  For this STOP error (which indicates a problem with the NTFS file system), I always start with a chkdsk /r first starting in the Console recovery XP and its own runtime, THEN fix the problems.

• Start-up mode normal or secure, proven system repair goes only blue screen

  I know it's a lot, so I understand if you don't want to help you.

  I have a Dell Studio 1737 laptop.  It has Vista.  I had the virus in the System32 in a folder called Services.exe.  The computer should boot & windows would start.  Then an error pops up: System will restart, close & save all of the work, a critical error has occurred. Also MS Security Essentials showed the virus in the System32 folder, he said in order to clean the system of the computer must be restarted.  I continued to clean and restart my computer several times.  I even rebooted in Mode safe to remove the virus.  Nothing has worked.

  Finally, I rebooted in Mode safe mode with command prompt & I manually deleted the Services folder where the virus.  There are 2 folders called Services but had a Services.exe so I deleted that one.  Now, whenever I restart my computer, it goes to the blue screen:

  A process or thread crucial to system operation has unexpectedly left or came to an end.

  Disable the BIOS memory options such as implementing caching or shading.

  Press F8 to start in SafeMode to restart

  STOP: 0X000000F4

  It does not start mode without failure.

  I tried pressing F8 repeatedly & select repair system restore back to factory settings, but it does not work.

  It said please wait about 30 seconds & then he'll sign on the screen: another user.  I tried my user/administrator name & the password, but it will not

  accept.  My. admin & password is typed correctly.

  Just bought this C5180. Having run clean print head. Checked ink cartridges are installed properly.  Run the Test of the Auto diagnosis. The six colors are, from left to right, blue, white, yellow, blue, green and yellow. Please tell us what to do next.

  Clean the contacts will not help if the inks are obsolete. If a cartridge is not recognized by the printer, you can try to clean the contacts with fluffy (both on the cartridge and the side of the carriage.)   If the preview locally (do not use the live preview - only local) you should be able to see the menu style.

  It seems that maybe the link to the style sheet is missing or is not properly connected to the head of the document.

  As Snakeyez says can you download the pages-including all the associated files and provide the link.

  Feel like I am back in the age of darkness of the DVD here... but I'm having a lot of inconveniences to blu ray works.

  3D games, when I want that, 'other' the blu ray play... but that just is the "corel windvd" message and does nothing. The drive starts in 2d, but I don't buy it for this that I have? The parameters for the screen of the computer with Nvidia 3D vision. 3D vision enabled of course.

  99% of laptop optical drives are interchangeable, which includes Blu - ray as well. Measure your old drive at the thickest point, if it is 12.7 mm thick, then you're good to go.

  The tray is removable and it adapts to the new disk.

  DO NOT BUY SONY, THEY ALL NEED AN UPDATE OF THE FIRMWARE THAT DOES NOT EXIST.

  Do not buy a laptop Blu - ray burner, they are not that great. If you want to burn Blu - ray, get an external USB burner.

  Also, know that you will need a software to play Blu-rays and power DVD10 is free for owners of HP, but problematic, as with all Blu - ray drives on computer. Constantly, they need updates and affect many things like anti anti-virus programs, firewalls, Windows updates, conflicts with other programs, etc.

  All that this can cause the drive simply stop working or cause jerky playback _ consider a stand-alone drive.

  IM reluctant to buy new cartridges as these is all levels of 100% brand new and the poster.

  Ive run the 'clean' printheads twice and printed a test page - its only blue that does not at all appear.

  Ive had only a year ago (can't find my info of mandate) and have never used genuine HP stuff...

  My HP printers last two were brilliant - and had for 5-7 years each, the most recent is the deskjet 970cxi professional and always have this spare part.  With this printer its summer of all the hassles, even the paper is driven in, 2-10 sheets at a time.

  In any case, the Blue cartridge is wet and not a ink on the stamp - so Ive no idea what to do next.

  Have you tried to check that the cartridge is properly ventilated? You mentioned "the cartridge is wet and has the ink on the stamp" - seems to be a leak? If so, you will need to contact the HP support by phone for a replacement.
