Order of listed figure

Hello.

I created a text with figures.

The figure are listed sequentially ordered.

For example, page 1 contains figure 1, only the text page 2, figure 2 on page 3, page 4 3 figures and 4.

Now, I have inserted a new page (example: between pages 1 and 2, I inserted a new page, which is now the new page 2).

I entered this page number and automatically listed.

BUT the number of the figure on page 2 is now number 5!

I'm trying to reorganize in order to figure numbers (figure 1 page 1, page 2 figure 2, page 3 text-only, Figure 3 on page 4 and figures page 5 4 and 5). I am not able to rename these numbers in order.

You have any suggestions to help me?

Thank you in advance,

Joe.

You copy the text of the new page that inserted then deletes the page and paste the text in the text frame at the top of page 2 of the page.

Or put numbers on a separate chassis.

    Sort by DATE... not VARCHAR2

It is a thing of database, not an APEX.

In your select statement to the report, the column for DATE information must be one data type DATE or another...

  • Order of lists

I have a query that retrieves a UID (camp_uid) and with each camp_uid is the camp_form_fields field, which contains a numerical list, for example

    camp_uid: 375, camp_form_fields: 1,4,6,7,8

    camp_uid: 377, camp_form_fields: 4,7,8

    camp_uid: 390, camp_form_fields: 9,7,6,3

    camp_uid: 392, camp_form_fields: 3.4

What I do is stopped the camp_uid in a list, so that he who has the smallest camp_form_fields is listed first, followed by the next smallest etc., so that the data from the example above gives the result

    camp_list = 392,377,390,375

I guess there is no easy way to get SQL to do and I thought a lot about how to do this in CF without having too many requests within a loop

Maybe there's someone out there who have done something like this before? Appreciate any ideas

  • How can I set up a list of the Figures with the extra text?

I am writing my thesis Art History, which includes a large group of figures at the end.  My Counsellor asked that I caption images, but also provide a list of Figures before starting the actual pictures.  I got this far - I use the Table of contents feature for automatically numbered captions and then back up the text of the legend to the list of Figures.

Here's the rub: I need to include information on where I got the pictures I use attribution, but only in the list of figures.  My Adviser has specifically requested that I don't include this information in the captions as he felt that it cluttering up the images.  How can I include small amounts of text (for example "after Jones 1987, Fig. 22") for hundreds of images in the list of Figures without putting this info in the legends themselves?

Of course, just by typing the information in the list Figures does not - as soon as the list is updated the extra text is deleted.  I've been playing with the hidden layers, but when I create a new layer mask with blocks of text, the numbering of the original layer is disrupted.  Any ideas on how to keep numbers and include additional information in the list of Figures without adding it to the visible caption? I would be very grateful for any help.

Maybe at the end of your legend, in a [None] color text, 0.1 pt size? Do not put in a separate paragraph, because you have to pick this up as well for your table of contents. To change this little invisible text, you can use the story editor.

(And I'm far enough, which suggests making it conditional text, that you would normally hide, have it show only when you generated the list of Figures, before some awake dormant brain cells and required attention.)

"Course it would work - you would get the extra text in your list, and if you hide conditional text once again, your document is reversed 'normal' State." However, what makes the conditional text visible can cause your text reformattingand so your regular content would be nice but the list of Figures - generated with more text in your document! -could be shifted a few pages...)

  • Order of installation of Windows 7 drivers

Hello! I'm hungry install Windows 7 Ultimate on a HP of one of my friends laptop and I was curious to know if there is an order to install specific drivers. I have a Dell laptop and it's really annoying because I read that the drivers must be installed in a specific order.

The order of installation should start by installing the CPU chipset device driver, after installing the chipset CPU I would install the SATA drivers (is it y to install) followed by the USB driver and driver graphic, after that the remaining drivers can usually be installed in any order.

Some of the factory can specify a different order I listed above, this could and most likely based on the design of the motherboard, if its an Intel or AMD processor and which in the feature on a separate chip (is not part of the CPU chipset), for example Audio is usually a separate chip on the motherboard.

  • People app - how to show first name first in the list

My people list to Outlook in a browser lists regularly my contacts last name, then first name such as: "Jones, Bob".

My people on my pro Surface application does not seem to me to show the contacts in this way. Settings > options will allow me to order the list of contacts by last name, but I can't seem to find a way to also show the surname first as my site outlook.com.

What makes it so difficult find names on long lists.

Can you help me solve this problem?

    Thank you!

    Hello

Sorry, you can't make you show first.  You can order by as the name that you have found, but it will not appear first.  Don't forget to send your comments from the application (open the settings pane to do) to request this feature to add.

In the meantime, you can always use your apps from more familiar contacts list, that you have used before you have Windows 8.  Maybe it's Outlook or something else, but what you used before will still work now.

  • How to create a list of specific price for customers in advance price oracle module

    Hi all

I'm just curious to know if I can create some of the tariffs with the same elements and attached these rates to different customers.

    example:

    Suppose I have clients: Cust1 and Cust2

    And I have a few items such as: item1, item2, item3

So if I create two different rates called: Cust1_pricelist join all the three elements item1, item2, item3 with the price of $20.

Cust2_pricelist attach all three elements item1, item2, item3 with the price of $25.

Then, in the installation of customer - Cust1 > tab Order Management > I assigned Cust1_pricelist

    and                                Cust2 > tab Order Management > I assigned Cust2_pricelist

So now if I create sales orders with above client + price list and selecting Item1, item2/item2 then I get the error message that all elements are also connected to another price list.

So my question is: can I do this in another way, without the help of the qualifiers and modifiers.

    Kind regards

    Prakash

Seeing as Frank is also fun with this, and I get bored, I look at a data pump import ticking on the partition in the partition, I thought to create a called TSortedNumbers - SQL data type that allows you to create/store a set of numbers in a sorted list and providing a method to return a specific element in the game.

As the PL/SQL code should be used to replace the default constructor, I decided to use a PL/SQL quicksort on the list of numbers - that oppose a context switching expensive in SQL for SQL did sort it out for you. No idea what (if any) of the performance improvements it use a quicksort PL/SQL.

However, it shows the really kewl and awesome features Oracle provides in allowing to define custom types SQL.
