OfficeJet Pro8500: need software for Hp Solutions Center

Attempt to analysis with the software and get messagae my printer has been disconnected

Remove all software and reinstalled.  Scan now worked but when I tried to print nothing appeared in the queue

Remove all the software several times and finally I can print from work, outlook, internet etc.

But now I don't have the software so I can scan from my pc.  I think it is called HP Solutions Center.  Cannot find how downlaod just this part so I can scan from my pc.

I don't want to disconnect the pc from my printer and do it again because maybe printing does not work.

I want to just as the software.  How can I download it to my pc so I can run if I use the HP Solutions Center.

It is difficult to work with HP.

What is the name and the product number of your printer? How can I find my model number or product number?

It seems that there are problems with software of printer on your computer, in order to solve this problem, we would need to do a clean uninstall and re-install. You must unplug the printer to the USB port during installation.

If you do not want to do, there are other ways that you scan using these workarounds.

Use these workarounds to analyze whether the solutions did not resolve the problem. Workarounds may not be available depending on the printer and your connection type. If the first method you tried didn't work, try one of the other workarounds.

    You won't have to order a new drive to install your Officejet 5610 on your new Windows 7 system.

  • HP Officejet 5610 all-in-one: need to Downlad HP Solution Center so I can't scan on my HP printer user

    I tried to reinstall the software and drivers for my HP Officejet 5610 all in one printer, but when I start the installation process on my notebook (Windows 7 64-bit) a window appears and says that it cannot find the specified file. I download the sofware and complete player file but for some reason whenever I try to install this same error window opens and I can't complete installation.  The error log says the file not found X:\hpzsetup.exe source. Any body to meet this problem and if you have how can I find a way to install the HP Solution Center.  My printer works fine, but I do not have the scan software. Of suggestiuons or ideas are appreciated.

    I use "HP solutions Center" scan on my 7310 all-in-in-one software. I have upgraded to Windows 10 & it worked just fine. I just got the latest update of Windows-10 last week. Now, HP Solution Center does not open. When I click on the desktop icon I get anything other than an alert tone - no other indication of what was wrong.

    I uninstalled the driver & it is reinstalled from the HP site - no change.  I have Windows-10 was last updated. I used the diagnostic tests HP & test progs and I know for printer and scanner will not work. The problem seems to be in the service of the HP Solution Center software.

    Also I tried to download the app 'HP Scan & Capture'. It won't download-

    The solution Center HP is part of the software provided for older products from HP, is not part of the HP software for the 6700 and can not be used with the specific model.

    You can access the software by clicking on the Windows icon ( ), click HP , click all programs , click on the HP Officejet 6700 folder, and then click the HP Officejet 6700. The software of the printer opens.

    The Solution Center behave differently on Windows 10, somethings such as printing of CD are no longer supported in the new OS.

    Other CD print is there anything else that you see as missing that I can help you to find a workaround for? If you try to print on CD, you will need to find a 3rd party software that allows it.

    I'm building a new computer for me and wish to continue to use my HP printer. When I bought it I do not remember if it came with the HP scanning software solution center or if it downloaded when connected for the first time.
