OLD computer running

So, I'm running an old computer that I update to a maximum of 10.7.5

Running iTunes 12.2.2.25.

iPhone 9.3.2

I can't sync my music on my iPhone because I can't update my OS past 10.7.5

Is there a WAY to JUST sync my music from my iPhone or I lose 100's of dollars of music?

I tried to contact Apple, but by their recommendations, I got nowhere.

Thanks for the help.

You did not "lose" your music. It's on your computer. I have several VCR tapes. I have not "lost" them, I don't have a VCR anymore.  You can always play your music on your computer, on a car player that plays files in AAC format, on any player who plays any format you can convert.  You can't just synchronize with your gadget.  The world is not over.

Your mistake is not realizing that Apple is working with a mobile time window on 5-7 years.  Never buy anything if she is to use software or hardware that is different from any other part of your computer system more than 7 years.  iOS9 requires iTunes 12.3 or higher, which in turn works only with computers that can run Cougar or higher.

It is not an ideal solution for you. You can subscribe to Match iTunes and use iCloud as your storage space central sync.  Older versions of iTunes are still functioning with iCloud.
