  Try to restart in a clean boot to see if this error message is caused by a third-party program/startup process. To do this, follow the steps in this troubleshooting guide:
  How to configure Windows XP to start in a "clean boot" State

  If the restart in a clean boot prevents the problem to appear, take a look at the list of programs and services (do not forget to check her hide all Microsoft services box on the Services tab) tab of msconfig.   You must have installed a Windows 7 64-bit driver (if it exists)

  The file I'm running is SIHwheel.jar. To further complicate things, TI sorting only works as an applet. Main elements of the canvas are missing, like the preset itself. So 3 cases:
