  I'm new to this tool. Right now, I use a version 9.2 of OATS. I created a few functional scripts for Oracle E - business applications using openscript. Can I use the same scripts for my load tests. If so, how would I be able to do? When I created a load of scripts using openscript, they appear in BTA. But my functonal scripts do not appear under 'select scripts' upward section OLT.

  You will need create scripts for load tests. Functional scripts cannot be used BTA. The exceptions to this rule would be the "General" components (Code of Java Script & Web Services), which can also be used in BTA.

  Select "Load Testing (Protocol Automation) - Oracle EBS/forms.

  Once you get in tests that you will realize that you want to create very specific scripts and do not want to try to re-use of functional scripts to load. I know that many of these tools are "sold" to the fact that functional scripts can be reused for the load, but when it comes down to it, you'll want to design your scripts load separately anyway!

  Hi Axel,

  You need create modular scripts in the OFT and then use user defined in Oracle profiles (go to the menu manage) load tests. The section of the prologue of a UDP will run once which is similar to the Initailizse section.

  I suggest you stay away from AppleScript. While it has some uses for developers, but it is primarily a tool for the end user.

  Looks like you wanted to Xcode UI Test. The first point of departure would be video Apple's WWDC: Tests of UI in Xcode - WWDC 2015 - videos - Apple Developer

  Xcode also includes a framework that is fairly easy to use unit tests. I confess that I have never tried the user interface test architecture.

  IGNORE CASE: this will pass if you compare "HELLO" with 'Hello' or 'A' with 'a '.

  In addition to comments of Bruce, likely OE compacted messages and in doing so, he probably wiped out the where they are absent.  Check your Inbox and message store bak files which are backups dbx files prior to compaction (see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#2).  If you cannot find the bak files, then you will probably use the extract of the service drive of my DBXpress program (see www.oehelp.com/DBXpress/).

  If you have a known problem with the virus then I suggest to get an antivirus program that you can boot from and run it without starting Windows.

  Another option would be to format your drive and do a clean install of Windows (this would remove all the data of your drive).  If you have a backup of your data, this is the best course of action.  If you do not have a backup, you can then do a parallel install (This installs XP in a different folder if you don't lose any data).   I found the problem. I opened 'File' then saw 'save as template' grayed. Having not worked with models, I didn't know this isn't how it's done.

  What I should have done was file > save as > then clicked the drop-down 'Save as template' menu option. It was a simple mistake. Thanks to you all.

  I used times new roman in word 2013.  New file.  Apparently the version of adobe that I use will not incorporate.  I use the version line.  I was told that I have to upgrade to Adobe Pro.  I'm dealing with a patent application, so I can't share the document.  The patent office cannot accept that documents with embedded fonts.  My drawings that have been scanned and then converted are a problem too because I get an error based on the size of the page (23.6 "x 32.4") and I am unable to reduce this size in files from Adobe.com.

  Unfortunately I signed up for this product that get these two converted documents and uploaded only to discover that the conversions will not download.
