11.2.0.1 on redhat
It seems that two copies has been tried or done more than once and on the second time, he threw the "Krbm_getDupCopy" (which made me think see the stop).
So if you ever have to re-create the day before do not delete files on the standby is the lesson.
OR
You have the error because RMAN checks the files on the two copies of 11.2 on. (This is probably what happened)
Thank you! I learned something new!

ORA-01565: error in file identification
Hello
10 g R2 on windows 2003 server
I have these errors when creating the control file:
I put the data files on a mapped file (w) system.ORA-01565: error in identifying file 'W:\TEST\DATA\SYSTEM01.DBF' O/S-Error: (OS 3)
I heard that Oracle under windows cannot identify mapped filesystem. Is this really the case? Can you confirm please?
Thank you very much.I heard that Oracle under windows cannot identify mapped file system
That's right in a DEFAULT configuration, the default setting means all Oracle services (check Control Panel) run under the LocalSystem account. This internal account is not allowed access to readers in network for security reasons.
Solution:
Start Oracle services (at least the database service and listener) to the same user to the help that is used during authentication of the mapped network drive. For working in an Oracle environment this user must have administrator privileges and must belong to the ORA_DBA group, normally it is the user who did the installation of Oracle.Werner

ORA-29284: error reading file
Hello
You need two flat files on a privilege of 2000.
1. read a file. CSV
2. keep a regular, unformatted table information
Here are the steps I did to reach the first goal...
1 TEST READING FILE
CREATE OR REPLACE DIRECTORY PUBLIC_ACCESS AS 'C:\REPORTES_REY ';
GRANT READ, WRITE ON DIRECTORY PUBLIC_ACCESS TO THE PUBLIC;
-THIS PL / SQL works well...
DECLARE
utl_file.file_type v1.
VARCHAR2 (600) v2;
Start
v1: = utl_file.fopen('PUBLIC_ACCESS','prueba20110218.csv','R'); -WORKS WELL...
-v1: = utl_file.fopen('PUBLIC_ACCESS','sui_facturacion_alcantarillado_15085_2011_01_76845_001.csv','R');
loop
Start
UTL_FILE.get_line (v1, v2);
dbms_output.put_line ('el contenido del archivo're: ' | v2);
exception
When no_data_found then
"exit";
end;
dbms_output.put_line ('-'); LINE BREAK
end loop;
UTL_FILE.fclose (v1);
exception
while others then
dbms_output.put_line (SQLERRM);
end;
/
but when you change the name of the prueba20110218.csv-> card file sui_facturacion_alcantarillado_15085_2011_01_76845_001.csv shows the following error
ORA-29284: error reading from file+.

Thank you for the attention and offered cooperation...

Cali-ColombiaRey-user6318244 says:
I do not understand the error-> ORA-06502
This means that you read from the file exceeds 800 characters/bytes and cannot fit into the variable v2 which is declared as varchar2 (800). Try the growing size of v2:
VARCHAR2 (1024) v2;

So little confused here.

E:\APP\KMAHALINGAM\FLASH_RECOVERY_AREA\ORCL\--> must contain CONTROL02. CTL
What is it now?

Hello
I do a manual upgrade of 10.2.04 to 11.2.03.
I installed 11.2.0.3.
Ran utlu112i.sql
Copied TNSNAMES and LISTENER.ora, init.ora of 10g of House to the respective directories in 11g.
A commented all the dump_dest paramteres in init.ora 11g and added the diagnostic_dest parameter
exports all varaiables as follows.
Export ORACLE_HOME = / oracle/ora11203
export PATH = $ORACLE_HOME/bin: $PATH
export ORACLE_SID = OMIGTEST
Export TNS_ADMIN = $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin
export ORACLE_BASE = / oracle/ora11203/app/ora11203
Now when I try to start DB of the unix session where all above variables are defined, I get after publication.

Fran,
Syslog does not display the IO error.
I followed the steps below to solve the problem.
1] stop the database
[2] restore control01.dbf to the backup location.
[3] mount the database
[4] recover database until cancel[5] Alter database open resetlogs.
Also, takes a full cold of RMAN backup of the database, the multiplex control files and recovery logs.

Thank youI understand, but I couldnot restoration l datafile by rman restore command coz base not at the stage of editing!
Appear you are not using the rman backup catalog and controlfile to help register rman backup.
in this case if you recreate the controlfile to way you will lose all your information backup of controlfile.
better restore controlfile from piece of backup or AutoSave. as restore controlfile from "" -
Post installation problems, ORA-00205: error in control identiying files
Dear all,
On a new installation on Oracle Enterprise Linux 5.3 64-bit, I installed Oracle 11 g 1 64-Bit material. There was not a single error during installation. But DB has not been started.
When I tried to start the DB, it gives the following error:
ORA-00205: error in the identification of control files.
I edited the init.ora file:
control_files = (/ opt/app/oracle/oradata/bsserp/control01.ctl, opt/app/oracle/oradata/bsserp/control02.ctl, opt/app/oracle/oradata/bsserp/control03.ctl)
But the error remains the same. I even recreated the PB but his will not change.
Kindly help on that.
Best regards, Imranmisterimran wrote:
It seems that the compatible thing worked, but now the error changed to:ORA-01103: name of the database "BSSERP" in the control file is not "DEFAULT".
Can I modify the control file to change the database name. Because the database is not in a State of mounting I can't question the name of database to help:
SELECT database name $ v the folder name is BSSERP.
You need to replace BSSERP DB_NAME parameter (but actually it's DEFAULT), and then restart the database.

ORA-29285: error writing file
Hi, I'm trying to clear a table in a flat file, & provided the stored procedure using my Tom Kyte @ https://asktom.oracle.com/pls/asktom/f?p=100:11:0:NO:P11_QUESTION_ID:88212348059.
It worked well at first, but now I always get the following error message:
ERROR on line 1:
ORA-29285: error writing file
ORA-06512: at "OFSA_ATOMIC. DUMP_TAB_TO_CSV", line 45
ORA-06512: at line 1
The search for this error ORA out Virgin on MOS.
Any ideas how to solve this problem?
I already checked for space on the file system and there is lots of space available.
Also, the file is created with a size of 0 bytes before the procedure was abandoned.
Thank you

What happened when you checked the log of alerts for more information? What did you find? These files exist? .dbf is a much more commonly associated with a data file - extension doesn't want not to say, he cannot be a control file, but that does not match a naming convention, I have never seen used.
