• PC crashed and got stuck in a reboot loop

  Hello, we have a Dell Inspiron 531, and this morning, he had a big crash and then got stuck in a boot loop, blue screen and trying to fix the system. My OH stop it manually. The only change made to the computer of yesterday has been an update to iTunes.

  Then, there was a message saying remove all devices that have been recently joined. But it is not all delete.
  Some background info-

  There was a problem with the graphics card driver, causing a blue screen (code 116) shortly after the start to the top. In summer, we opened the folder and emptied all the dust, and he stopped the problem. However, he's back. I bought another graphics card, but have not had the opportunity to install again.

  There is also a problem with Windows Update. He has mysteriously stopped working in mid-October.  He attempted to verify updates and then gives an error code 80070005.   The error code indicates that the drive is defective and must be replaced.

  You will be able to connect the drive to another computer or you may use a live cd to backup their data on an external drive.

  How can I get the Boot Camp utility to install entirely in Win 10 Pro?  After winning 10 Pro was finished installing, the installation of Boot Camp process began but eventually got stuck at halfway through (for 20 minutes) on stage 'Realtek Audio.   A restart of Windows has not triggered a recovery or re-starting installation of the Boot Camp utility.  Windows, it works, but I have no utilities 'Boot Camp' and can not find any Boot Camp file stored on the side of Windows again.

  I recently bought a new laptop (HP Envy).  My previous laptop computer interface (Toshiba) with the scan of the printer function gave me the opportunity to add extra pages to a file before you save it.  I see is no longer this option.  Any thoughts?

  I installed the Assistant software of the printer on a HP desktop computer and a laptop Lenovo.  I have two printers HP DeskJet 2542 in two different loactions of physics that I connect to with the laptop.  On the desktop, the installation of the software has a SCAN button function that starts a SCAN mode where I can scan files in PDF, etc.  This option does not appear on the laptop.  I have re-installed the software on the laptop and still does not have this function.  Why?  No sense that he woud install and appear on the Descktop computer, but not the laptop.  Is it because the HP desktop computer and the laptop is Lenovo?  How can I get the SCAN button and functionality in the software of the printer on the laptop?

• option "scan printer" missing in the Win8 HP Solution Center

  I use a Photosmart 6380 printer.  I'm trying to scan to a HP 2605dn color laser printer.  This works fine in Win7 with worm 130. XXX of the Solution Center software.  I can't find this option in Win8 with worm 140. xxx! I tried a full delete and reinstall but no change. It is a 'feature' of the Win8 software or a "bug"? Is there a work around for this problem?

  Try using a different program, however I cannot guarantee that it will detect the scanner:

  I'm trying to scan a document to edit in Word. I don't have the option to do so. I think it's maybe because I reinstalled from the Web site because I can't find my CD. Is it possible to add this option of detection as text instead of an image?

• How Hallmark Cards got my email from Tools/Options/saved passwords?

When I used google to search for 'hallmark cards', using Mozilla Firefox 12.0 the result showed my email address in a box ready to be clicked... I don't want to see my address email located by googleand displayed by firefox on a search page. I want it displayed when I go to connect on at Hallmark Cards so I decided to make a link to the page, but not when I just google the name Hallmark Cards!
