  HP 13 Stream relatively new with only MS Office and all the files in the cloud.   8.1 (64-bit) Windows operating system.  System couldn't be any simpler or cleaner.

  The disk hard retains complete on its own?  I've reformatted twice, and I have nothing stored on the computer.  Why is it always fill up the hard drive?  All storage is used in the file on drive C windows WinSXS upward.  How can I stop it?

  Hello! So I recently had my laptop, about 2 weeks and it worked fine so far. The Google Chrome browser has been unresponsive (I guess because I opened it an update trying to be installed) so I decided to restart the computer (after the update was not, of course, not during) he asked if I wanted to cancel the reboot or strength; I chose to force the reboot. Now, I've been sittung here for an hour and a half waiting for him! Ive even tried to force a manual shutdown by holding the power button, but again that used to do anything! (I held for 20 sec)
  I don't know what to do because it's always on blue reboot screen. Help, please.

  So I guess you all have the mobile workflow specifically.
  What happened, it was the CPU is 100% frozen and unfortunately you cannot fix it yourself unless you have equipment and well know computers.
  So the only solution is to take your laptop in a store without doubt that you bought the laptop that they should have a tech help station; I took mine back to the store I got it from (aka micro Center) and a computer scientist, he fixed for me.
  So the problem is not major and your files should be secured. Mine were fine and nothing was wasted.
  Hope that helped and sorry it happened to you all too. It totally sucks but at least its fixable

  I put Kali Linux on a micro sd card that I have can start from the slot micro sd, for easy transport, but I can't get the laptop to boot from that.

  If I put the micro sd card in a USB drive, I can boot from that without a problem.

  I could have tested it myself a few months ago, I don't remember the results but I think that the start of the SD slot is not supported by the UEFI firmware. It is mentioned here in the comments of this Amazon review for flow 11: "I have not been able to start anything micro SDXC slot. I can install it on Ubuntu, but I can't boot from it. I don't know if the Starter is still possible. »

  The Stream 13 HP laptop only comes with 2 GB of RAM DDR3L and it cannot be upgraded to 4 or 8 because the laptop supports 2 GB max for now them and it goes only with a single RAM slot.

  In accordance with the objective of the laptop for which it was designed, 2 GB of RAM should be of Basel to cope without any problem.

  Note: the high-end graphic gaming may not work correctly because this laptop is not designed for it.

  I just tried to read the stream in WMP on my Vista system, and he played very well for more than 30 minutes, up to what I stopped it myself. There might be some problem with the connection on your side (e.g., dropouts), VLC is somehow able to handle better than WMP.

  If possible, I suggest that you try to play the stream on your laptop via another Internet connection (perhaps at a friend's House), preferably using a different ISP.

  My wife and I bought three HP Stream 13 computers laptop with Win 8.1 and alone does not connect in Yahoo IM video.  It times out.  Internet connection is OK about 6 m on a Windstream ASDL and I can send an invitation to anyone, they can accept, but I almost always stop before accknowledgement to be returned to my laptop.  I have tried in the same room with this laptop and come out the same time about 70% of the time.  Others also expire before I never pass on a message to open webcam.  The problem seems to be on my laptop only.  Drivers are updated.  Occasionally, I am able to connect, but usually not.  I checked all the plugins and on-screen ads that I can.

  I've always suspected that the problem is Yahoo and not HP.  I just hoped that a similar problem had been observed and that a solution had been found.  Thank you for responding.
