  • Tools > Options > advanced > network > storage (Cache) offline: 'clear now '.

  'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > privacy > Cookies: "show the Cookies".

  After the movement to the other database using the export and import, I am faced with the question as shown below;

  Make sure that the Startup type is Automatic.  Steps to set the auto services

  c. search for the service

  d. right-click on the service

  Found that I got the same error (0x80fe0000) while trying to reinstall Windows Vista, Service Pack 1 on a Dell Inspiron 1545. Originally, the BSOD's happened and repair Windows has been in vain. Formatting the drive did not resolve the issue

  Replace the player has solved this problem for me. It seems that the disc has been/is damaged and would fail to resettlement.

  So I traced my session, read the trace file and found nothing wrong (but I have no experience in finding fault with the workings of dbms_profiler).  But I found the SQL code executed by the dbms_profiler.start_profiler command, which is:

  I tried manually the same HOME, and bingo, I discovered the cause of my problem:

  Conclusion: after DBMS_PROFILER installation for a user, make sure that the user can write in objects DBMS_PROFILER (SUBSIDIES and QUOTAS).
