  Library > previews > build 1:1 previews.

  In the settings of Catalog under the file handling tab, change the setting to automatically discard 1:1 previews to never.

  Caution: keep for all your images 1:1 previews will eat plenty of hard drive to work and is probably not a good solution for the 'what if' scenario here. I recommend a backup strategy of the original files in offline mode, so you can rebuild a complete overview, if you accidentally delete the work files.

I have checked the filters and hooked up to another fax machine (hp 8500 A909a) with the same results. I downloaded a updateded printer driver and still get the same results. I noticed when I sent a fax test fax hp service test, they sent a fax to the back but the fax would only ring unless I press the black / touch of color, it will leave a fax come through. Y at - it a remedy to this new problem. Help.
