On-site images alt tags. OAM muse to adobe files

How can I make the images alt tags in adobe muse on a seat. Animate the OAM file created on the edge of adobe. If I ctrl click, right click, etc I don't get the properties option?

Enjoy it was in June 2015, but I'm sure that people would still like an answer to this.

In Adobe Muse, unless an image is "placed" aid; FILE > PLACE > INSERT AN IMAGE, it does not always seem to be an option to add an alt tag that him. Even then Muse seems to be quite fickle in which images can be added to them alt tags.

I'm currently other research options to add tags alt for images, as this sounds like something of 'images' such as the boxes of contact forms, widgets that are provided by Adobe themselves, etc.!

I've tried so far; Syntax & insert HTML calling the active path, and adding the ALT tag there.

Has anyone else managed to find another way?

I recommend to use; https://seoceros.com/en/ , to help you find what are the images have not been assigned an ALT tag

One. File OAM is at the forefront of the adobe drive, this project has been canned.

There is debate about Flash being rebuilt to generate this type of file, but he started and Adobe comes very stated on this subject still so I wouldn't hold my breath guy.

  • Add image alt tag to image field web app

    We would like to add 'alt' for Web App images tags selected by the field of the image as seen here:

    PastedGraphic-1.png

    Although we can easily add another field (detail Image Alt text), is not at all clear how this is added to the Web App layout in the Module Templates. The code of the current model Module for the field above is:

    < div class = "hero" > {detail tag_product picture}

    We want to continue to use the image field type as indicated above, but with the ability to simply add the field of the image 'alt '. We know that we could change the type of field (Image from the product detail), a string of text or a link hypertext, but it would require a massive site change.

    Thank you

    You must use the image rather than the full tag path so that you can add other attributes. for example: rather than use simply {tag_yourImage} in your layouts, you must extend the code of {tag_altText} . The key thing to note here is the "_value" after your image tag - which will give you the path to the image.

    I hope that's what you were after!

  • Add Image Alt tag to great product page layout

    Hello

    Could someone please clarify if this is correct...

    Our current product - great layout has:

    < div class = "prodImg" > {tag_largeimage} < / div >

    I would like to add an alt image tag and the title (for SEO). The Alt tag and the title would be taken on the "product title:"in the electronic trade in the product.

    Can I change in the product - great layout to:

    < div class = "prodImg" > {"tag_largeimage, < img alt ="{tag_title} "title ="{tag_title}"/ >} < / div >

    (Where Tag_title is the description entered under the title of product in electronic commerce (not the name of the product)

    Who will help SEO?

    Would appreciate any help

    In order to build on the img tag for the image of the great product you use the {tag_largeimage_path} tag which will be released to the URL of the image.

    The ALT tag is the relevant attribute most of SEO on the images, but you can use titles as you suggest.  I just wouldn't use twice - it's redundant... you use the {tag_name} to output the name of the product in the title attribute instead:

    {tag_title}

    And Yes, it will help with seo.

  • Cannot add to the placed Images Alt tags

    I develop a flyer to be distributed in PDF format, and our demand is that he is 'Section 508' compatible, that is readable by a screen reader. I am trying to add tags alt on images in order to meet this requirement, but when I go to object -> Object Export Options and click the ALT text tab, the dropSource text Alt is dimmed and does not allow me to do something.

  • Is it possible to add keywords, alt tags and title tags to lightbox images and/or triggers?

    I build a mobile site that is fairly heavily dependent on lighbox poster for the scrolling feature. The issue I encountered is I should be able to add alt tags and title images in the device of light therapy (slide show) to keep the SEO of my website. I designed only some of the pages so far, and I'm going through is that once an image is considered to be a 'trigger' of muse, I can add is more the elements of SEO in the same way, I can when it comes to an image.

    A few ways to get around this, I found are:

    (1) export the Dreamweaver site and then I can go the code and add the SEO for images in the lighbox on the backend.

    (2) I can build the frame by frame and then site more to file each trigger for the lighbox slideshow.

    The problem with #1 is that when I export my Dreamweaver site is then modified in muse. I see this pose a huge problem, as I move forward with new iterations of my site. Changes in dreamweaver are not transferable to muse and creating two separate sites. This means that I would need to recreate all the seo built whenever I update the site. This is not really an option and is not efficient at all. Is there a way to come and go between these two products I know? This would be more useful.

    Question # 2: I built each project page on the great site as for most background images with triggers asked. I did it to try to lower the overall gerth of the site, but it is apparent that I won't be able to work around this problem and maintain seo, of that I'm looking.

    All experience this problem and solved?

    Thank you for your comments!

    Placed images and the images in the slide show supports tooltips (the "title" attribute), and the text via the menu content 'change Image Properties... '. ».

    Strictly speaking, in HTML (images of filling) background images do not support these tags. That said, in certain contexts, it may make sense to Muse allow to set these attributes on an arbitrary object (which may, or may not, have a picture fill).

  • alt tags are good for SEO to find the site?

    I do a page with interactive images with links to other pages. Can SEO / search engines use the information in the alt tag to crawl and archive site? Is it as effective as regular hyperlinks within the website?

    First of all, let correct a common misconception. There is no such thing as an alt 'tag '. ALT is an attribute that is used in and tags. Its purpose is to provide ALT text for people who visit your Web site by using a screen (for the visually impaired) reader or a browser with images disabled. The alt attribute is required (i.e. required). So, you have to use it regardless of any effect it might have with regard to search engine optimization.

    The good news is that search engines don't read the content of the ALT attributes If they are relevant to the rest of the material on the page, well written alt attributes should improve your search engine ranking. Of course, on his own text will not the thing, but it makes a positive contribution.

    Hello noutcall19,

    If you intend to replace the existing images in the site then you can certainly do it with the help of InBrowserEditing, but it is not possible to add new images by using InBrowserEditing.

  • When it is not acceptable to omit the Alt tag on an image

    I am writing just a page of image gallery using CSS3 and HTML5 that has the two tags for each photo img. All photos are of artifice, with nothing much to differentiate verbatim, I does not include the text with the image.

    The CSS all withdrew with the auditor CS3 css, but for alt tags missing and the message says something like "looking for information on where it is possible to omit the alt tags" for each one missing, which is what I expected.

    Anyone can indicate when it is permissible or acceptable missing alt tags, or is there a workaround that is satisactory?

    Howard Walker

    When an image has a purely aesthetic function, it is reasonable to omit or provide the alt attribute values vacuum (it is not a tag), because that's when the image does not contribute nothing to the meaning or the meaning of the page.

    Think of it this way.  When someone views your page with images disabled, when you want them to see that a significant image is missing (and potentially get it)?  This is what the value of the ALT attribute.

  • How can you alt - tag a form?

    Hello

    , I have a few images that are represented as a 'fill' in rectangle shapes. This allows interesting image forms and scroll... but I'm not sure how alt tag those images! (I can only understand how alt image tag if it is "placed" within Muse. )

    Can anyone help?

    Thank you!

    Unfortunately we can not add a tag replacement for the background fill, as on the export of background images are implemented in the form of CSS with the 'background' property, while the placed images are implemented with tag which may have attribute "alt".

  • Small Question SEO - hidden img/alt Tag?

    Hi again, I will have a little problem that I can't put my finger on, I hope someone here can spot him more easily than I can. I've recently scanned my index.html with my SEO scanner to go down a checklist and see how I could improve my score of websites on search engines, and a thing that he continues to tell me is this.

    Test the image's Alt

    What is?

    Your Web page has 23 ' img' tags, and 22 of them has the required attribute "alt".

    How to fix

    In order to pass this test, you must add an alt attribute to each tag < img > used in your Web page.
    An image with a specified replacement text is inserted using the following HTML line:

    <img src="image.png" alt="text_to_describe_your_image">
    Remember that the point of alt text must provide the same functional information that would see a visual user.
    Learn more about the images for SEO optimization.

    The problem is that I looked in my source code for many times and I don't see that 22 img tags, which have all of the alt tags are related, the 23 img tag does not exist from what I see.

    This is the site index page: Design & Build Showcase: Sandford, Fayetteville and Pinhurst Custom Home Builder

    If someone here is able to identify the tag img 23, or explain why it keeps telling me there is a 23rd img tag that I'm missing, I would greatly appreciated it if you he could report to me.

    Thanks in advance.

    ToolTip and alt text can be added to the images that you place in your Muse project file via the option change the Image properties by right clicking on the image itself or from the active panel.

  • Banner on sensitive site image

    Hi all

    Relatively new to Dreamweaver so forgive the basic question (I did the beginner tutorials and responsive Web site tutorial).

    I'm looking to put a picture as a top of the banner of the page on my site (which is currently a change of Stargazer tutorial site). I want to have the following properties:

    1 100% of the width of the site except on 800px wide when he stops growing. (I realized this through giving it a "banner" ID and setting the width to 100% and max-width 800px in the Style.CSS)

    2. when the browser is developed over 800px wide, the image centers. (I seem to not be able to work out how to do this?)

    3. once on 800px wide, I would like to the left and right borders to be the same color as the background of the banner image everything seems so seamless. (Once again I seem to not be able to work out how to do this?)

    I would like to make the background color of the banner image is different from the background of the rest of the site image.

    Here is the HTML (excerpt):

    < body >

    < div class = "container-fluid" >

    "< img src =" images/battlefields_banner.png"alt =" "class ="banner"/ >

    < nav class = "navbar, navbar-reverse" >

    < div class = "container-fluid" >

    <!-brand and toggle get grouped together for better mobile display->

    < div class = "bar navigation-header" >

    The CSS (excerpt) is as follows:

    . Banner {}

    Width: 100%;

    Max-width: 750px;

    background-color: #911319;

    }

    I apologize for wasting time on such a fundamental issue, but I'm going along in circles a bit here...

    Thank you
