  Thank God, the computer is a dell, I was able to live chat with their technicians and they walked me through different types of solutions until we found where the problem was.

  The computer if it not so long ago a trojan that messed with some of the readers leaving them unable to recognize media of any kind as something other than files to open. We had to do a clean install of the operating system, which was the heart break because there was a risk of losing anything we forgot to back up and took forever to completely reinstall all the drivers and software on the computer.

  The hard drive works fine now, we are relieved and grateful for all the help.

  I would suggest trying the following methods and check if it helps.

  Method 1:
  Run the hardware and devices Troubleshooter and check. Please follow these steps:

  a. press Windows + W keys, type Troubleshooting in the search box and press ENTER.
  b. click on 'show all' and then click 'hardware and devices'.
  c. click 'Next' and follow the on-screen instructions.

  If this does not help, use method 2.

  Method 2:
  Uninstall and reinstall the USB controllers and check the issue. Please follow these steps:

  a. press Windows + X keys and click on Device Manager.
  b. develop a 'USB Bus controllers'. Right click on a device, and then click Uninstall. Please repeat this step for each device.
  c. once it's done, restart your computer.

  All USB controllers will automatically install.

  Last week, I downloaded 3 CD to iTunes as I have done a million times before without a problem. I noticed that the album CD names were all different - even if they were part of the same series.  I deleted the files from my rocket and I changed the name of the album are identical in iTunes.  When I tried to re - download it from iTunes, however, the files are not transferred.

  OK problem solved! It was my mistake. Last page (n16) was not with the other pages in the files. When I link pages to the top I copied the same links in each page, removing the link to page no. for the page, I pasted in. Hope that was clear. So I have copied the links on the page, not in the folder in the other pages. DW did what it was supposed to do. Try to resolve the situation by repeat pasting of links in different ways made him even more confused.

• Why Windows 7 has ceased to recognize the media in two optical drives?

  I did the old active preference file, restarted AE and it will not reconginze my graphics card.

  Thanks for your post.  Have you tried restarting your computer?  It could be that the explorer.exe process was canceled somehow.  Try the following:

  CTRL - Alt - Del

  Click file > click New task > Type explorer.exe

  All the documents that I close (if it is registered or not, whether it is empty or not) shows an error message saying:

  This process happens every time.  Sometimes it restarts the program, and other times it ends just (closed) it.  I don't know if this is related to this bug, but I met another problem that began at the same time as this one:
