    Hello

    1. have there been recent changes to the computer before the show?

I suggest you to try the steps below and check if it helps.

Method 1: Start your system in safe mode and check if the same problem occurs.

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/start-your-computer-in-safe-mode

Method 2: If the question does not exist in Mode safe mode then try to put your computer in a clean boot state.

By setting your boot system minimum state helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem.

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or Windows 7:
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

Note: After the boot minimum troubleshooting step, follow step 7 in the link provided to return the computer to a Normal startup mode.

.. .all dialog box appears on screen is covered in "' so I can't put passwords or addresses of sites and if the sound is on a morse codes like noise appears with the comma...

The character you are evidence is a single quotation mark or tick rather than a comma, but the character you see in reality is probably an asterisk in a mask the password text box. In both cases, the problem remains the same.

You have a key stuck on your keyboard which instantly fills any box entry with the typed characters, they are ticks or asterisks. The only audible ringer is a normal computer error indicating that the keyboard buffer is full, but entry continues, once again an indication of a stuck keyboard key.

Try another keyboard. It may be possible to launch a key by a sharp tap, but the problem will probably persist in the future. I hope that you don't talk about your laptop.

  • Protection - pop up box appears asking me to buy Security Shield for $80

I can't access my internet. Should I buy a protection?  I get spyware protection faults.  A pop-up window appears asking me to buy protection?  Can you help me with a time of protection?

Well, there's probably no need to buy something when something else that is similar or better are available free of charge.

the question is what do you have installed on your computer Security Shield nagware grafted on.

you say also that you have little or no control over the computer, so you can have the scoop installed hostage.

what you can try is a test drive of your vista by booting it upward in "safe mode with networking"

then see if vista and internet explore in the middle of the safe mode behaves better than normal mode.

If Yes, then you can either run a restore point from the system or boot. (we'll show you how)

"Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped" this pop-up box keeps appearing, over and over again.

This error appeared out of no - where, and we have been unable to connect to the phone network since. The phone is also overheat insofar as we could hardly touch the screen once the phone was in a pocket.

The newtowrk provider has never heard of this error, so I guess it's a thing of the bike.

Please tell us how to solve this problem.

Thank you! I am now in safe mode. Being illiterate, technology that do I then please?

If the phone works very well in mode without failure, then probably some 3rd party app is the problem. The challenge is to find what app or apps is the problem.

Mode sometimes course does not help, and a reset is the next step only. Other times in safe mode simply confirms that the phone is physically ok, but there is not point to the actual problem.

Safe mode is designed to allow the phone to start without any 3rd party of loading applications (not always, but that's the idea) but some configuration parameters can still load, it is not infallible. But it is sometimes useful exclude a hardware problem on the phone.

  • I can't download Firefox. When I hit the download button the pop-up box asking me if I want to open or save the file disappears without me click an option.

I tried to download Firefox without success.
I hit the download button and, normally, a pop-up window appears asking me to open or save the file. An empty box appears briefly and then disappears.
The problem may be with Internet Explorer 6.
However, I tried to update to IE 8 and the same problem above occurs on the Microsoft Web site.
I think that there is a little lack of IE 6.
    Any ideas?
    Thank you
    Sandra

    Thank you.
In the end I had someone send me the file installation and it worked.
    Thanks for your time.

  • I told myself this morning pop-up box that I need to download and update immediately (from 5.0 to 5.0.1). Was - this legitimate?

I was just surfing and got this pop-up box. I did download, but it seemed that he was unable to connect to the place to get the file, so I closed the box to decide I would later. When I arrived on the web site of Firefox, it tells me that my browser is up to date (yet to 5.0), so now I wonder, was legitimate this bubble?

When I came back to my computer it had restarted itself.

Give a few days to 'settle' on all servers.

OR, you can download the full installer from the link below, SAVE it to your desktop (so you can find it), then close Firefox, and then click/double click on the installer, you have just downloaded and let it install.

NOTE: There are some add-ons that have not yet been made compatible with Firefox 5 which have caused great consternation for a number of users. Only the developers of these modules can change versions of Firefox with which their modules are compatible. Toolbar Google and some toolbars installed by AV/AS security providers commonly don't are not yet updated by their developers.

    Hello

I would suggest trying the following steps and check if it helps.

    Method 1:

To help resolve the error message, you can start Windows Vista or Windows 7 by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.
