to create a new folder in office calling MARIA J and you will see the magic disappears. I think it's a bug in windows 7 and I would like to ask microsoft to sort. Microsoft should give me rewards to this kind of problem :)

  • After creative cloud downloading all the contents of my office disappear

    I need HELP!

    It is a disaster that I wasn't ready for.  I downloaded this application Cloud Creative freaking on my window 8 and all my office content with everything (programs, photos, docs, etc) everything has disappeared!

    I'll try to find it anywhere on my computer but I can't!

    I tried to go to my creative cloud online account, but could not find something or the other...

    Please, I beg you! Anyone having had a similar situation, or know what to let me know!

    In the case that your desktop screen is empty (no), please try the following steps.

    • Run the Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc keys together.
    • Go to file > new task
    • Run: explorer.exe

    Please share the results after you perform these steps, I hope that this would take over your desktop icons.

    Hi all, I have a * Toshiba A100-596. *.

    When I connect my desktop icons are gone. I get the message:

    * done c:\windows\system32\config\systemprofile\desktop refers to a location that is unavailable.*

    I can only use internet explorer, I can't open Firefox (even though the program is still installed.

    I can't restore my sidebar because he says it's to be used elsewhere.

    My printer software has disappeared and I get the message:

    abnormal c:\*programfiles\Lexmark5400series\ixctmon.exe of the termination.* program

    I tried restoring the system without success and I have no backup.

    Most of my programs is still installed and I can get the items on the desktop, on the start menu, but is no longer so a desktop computer.
    So, I can't download anything as my system automatically downloads to the desktop.

    It's also prevents me to reinstall my printer software.

    Sorry, but if you have so much trouble for me the means of logic alone to solve this is to use recovery delivered DVDs and reinstall the OS. After 20 minutes, you will have own OS preinstalled.

    After making this all preinstalled delete stuff you don't need, install all the applications you need for your work and be happy again.

  • Windows updates and Microsoft office disappeared

    I installed the following updates: KB959426 KB960803, KB952004 KB905866, KB890830, KB956572, KB959426, KB963027, KB960003, KB915597.  KB951847 tried to install several times but keeps default.  When installing all the updates, I had a blue screen and once the computer restarted, updates after installation and all seemed well.  Fine, until I tried to open Microsoft Outlook and Word.  All my Office programs are now uninstalled or for some reason, works properly and I still get invited to install.

    I tried a system restore and nothing - I received a message saying restore failed.

    No idea what past?

    Question: The Windows update install you installed, what was the installer of Windows or the Windows Installer Cleanup utility?
    If it wasn't the cleanup utility, please get it from the link below and see if that fixes the problem.

    try pressing ctrl alt delete to open the Task Manager.
     
    then under process kill explorer.exe
     
    then, under applications, launch a new: explorer.exe
