• Cannot open Firefox even after deleting all files and profiles of school boards.

  My computer auto-installé the new Firefox version 40.0.2 (and later 40.0.3) and the browser does not open. It worked and I have not received any error message. I tried every fix I can find here, and even manually, I deleted all of my profiles, folders, program files, uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my computer, and it still not open. I click on the Firefox button in my bar tasks, the charging symbol goes for a few seconds, then more nothing. Firefox opens and runs without any problems on other computer on computer accounts. I even copied the files of Firefox to the another computer account on which it runs and replaced all files on the computer account that Firefox does not on, rebooted and still nothing. I've been dealing with this issue for over 2 weeks now and am very frustrated because I spent hours trying everything I can find.

  This fix does not work either... tried previously and tried again. However I FINALLY got my Firefox to work on mine. I ended up finding a virus free online (ESET online scanner) scanner and do a full scan on my computer in order to remove anything that could cause a problem. I also went through all my computer programs and documents and cookies and temporary internet files and deleted everything which is not necessary or if it is no longer used. I thought it must be something else because Firefox has no problems with other users of the computer, and my original profile worked very well under other computer users when transferred manually. I think something was interfering with Firefox, which is why none of the fixes here worked because they targeted Firefox itself when it seems that it wasn't the problem.

  If you want to remove quickly delete all your bookmarks, you can go to the library in Firefox:

  From your post, it seems you deleted all your photos and removed the recently deleted photos thinking that they would still be in the cloud.

  Looks like you could possibly use iCloud photo library. If you take a look at this article: iCloud Photo library FAQ - Apple Support

  If you have active iCloud photo library photos are synced to all your devices include in iCloud. If you delete a photo off of one device, it is deleted on all devices, including in iCloud.

• AOL have diverted the search bar, deleted all the other engines and disabled the reset.

  I noticed that at some point today the search bar was reset to aol. I removed aol in the bar, but now there is NO option to search engine. All done malware also deleted all other options in search bar, disabled by default reset settings and seems to have deleted the folder of drive C search plugins. I tried an add-on to restore the default choice, but it didn't work. I tried to reset Firefox and a system restore. None worked. I copied the folder searchplugins from a backup, but that has not changed anything. I don't see a new Mozilla Firefox folder (34) as indicated in some other threads. I looked into: config and there are new things for aol it but I do not know how to remove them or what, if anything should replace them.

  No sorry. The fastest method seems to be to go to settings > phone > blocked (or settings > Messages > blocked) and select the editing mode. You could make a suggestion to Apple that offer more options: http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html

  Advance planning is the key here. The best way to have a comment-free (and data) copy of the document is to save one as a model, before adding data or comments.

  At this point, you will be able to apply this method for the 2017 copies (and beyond) of this document, but for this end of the year, you may be stuck with manual removal.

  In addition to the comment, what is the content of these cells? Is - this content will also be deleted in preparation for next year? Selection of a cell (one click) and pressing Delete will remove the cell contents (text, numbers or other data entered or formula) and the comment. Copy an empty cell, and then paste them into a group of cells should also remove the comments (and content) of these cells, but also replaces the parameters of any format with the copied cell pasted now.   In most cases if the games are deleted from the computer files will remain on the computer.

  I suggest that you are looking for game files in the system32 folder.

  Later, click on Start menu click on run and type c:\\windows\system32 in the following search of the window for the file of games like free cell. If you get the files in the system32 folder then copy the file to c:\\program files\start menu\ later in the game folder.

  STEP 3:
  If fails it above steps, try a system restore to the point when the game was available on the computer.

• Is it safe to delete all files from "C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp' __evry time I do and then try to use MS Office it asks me the install files. I'm reinstalling MS Office 2007 in its original DVD.

  I deleted all files in the TEMP folder. So when I try to open any MS Office 2007 program, it has me reinstall the suite complete from the original DVD, because the msi file is not the correct version. Is this normal?

  No problem as an administrator. Seems that the problem has nothing to do with the TEMP folder.

• Delete all the contents of my project

  Somehow, I deleted all the content I had in order for my project. I think I hit the Hotkey Cmd + W (close), but I don't know and I don't know what Panel was selected. I was something other troubleshooting at the same time and just closed and reopened the first to try to recover everything. The clips that I used are all still in the project Panel, but they are long and all editing and sequencing, I did seems to have disappeared. I seriously just delete by pressing a keyboard shortcut?   It seems that you have accidentally closed the timeline (CTRL + W) sequence. All you have to do is find the sequence in your project Panel and reopen it.

  I'm under ESXI 5.1. I want to take the current state of my VM and make permanent state, delete all the snapshots taken before. In my view, this is called "Commit" according to VMware. I thought it would be identical to "Consolidate", but I don't it is.

  Then, according to VMWare link below, to validate you just click "remove all" in the Snapshot Manager. This seems really shady and scary. Is this true?

• Delete all snapshots completely hosed my server

  I have a server ESXi 5, a 750 GB (698GB or so, is usable) local data store, quad Xeon, and 16 GB of RAM. There are two vm (s) - we're a firewall which takes about 10 GB (20 has been allocated) and the other is an Exchange Server that has 500 GB allocated was almost complete with the exception of about 10 GB. Both have been implemented using thin provisioned disks. There are also approximately 4 or 5 pictures taken of the Exchange virtual machine. Thinking that I had to delete the snapshots before you try to resize the virtual drive of 500 GB, I hit the button Delete button instant everything. All the snapshots have been removed from the list and then I could not start the virtual machine due to the lack of storage. He said that nearly 698 GB has been awarded! Then I deleted the tiny snapshots for virtual firewall machine and was able to boot the virtual machine Exchange. After doing a little housekeeping on the vm changes that I stopped him. Try to solve the delete all snapshots problem, I tried the "consolidate all snapshots' option. After several hours of waiting it failed due to lack of space. So, I thought I would reboot the physical machine to see if that helped. When he returned he showed that TB 1.4 or so, space has been allocated! And I could not start anything. Then I ran down to the server room, installed a 750 GB extra hd and started trying to move the virtual machine to empty disk. Well, who seems to have been an even worse mistake to delete all snapshots. Not only this process fails, but now the new hd (datastore2) is completely filled and the original datastore1 has about 132 GB free. The problem with this is that the virtual machine is now spread over these two data stores. Now, I've added another store of data via nfs (nfsdatastore) that has free 2.6 TB and I'm currently copy the entire contents of datastore2 via the cp command in a terminal (ssh remotely controlled).

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  OK, so let's try to clone the virtual disk in the NAS data store. Please follow the steps below and ask if there is something you don't understand or something does not work as expected.

  • Create a new folder on your NAS "UDT-MX09-EPSI" data store
  • from archive attached extracts "UDT MX09 (Exchange EPSI) .vmx" to this new folder
  • move 'UDT MX09 (Exchange EPSI)-000004.vmdk' to "datastore2/UDT-MX09-EPSI" on "datastore1/UDT-MX09-EPSI-2".
  • move 'UDT MX09 (Exchange EPSI)-000005.vmdk' to "datastore2/UDT-MX09-EPSI" on "datastore1/UDT-MX09-EPSI-2".
  • from archive attached extracts "UDT MX09 (Exchange EPSI)-000003.vmdk" "datastore1/UDT-MX09-EPSI-2"replaces the existing file.
  • from the command line run:
    "vmkfstools-i" / vmfs/volumes/datastore1/UDT-MX09-EPSI-2/UDT MX09 (Exchange EPSI)-000004.vmdk "" / vmfs/volumes/nfsdatastore/UDT-MX09-EPSI/UDT MX09 (Exchange EPSI) hard. "

  If cloning is successful, do a right-click the virtual machine in the inventory and select 'Remove inventory', then - using the browser from data store - click with the right button on the .vmx file in the folder of the virtual machine on the NAS data store and select "add to the inventory.   It is the implementation of cursor close commit on in Timesten is the cause.

  As the drop statements are internally auto-valider the transaction so it closes the cursor itself. So when the next time that you attempt to extract it is your "error cursor not valid."
