  The summary when I is the cursor on "display and manage your sessions", but it has always been grayed out. It was an optional icon to add to the toolbar, but I couldn't find any info on what it does.   My Dell Inspiron 1545 gives me this message and not going anywhere

• Access the Session Managed Beans

  If I have a class that is registered in a session bean in the adfc-config...

  I created a simple test case and my comments are the following:

  (1) the bean was not instantiated within the scope of the session until I have it referenced in an EL expression. In my case, I used
  "2) for the first time as #{sessionScope.MyBean.attribute1}" does not work, it causes a NullPointerException.
  (3) I have access to reading via without it having been instantiated so far.

  Point (3) does not correspond to your comments, so I think that your problem is related to something else. Check the declaration of the bean again. Also check that you have not saved an another bean under the same name but different scope and in a different config file (for example, in faces-config.) XML or in a TaskFlow definition file).

• Session manager does not work

  I don't know if this goes in the tabs section or the section modules, so I placed it here in tabs.

  I label mix more and that's what happened to me recently:

  I just started firefox; He asked me to restore the tabs and I said 'yes', but all tabs are empty. I thought it was a mistake, then I closed Firefox and restarted and now the sessions don't ask me if I want to restore the previous session. After playing with it, I've broken down and started a new session. Got the essential and other elements, closed firefox and he asked me if I want to save, and I said 'yes '.   You can use updates made to TabMix Plus in the tab of the Add-ons Manager, using the context menu.

• Firefox 14.0.1 and 0.7.9 Session Manager.

  Started having this problem with FF13.
  My standard session has 3 tabs (Group 1 and 2 webmail). Launch of FF14.0.1 the 3 tabs display but only 1 actually charges. I have to click on the other 2 to load individually. Of course, once loaded, they remain loaded and updated the session.
  In FF12 launch would show 3 legs and all at the same time ready to load.
  Is there a setting somewhere that I'm missing or an incompatibility with the Session Manager?

  It is a 'new' which appreciated by some people (like me, because I have perhaps more than 200 tabs open) and some people do not have (if they had that a few open). It allows FF load faster. If you want to change it in the menu bar, go to tools | Options, then click on tab, and uncheck article that says 'do not load the tabs until you choose.

• Flash remoting and session management

  I'm developing an application in Flash and AS3 and I use ColdFusion 8 for flash remoting. Some screens will be used by only 1 user. I googled many times and I had a few pages containing topics 'OnSessionStart', 'OnSessionEnd' and 'OnRequest', I tried to use my CFCs but makes no sense. I want to erase the State of the use of the screen in my application. If I can catch the event 'session-end', I can clear the field of use of database. So if a user closes the browser window not correctly, the value of the field will be handed over to zero and one other user can use the screen safely.

  How do you currently user and session management, then? It is entirely in Flex? To make the session management in ColdFusion, you must have either an Application.cfc (or an Application.cfm... Application.CFC is recommended, however) file in the same folder as the portion of your application ColdFusion. The CF server will be automatically call Application.cfc before you run some of your pages on cfc or cfm and run automatically to the SystemFramework, OnSessionStart, OnRequestStart, OnRequest, OnRequestEnd, OnSessionEnd, OnApplicationEnd or OnError methods you defined in the Application.cfc file. SystemFramework fires when the CF application is first started, OnSessionStart is triggered whenever a new session is started, OnRequestStart is triggered at the beginning of each page request, etc. You don't need to define all the... in my applications, I used SystemFramework, OnSessionStart, OnRequestStart, OnSessionEnd and OnError defined. There is also no need to worry when or how call one of these methods the CF server that will do for you. All you have to do, is essentially, describe what you want to happen when a session starts or ends, when a page request occurs when the application starts, etc. and CF will call the appropriate method that you hit every event. • Need help: understanding of the Session Variables

  Maybe I'm just not understand how function of session variables and
  I hope that someone here can help me to do so.
  
  I am trying to establish an auto-dialing for a client process report
  so when a person displays an online report, a number of declaration is
  generated and stored in a variable session and when information
  is submitted, download number of report and the additional information provided
  a database. Everything seems to work as expected, except for this.
  
  I use an application.cfm file to define the session management and to create a
  Report number and set this number to a session variable.
  
  When the person opens the report form page, there is a teaching section
  for their study, followed by a 'Proceed' button to go to the next section of the
  page.
  
  When they click on the "Continue" button, is when the number of report which is held in a
  session variable (application.cfm) should insert in a hidden for later form field
  upload, which seems to happen.
  
  Now for the part that I don't understand. I thought that both a session
  had not expired, the session variable would remain in use and so if
  the report page has been updated (reloaded) of the same session would be variable
  be used.
  
  What I feel, is that whenever the report page is to be regenerated,
  a new report number is loaded in the session variable. I'm not
  understand how to work the session variables? Am I missing some criticism
  piece of coding or point here?
  
  I have included below the structure of folders and files used in the process

  But if you want to stick with the application.cfm approach, there is a difference in what you say you do and what your code is showing. You say "I checked to see if the session variable has been set and he has been.", but I don't see any if/else logic in the part of your application.cfm code where you set the variable. Remember, the code runs on each page, including request refreshes.

• Session manager loses some but not all of the tabs on the restoration.

  When restoring a cross, Manager of Firefox session restores only some of my tabs, for example 35 to 50. If I use the plugin memory restart in my toolbar, all my tabs are restored. The lost tabs are at the end of the string but sometimes usually come from community. There is not any correlation with the length of time that the tabs were opened; Sometimes, I'll lose the tabs who survived several reboots. My pinned tabs are always restored correctly and sometimes I have a string of empty tabs at the end, this problem started earlier this year, when I abandoned FF 26 reluctantly and started making regular updates to semi; I am now at 40.0.3.

  The problem of loss of tab is now moot, because I installed the extension by Michael Kraft Session Manager and tabs are not lost during a crash recovery or kill the Task Manager.

  A new edition which has arisen is a lack of space for the icons in the toolbar. The ability to create an additional toolbar with right click has been removed as a replacement for the infamous "Menu" that I refuse to use. Are there any 'hidden' to the user method to add another toolbar without generating any code?

• Start stuck on "Please wait for the Local Session Manager."

  I would say that this problem started a couple of days. Went to start my laptop (Toshiba) and he sat on the "Please wait" message forever.

  Had no problems to start in safe mode. Looked up various ways of addressing the problem.

  Was able to change the resume date and back a few weeks ago. Still no luck. Happened to read something on a printer Epson being perhaps the problem driver (it was installed a day before the date of restoration chosen). Uninstalled the drivers, computer still does not start.

  Tried restarting running. I do not have the CD it came with Vista, but it was an option when you hold F8 during startup (I think?) Couldn't find any problems.

  Ran check on memory. No problem either.

  Changed settings for a verbose startup and ran a Diagnostic startup - all good for this. Then tried selective startup load system services... This is when the error occurs. When starting, it hangs on "Please wait for the Local Session Manager" and does nothing more.

  I looked in the event viewer to see what came that time and a couple mistakes were:

  Event ID 6000: winlogon notification subscriber was unavailable to handle a notification event.

  Event ID 7026: the next (s) start or start failed to load system
  spldr
  Wanarpv6

  It would be very useful for me not having to run my computer in safe mode automatically all the time, although it is useful that I at least have that option. Any help is greatly appreciated.
