  Try without commitment TCP/IPv6:

  If you still have internet connection probs, one thing to try is the separation of the TCP/IPv6 (which is done by going to network connection > right click > properties > it uncheck > OK.)

• Not able to connect to 11 g db installed in Windows 7 PC frm another PC in LAN

  I installed db 11g on Windows 7 pc (say pc1) and tries to access another pc (windows XP Professional, suppose p2).
  When I tried to access using sql developer and give details below I get error "registered: failed - Test has failed: the network adapter could not establish the connection.

  Looks like the port is not open. Then I followed below. Telnet statement shows

  Listener has nothing to do with the reported error. The telnet test shows a basic network problem. The same application never go to the computer that is running the listener, audit to that effect the listener is a waste of time and adds the "signal / noise ' thread.

  Hi, I recently had problems getting a wireless connection with my laptop (specifically dv6700) running vista. I had previously run it for 2 years without problem, but after returning from Sweden (where there is still no wireless connection problem), I was often only able to get a local access. Is not on all networks - my University library system works very well, for example, but the personal network of my apartment as well as the network of my parents, as well as a local coffee shop that I had previously connected to fine, only get local access.

  I saw it is a common problem, but have not seen a definitive solution, so I was wondering if someone could help?

  Could not get this link to work, but I found a reasonably recent driver elsewhere and installed. I tried the drivers updated before without success, but it turns out that I need to uninstall first, the old man a success so much! Cheers for the help.

I had no problem with my router and adapter wireless during the last 3 years. They had to create a new connection broadband with the modem to local and internet access.   I have windows Vista on a computer and XP on the other. On the XP computer I am able to connect to my wireless router and internet without problem. On the Vista computer, it shows me as connected but only locally and does not allow me to connect to the internet. The wireless network is secure with WPA2. Before configuring security, I was able to connect to the internet on both computers. Any suggestions for settings that get around this problem? Thank you.

  First of all, you can try to update the drivers for wireless card and check if it works.

  Step 2: Turn off IPv6

  Try to uninstall IPv6 on all interfaces, the removal of virtual cards of IPv6 and reset the TCP/IP stack. To remove the IPv6, go to the properties for each network adapter, and deselect the check box next to the Protocol "Internet Protocol version 6 (TCP/IPv6), which will turn off, or select it and click on uninstall, which withdraw power off the computer.» Then go into Device Manager and remove any 4to6 adapters, adapters miniport WUN or tunnel adapters.
  NOTE: You should do this for each network connection.

• 'Local only' and 'Limited connectivity' is displayed when I try to connect with my laptop and I can't get online!

  Almost every day for the last 5 months or so, I try to get online and a "local only" or "limited connectivity" appears when trying to connect to my wireless internet.  It seems to do this whenever I try to get when another computer is also about that.  By example, if my mother found on the internet on his computer and I try to get on the internet too it does this thing 'local only' and I can't connect and it launches my mother of the internet too (she also has windows vista).  This seems to be a common problem with vista.  I don't understand all this technique _ so if you know how to fix it please don't try "computer talk" with me-keep simple or explain in detail.

  Troubleshooting connection problems can be a challenge because there are so many possible causes. First of all, try the following steps:
  Step 1: Diagnose and repair the connection.
  1. open Network Diagnostics by right-clicking the network icon in the notification area, then click on diagnose and repair.
  2. check the result.
   
  Step 2: Uninstall and reinstall the wireless card driver.
  Consult the manufacturer of the wireless device or the system manufacturer's Web site to download the driver of wireless network card.
  1. click on start, type devmgmt.msc and press to enter.
  2. expand network adapters.
  3. right click the network point sup wireless driver and click on uninstall.
  4 restart the computer for changes to take effect.
  5. install the driver for the wireless card and restart the computer.
  6. check connectivity.

• I have 'Good' to 'Excellent' connection to the internet, but only am able to connect to the internet for a short time use

  Whenever I connect to my wireless network, I have an internet connection perfectly - for anywhere between 15 seconds and one hour. But finally, I am unable to connect to Web pages, despite my continuous connection apparently still on as well as before; and despite still be connected through programs like Skype or steam! I can even continue streaming videos (from YouTube, Twitch.tv, etc.) while not not able to connect to Web pages. I guess that it is some sort of DNS error, but I flushed the DNS cache, reset my router (even to factory settings), and the problem has continued unabated for days.

  It occurs only in my apartment, not on campus or at my parents.

  This indicates a problem with the router or your DNS of ISP service.

  If everything is by default your PC will have the DNS server as your router. In fact, it's just a relay passing PC's DNS queries to the DNS server, it gets its turn by your ISP.

  You could try giving your network server DNS Service DNS Google 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 settings interface. This would mean that you do not use the function of relay routers DNS or your preferred DNS server of the ISP. You can leave the IP DHCP address.

  If it helps then check the settings of the router and see what are the DNS servers of the ISP. These values are defined, then as your static settings, it then would prove if the problem was with the DNS of ISP or the relay in the router which is more likely.

It identify you with the credentials of the user, but I get a message saying: "a temporary user profile is loaded because Windows was not able to connect you with your local profile."
  This system is joined to the domain and the profile is an Active Directory user.
  Here are the details of the event ID:

  for the second question is how to limit a voter to vote only 15 candidates and counting of the vote that voters go? When the vote is made with 15, then the popup script appears informed that the elector make themselves with their vote.for this I use box as a method of voting and each checkbox have the id which is the primary key.
